The invention relates to the technical field of flocking, in particular to a jacquard flocking process.
Background
The jacquard cloth is a cotton fabric or chemical fiber blended fabric with a weave pattern. It is divided into white weave and colored weave. The white woven grey cloth and part of the yarn-dyed grey cloth are required to be scoured, bleached or dyed. The jacquard cloth can be used for different purposes according to the variety and the characteristics.
The existing jacquard cloth has lower comfort level and rough and not beautiful appearance.
Disclosure of Invention
The present invention aims to overcome the above-mentioned shortcomings and provide a technical solution to solve the above-mentioned problems.
A jacquard flocking process comprises the following steps:
s1: coating glue on the surface of the jacquard cloth to obtain the jacquard cloth coated with the glue;
s2: electrostatic flocking is carried out on the jacquard cloth coated with the glue by using electrostatic flocking equipment;
s3: drying the glue to shape the fluff on the jacquard cloth;
s4: cleaning redundant fluff on the jacquard cloth by using a brush;
s5: and cleaning the cleaned jacquard cloth.
Further, in S1, glue is applied by using a scraper of a glue printing machine.
Furthermore, the glue coating process is repeated at least twice when a scraper of a gluing and printing machine is used for coating glue.
Further, the glue comprises a binder and a curing agent.
Further, the adhesive is an acrylic adhesive.
Further, in S3, an oven is used to dry the glue.
Further, the temperature adopted in the process of drying the glue in the oven is 100-160 ℃.
Further, in S5, the jacquard cloth is washed by an industrial water washing machine.
Further, the jacquard cloth is a single-sided jacquard cloth or a double-sided jacquard cloth.
Further, the fluff used in the electrostatic flocking in S2 is nylon fluff, viscose fluff or cotton fluff.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the beneficial effects that:
a jacquard cloth flocking process adopts electrostatic flocking equipment to carry out electrostatic flocking on jacquard cloth coated with glue, and then dries the jacquard cloth after electrostatic flocking, so that the glue drying time is effectively shortened, the shaping of fluff on the jacquard cloth is accelerated, and the working efficiency is effectively improved; use the brush to clear up unnecessary fine hair on to the jacquard cloth to the washing of jacquard cloth, unnecessary fine hair is got rid of on the effectual jacquard cloth, and the clean and tidy degree of effectual improvement jacquard cloth highlights the pattern of flocking, and then improves the pleasing to the eye degree and the comfort of jacquard cloth.
Drawings
In order to more clearly illustrate the embodiments of the present invention or the technical solutions in the prior art, the drawings used in the description of the embodiments or the prior art will be briefly described below, and it is obvious that the drawings in the following description are only some embodiments of the present invention, and for those skilled in the art, other drawings can be obtained according to these drawings without creative efforts.
FIG. 1 is a process flow diagram of the present invention.
Detailed Description
The technical solutions in the embodiments of the present invention will be clearly and completely described below, and it is obvious that the described embodiments are only a part of the embodiments of the present invention, and not all embodiments. All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the embodiments given herein without making any creative effort, shall fall within the protection scope of the present invention.
Referring to fig. 1, in an embodiment of the present invention, a jacquard flocking process includes the following steps:
s1: coating glue on the surface of the jacquard cloth to obtain the jacquard cloth coated with the glue;
s2: electrostatic flocking is carried out on the jacquard cloth coated with the glue by using electrostatic flocking equipment;
s3: drying the glue to shape the fluff on the jacquard cloth;
s4: cleaning redundant fluff on the jacquard cloth by using a brush;
s5: and cleaning the cleaned jacquard cloth.
In this embodiment, in S1, glue is applied by a scraper of a glue applying printing machine; glue is smeared on the jacquard cloth by a scraper of the gluing and printing machine, and the glue is effectively and uniformly smeared on the jacquard cloth.
In the embodiment, the glue coating is repeated at least twice when a scraper of the gluing and printing machine is used for coating the glue; the number of times of daubing through the glue with rubberizing calico printing machine sets up to be not less than twice, and effectual messenger glue can be firm glues on the jacquard cloth, and fine hair is difficult for droing when guaranteeing subsequent electrostatic flocking.
In this embodiment, the glue includes an adhesive and a curing agent; the adhesive degree of the glue is effectively improved by the matching use of the adhesive and the curing agent.
In this example, the adhesive was an acrylic adhesive; by providing the adhesive as an acrylic adhesive, the acrylic adhesive has the advantages of low cost and high temperature resistance.
In this embodiment, an oven is used to dry the glue in S3; through the setting of oven, the temperature of oven is even, the thermal efficiency is higher, and then can be stable dry glue, prevent that the part from being heated inhomogeneously.
In the embodiment, the temperature adopted in the process of drying the glue by the oven is 100-160 ℃; the temperature is effectively adjusted according to the flocking area and the thickness of the glue by setting the temperature to be 100-160 ℃.
In this embodiment, in S5, the jacquard fabric is cleaned by an industrial water washer; through the setting of industry washing machine, industry washing machine has easy operation, the comparatively steady advantage of operation, effectually washs the jacquard weave.
In this embodiment, the jacquard fabric is a single-sided jacquard fabric or a double-sided jacquard fabric; by arranging the jacquard cloth as single-sided jacquard cloth or double-sided jacquard cloth, the jacquard cloth can be flocked on one side or two sides effectively.
In this embodiment, the flocking in S2 is made of nylon, viscose, or cotton; through setting up fine hair into nylon fine hair or viscose fine hair or cotton velvet, the effectual selection of having richened the fine hair material.
It will be evident to those skilled in the art that the invention is not limited to the details of the foregoing illustrative embodiments, and that the present invention may be embodied in other specific forms without departing from the spirit or essential attributes thereof. The present embodiments are therefore to be considered in all respects as illustrative and not restrictive, the scope of the invention being indicated by the appended claims rather than by the foregoing description, and all changes which come within the meaning and range of equivalency of the claims are therefore intended to be embraced therein.
