As shown in fig. 1 and fig. 2, the integrated pump station for drilling provided by the invention comprises a hydraulic system and a water-cooling radiator 1, wherein the water-cooling radiator 1 is connected with the hydraulic system and is used for cooling the hydraulic system so as to control the temperature of the hydraulic system; the water-cooled heat sink 1 is connected with a cooling water pump 2, the cooling water pump 2 is used for cooling a drill bit and the water-cooled heat sink 1 during drilling, the connection mode of the water-cooled heat sink 1 with the cooling water pump 2 and other components is not particularly limited, in the embodiment, the water-cooled heat sink 1 comprises a water path and an oil path; wherein, the inlet of the water path is connected with the outlet of the cooling water pump; the outlet of the waterway is connected with a drill rod of the drilling machine; the inlet of the oil way is connected with an oil drainage port of the hydraulic system valve bank; the outlet of the oil path is connected with the hydraulic oil tank, so that the water-cooled radiator 1 can normally operate, and the cooling water pump 2 can perform heat dissipation treatment on the water-cooled radiator 1.
In the embodiment shown in fig. 1 and fig. 2, the cooling water pump 2 is connected to a hydraulic pump 3, the hydraulic pump is used for providing power for a hydraulic cylinder and a hydraulic motor of the horizontal drilling coring drilling machine, specifically, an inlet of the cooling water pump 2 is connected to a water supply pipe, an outlet of the cooling water pump 2 is connected to a water inlet of the water-cooled radiator 1, so as to cool the components such as the water-cooled radiator through water flow, and the cooling water pump 2 is coaxially connected to the hydraulic pump 3, so that the cooling water pump 2 can be driven to operate when the hydraulic pump 3 operates, the problem that in the prior art, at least two motors are required to drive the hydraulic pump and the cooling pump respectively in a manner that the hydraulic pump station and the cooling pump station are separated is solved, in this embodiment, the cooling water pump 2 and the hydraulic pump 3 are coaxially integrated, and only one.
