Abstract
The invention provides a ventilator with a loudspeaker. The ventilator with the loudspeaker comprises a fan, a cover body and the loudspeaker. The fan is provided with an air inlet and an air outlet. The cover body is arranged at the air inlet. The cover body is provided with an opening. The opening is arranged corresponding to the air inlet. The loudspeaker is detachably arranged on the cover body.
Description
Technical Field
The present disclosure relates to ventilation fans, and particularly to a ventilation fan with a speaker.
Background
In order to reduce noise, insulate heat and prevent cold air from leaking, the buildings often use special building materials to form a tight and unventilated space in the room, so that the ventilation volume is insufficient, and pollutants harmful to human bodies cannot be removed.
To promote indoor air convection, many buildings have installed ventilators to maintain air freshness. However, most ventilators can only ventilate without other functions, and thus the application environment is limited.
Disclosure of Invention
The present invention is directed to a ventilator with a speaker to solve at least one of the above problems.
The ventilator according to the present invention includes a fan, a cover and a speaker. The fan is provided with an air inlet and an air outlet. The cover body is arranged at the air inlet. The cover body is provided with an opening. The opening is arranged corresponding to the air inlet. The loudspeaker is detachably arranged on the cover body.
In one embodiment, the cover may have two fasteners disposed opposite to each other. The loudspeaker can be arranged on the cover body in a sliding way by the two fasteners. The loudspeaker is provided with two sliding grooves which are arranged corresponding to the two fasteners.
In one embodiment, the cover may have at least one first engaging portion, and the speaker may have at least one second engaging portion corresponding to the first engaging portion. The loudspeaker can be arranged on the cover body through the first clamping part and the second clamping part.
In one embodiment, the ventilator may further include a power supply line having a connection terminal, and the speaker may have a power jack. The loudspeaker can be plugged in the power jack through the connecting end to receive the same power supply as the fan.

Detailed Description
A ventilation fan according to a preferred embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to the accompanying drawings, wherein like elements are designated by like reference numerals.
Fig. 1A is an external view of a ventilation fan according to a first embodiment of the present invention, and fig. 1B is an exploded view of the ventilation fan shown in fig. 1A. Referring to fig. 1A and fig. 1B, the ventilation fan V1 includes a fan 1, a cover 2 and a speaker 3. Preferably, the ventilator V1 further comprises a cover 4. The ventilation fan V1 of the present embodiment is installed in a room, such as a bedroom, a bathroom, a toilet, or a kitchen, and is used for pumping indoor air to the outside of the room to assist the indoor air circulation. In practice, the ventilator V1 is placed in the ceiling sandwich with the outer cover 4 facing the floor.
The fan 1 has an air inlet 11 and an air outlet 12. In this embodiment, the fan 1 further includes a motor (not shown) and at least one fan blade 14, and the motor is connected to drive the fan blade 14 to rotate, so that the air is sucked from the air inlet 11 and then exhausted from the air outlet 12. In the present embodiment, the outlet 12 is further provided with a baffle 13, which is pivotally connected to the outlet 12 through a rotating shaft. When the ventilation fan V1 operates, the airflow is pushed away from the baffle 13 and discharged when flowing from the air inlet 11 to the air outlet 12. When the ventilator V1 is not in operation, the baffle 13 closes the air outlet 12, so as to prevent the airflow from flowing backwards.
The cover 2 is disposed at the air inlet 11, and the cover 2 has an opening 21. In the present embodiment, the opening 21 is circular and is disposed corresponding to the air inlet 11. The openings 21 may be provided with a filter screen (not shown) to filter dust from the air and thereby reduce the risk of the motor in the fan 1 being affected by dust.
Fig. 2A is an assembly diagram of the speaker and the cover, and fig. 2B is an exploded diagram of fig. 2A. Referring to fig. 2A and 2B, the speaker 3 is detachably disposed on the cover 2. In the present embodiment, the cover 2 has two first engaging portions 22, and the speaker 3 has two second engaging portions 31 corresponding to the first engaging portions 22, and the speaker 3 can be mounted on the cover 2 through the first engaging portions 22 and the second engaging portions 31. Here, the first engaging portion 22 and the second engaging portion 31 are detachably designed, so that the speaker 3 can be used separately from the cover 2. However, in the present embodiment, the number of the engaging portions is not limited, and it is considered that the speaker 3 can be reliably mounted on the cover 2.
The speaker 3 has a wireless communication module, which can wirelessly communicate with an external device (not shown). The external device may be, for example, a smart phone, a tablet computer, a notebook computer, a desktop computer, or other devices that can communicate with the speaker 3. In this embodiment, the wireless communication module is Bluetooth (Bluetooth), and the user can operate the external device to transmit the music or broadcast station to be played to the speaker 3 for playing through Bluetooth. For example, when the ventilation fan V1 is installed in a bathroom, the user can set a music play list through the smart phone, and the speaker 3 starts playing music, so that the user can listen to the music while taking a bath.
It should be noted that the speaker 3 can be used as a wireless speaker when it is separated from the ventilator V1. For example, the bed room is connected with a smart phone to be used as a bedside sound, or the study room is connected with a notebook computer to be used as a computer speaker. That is, the speaker 3 can be detachably combined with the ventilator V1, and can be used as a wireless speaker without being limited by the use location of the ventilator V1, thereby achieving a multi-purpose function.
Fig. 3 is a schematic view of another arrangement of the cover and the speaker. Referring to fig. 3, the cover 2 and the speaker 3 can be coupled together by a fastener and a chute, in addition to the above-mentioned engaging manner. Specifically, the cover 2 has two fasteners S disposed opposite to each other, and the speaker 3 can be mounted on the cover 2 by slidably disposing the plurality of fasteners S through the chute 35. Of course, the speaker 3 can be easily detached from the cover 2 by the fastener S.
Fig. 4 is a schematic view illustrating the outer cover installed at the air inlet, wherein the ventilation fan of fig. 4 is installed on a ceiling. Referring to fig. 1B and fig. 4, in the present embodiment, the cover 2 is located between the fan 1 and the outer cover 4, and the opening 21 is used as an airflow channel. The cover 4 covers the speaker 3 and the fan 1. In the case where the use environment is a bathroom, the speaker 3 can be prevented from being exposed to the moisture environment. In addition, the outer cover 4 has a plurality of through holes 41 for filtering dust in the air, wherein the through holes 41 may be a mesh structure as shown in the figure and serve as a ventilation channel and a sound outlet of the speaker 3. Here, the through holes 41 may also be square holes, round holes or other shapes, and may be arranged in parallel or irregularly, which is not limited herein.
Referring to fig. 4, the outer cover 4 is disposed at the air inlet 11 through at least one elastic element E. In this embodiment, the elastic element E is a metal element with a substantially V1-shaped structure, the bent portion of which is connected to the outer cover 4, and two ends of which have barb structures E1. Here, when the cover 4 is mounted on the air inlet 11 of the fan 1, the elastic member E is inserted into the fan 1, and the barb structure E1 is clamped on the fan 1. When the outer cover 4 is disassembled, a user can disassemble the outer cover 4 by directly pulling the outer cover without the auxiliary disassembly of tools, so that the loudspeaker 3 can be easily disassembled. Meanwhile, due to the design of the elastic element E, when the user detaches the outer cover 4, the outer cover 4 is still clamped on the fan 1 and suspended because of the barb structure E1, and cannot be detached directly, and the elastic element E can be removed by pressing if the outer cover 4 needs to be detached completely.
Fig. 5A and 5B are schematic external views of speakers from different viewing angles. Referring to fig. 5A and 5B, in the present embodiment, the speaker 3 has a battery pack 32. The battery pack 32 may be disposed in a storage tank or an external battery box. In this way, the speaker 3 can be supplied with electric power through the battery pack 32.
In addition, referring to fig. 1B and fig. 5B, the speaker 3 may further have a power jack 33, which may be connected to a power adapter a to receive an external power source, such as commercial power. In addition, the ventilator V1 may further include a power supply line W having a connection end W1. The power supply line W may be, for example, an electric wire extending from the power supply chamber of the fan 1, and is inserted into the power jack 33 of the speaker 3 through the connection terminal W1, so that the speaker 3 and the fan 1 can receive the same power supply. In short, when the speaker 3 is mounted on the cover 2, it can be commonly supplied with power from the fan 1 by connecting the power supply line W. Regardless of whether the speaker 3 is mounted on or separated from the cover 2, the speaker 3 may be supplied with power from the battery pack 32 or connected to the power adapter a to receive external power. In this way, the user can select the power supply mode of any one of the speakers 3 according to the requirement.
In particular, the cover 2 may have a moisture-proof receptacle 23. Referring to fig. 1B and fig. 2A, in the present embodiment, the moisture-proof insertion hole 23 is a cylindrical structure and extends from the cover 2 toward the cover 4. When the speaker 3 is separated from the cover 2, the connection end W1 of the power supply line W can be inserted into the moisture-proof jack 23, so as to prevent the connection end W1 from being exposed and damaged by moisture, and to provide a dust-proof function. Of course, in other embodiments, the moisture-proof insertion hole 23 may be a hole on the cover 2.
Referring to fig. 5A, the speaker 3 may have an indicator light 34. When the speaker 3 is not connected to an external device such as a smartphone, the indicator light 34 may display a first signal, such as a red light or no light. When the speaker 3 establishes a wireless communication link with an external device, the indicator light 34 may display a second signal, such as a green light. In addition, after the wireless communication link has been established, the indicator light 34 may display a third signal, such as flashing or displaying another light color, when data transmission is performed. In this way, the user can determine the wireless connection status of the speaker 3 according to the signal change of the indicator lamp 34.
Fig. 6 is an exploded view of a ventilation fan according to a second embodiment of the present invention. Referring to fig. 6, the fan 1 of the ventilation fan V2 has a volute H having an air inlet H2 and an air outlet H3 formed thereon. The air outlet H3 of the volute H is correspondingly disposed at the air outlet 12 of the fan 1. The present embodiment is different from the first embodiment in that the speaker 3 is detachably provided on the scroll H.
Specifically, the volute H has two first engaging portions H1, and the speaker 3 has two second engaging portions 31 corresponding to the first engaging portions H1, so that the speaker 3 can be mounted on the volute H through the first engaging portions H1 and the second engaging portions 31. Since the present embodiment does not have a cover, the speaker 3 is mounted on the volute H, so that the operating space inside the ventilation fan V2 can be increased. Of course, in some embodiments, the ventilator V2 may also have a cover disposed at the air inlet 11, and the speaker 3 is disposed between the fan 1 and the cover. In addition, the descriptions of other elements can be found in the first embodiment, and are not repeated herein.
Fig. 7A is an exploded view of a ventilation fan according to a third embodiment of the present invention, and fig. 7B is an assembled front view of fig. 7A. It should be noted that, in the ventilation fan V3 of the present embodiment, the speaker 3 is detachably disposed on the cover 4, and only the speaker 3 and the cover 4 are shown for simplicity of illustration.
Referring to fig. 7A and 7B, in the present embodiment, two fasteners S1 are oppositely disposed on the inner side of the cover 4, and the speaker 3 can be slidably disposed on the plurality of fasteners S1 through the sliding slot 35a and mounted on the cover 4. Similarly, the speaker 3 may also be disposed on the cover 4 by engaging with an engaging portion, for example, the cover 4 has a first engaging portion (not shown), and the speaker 3 is mounted on the cover 4 by the first engaging portion and a second engaging portion (not shown). Here, when the user removes the cover 4 of the ventilation fan V3, the speaker 3 is detached from the ceiling along with the cover 4, so that the user can detach the speaker 3 easily. Claims (15)
1. A ventilator with a speaker, comprising:
the fan is provided with an air inlet and an air outlet, and the air outlet is positioned at one side adjacent to the air inlet;
an outer cover arranged at the air inlet through at least one elastic piece; and
a loudspeaker, which is detachably arranged on the cover body and is positioned between the fan and the outer cover;
wherein, the outer cover is provided with a plurality of through holes which are used as a ventilation channel and a sound outlet of the loudspeaker.
2. The ventilator according to claim 1, wherein the inner side of the outer cover has two fasteners disposed opposite to each other, and the speaker is slidably disposed on the plurality of fasteners and mounted on the outer cover.
3. The ventilator according to claim 2, wherein the speaker has two slots corresponding to the two fasteners of the cover.
4. The ventilator according to claim 1, wherein the cover has at least one first engaging portion, the speaker has at least one second engaging portion corresponding to the first engaging portion, and the speaker is mounted on the cover by the first engaging portion and the second engaging portion.
5. The ventilator according to claim 1, further comprising a power supply line having a connection end, wherein the speaker has a power jack, and the speaker is connected to the power jack through the connection end to receive the same power supply as the fan.
6. The ventilator according to claim 5, wherein the cover has a moisture-proof insertion hole, and the connection end is inserted into the moisture-proof insertion hole after the speaker is separated from the cover.
7. The ventilator of claim 1, wherein the speaker has a wireless communication module.
8. A ventilator with a speaker, comprising:
a fan having an air inlet and an air outlet;
the cover body is arranged at the air inlet and is provided with an opening, and the opening is arranged corresponding to the air inlet;
an outer cover arranged at the air inlet through at least one elastic piece; and
a loudspeaker, which is detachably arranged on the cover body;
the cover body is positioned between the fan and the outer cover, and the outer cover is provided with a plurality of through holes which are used as a ventilation channel and a sound outlet of the loudspeaker.
9. The ventilator according to claim 8, wherein the cover has at least one first engaging portion, the speaker has at least one second engaging portion corresponding to the first engaging portion, and the speaker is mounted to the cover by the first engaging portion and the second engaging portion.
10. The ventilator according to claim 8, wherein the inner side of the cover has two fasteners disposed opposite to each other, and the speaker is slidably disposed on the plurality of fasteners and mounted on the cover.
11. The ventilator according to claim 10, wherein the speaker has two slots corresponding to the two fasteners of the cover.
12. A ventilator with a speaker, comprising:
a fan having a volute, the volute having an air inlet and an air outlet;
a speaker detachably disposed in the volute;
an outer cover, which is arranged in the air inlet through at least one elastic piece and is provided with a plurality of through holes as a ventilation channel and a sound outlet of the loudspeaker.
13. The ventilator according to claim 12, wherein the volute has at least a first engaging portion, the speaker has at least a second engaging portion corresponding to the first engaging portion, and the speaker is mounted on the volute by the first engaging portion and the second engaging portion.
14. The ventilator of claim 12, wherein the speaker has a wireless communication module.
15. The ventilator according to claim 12, wherein the elastic member is disposed through the fan.
