Description

Tail gas aftertreatment assembly device of harvester
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of non-road China fourth-stage emission diesel engines, in particular to a tail gas aftertreatment assembly device.
Background
Diesel engine DOC-DPF-SCR assembly, namely assembly of oxidation catalyst, diesel particulate filter and selective catalytic reduction system, for treating tail gas of diesel engine
However, the existing split type DOC + DPF + SCR tail gas control technology is as follows: in order to meet more layout space requirements, the DOC-DPF module and the SCR module are connected through a pipeline with a flange, and the matching part of the pipeline and the flange has no fireproof protection measure, so that when the DOC-DPF module is applied to a harvester, dry wheat straws fall on the pipeline with high temperature, open fire is easily caused, and fire on the harvester is easily caused. Meanwhile, the spatial arrangement of different vehicle types is different, so that the pipeline at the section is poor in universality, and the fireproof cost of the pipeline is indirectly improved.
And the existing DOC + SCR tail gas control technology: because no DPF is arranged in the scheme, particles in the exhaust gas cannot be filtered, and the exhaust emission does not meet the non-road national emission standard IV.
