Abstract
本发明公开了一种喷雾式除藻杀菌洁净器,包括雾化机、电解块、电控箱、过滤箱和数个过滤网,过滤箱的一侧设置有进水口,过滤箱的后部设置有层架,过滤箱的另一侧设置有出水口,雾化机设置在过滤箱顶部并与出水口位置相对应,层架的下方设置有抽水泵将出水口与雾化机连接,过滤箱的内侧前后均设置有数个限位条块,电解块和数个过滤网均对应插设在数个限位条块之间,电控箱设置在层架上方,电控箱内部设置有定时器、电源插座和用于进行整体控制的控制器,本发明在电解块的作用下,微米气泡能迅速把藻类灭杀,随之过滤网将杀死的藻类进行过滤,且被电解块处理的污水也没有异味产生,同时处理后的净水可由雾化机进行雾化形成景观雾。

技术领域
本发明涉及污水处理技术领域,尤其涉及一种喷雾式除藻杀菌洁净器。
背景技术
随着人们生活水平的不断提高,人们都希望自己庭院或者景区池塘里的水无色无味,可是由于一些外在原因,池塘里总会出现各种藻类、有害微生物、有害细菌、异臭味等;若不消除,不仅影响庭院或者景区的美观,还会影响自己的心情,但是目前市场上的水藻洁净器,不仅结构复杂,而且功能单一,水藻处理不彻底,洁净度不高,异味较重,容易残留杂质及细菌,消毒净化效果不理想,效率低下,净化效果不达标、无法进行洁净好的污水形成景观,所以本发明提供了一种喷雾式除藻杀菌洁净器对其进行改进。
发明内容
发明目的:为了解决背景技术中存在的不足,所以本发明公开了一种喷雾式除藻杀菌洁净器。
技术方案:一种喷雾式除藻杀菌洁净器,包括雾化机、电解块、电控箱、过滤箱和数个过滤网,所述过滤箱的一侧设置有进水口,所述过滤箱的后部设置有层架,所述过滤箱的另一侧设置有出水口,所述雾化机设置在过滤箱顶部并与出水口位置相对应,所述层架的下方设置有抽水泵将出水口与雾化机连接,所述过滤箱的内侧前后均设置有数个限位条块,所述电解块和数个过滤网均对应插设在数个限位条块之间,所述电控箱设置在层架上方,所述电控箱内部设置有定时器、电源插座和用于进行整体控制的控制器。
作为本发明的一种优选方式,所述过滤箱的一侧通过铰链连接设置有密封盖板。
作为本发明的一种优选方式,所述过滤箱的背部剖设有线缆让位槽。
作为本发明的一种优选方式,所述电解块插接在靠近进水口那侧的数个限位条块之间。
本发明实现以下有益效果:
本发明在电解块的作用下,微米气泡能迅速把藻类灭杀,随之过滤网将杀死的藻类进行过滤,且被电解块处理的污水也没有异味产生,同时处理后的净水可由雾化机进行雾化形成景观雾,相较于现有中的污水洁净器,具有较高的使用价值。

下面将结合本发明实施例中的附图,对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。
实施例
参考图1-4,一种喷雾式除藻杀菌洁净器,包括雾化机10、电解块60、电控箱20(雾化机不影响电控箱箱门的开合)、过滤箱30和数个过滤网50,所述过滤箱的一侧设置有进水口90,所述过滤箱的后部设置有层架120,所述过滤箱的另一侧设置有出水口100,所述雾化机设置在过滤箱顶部并与出水口位置相对应,所述层架的下方设置有抽水泵110将出水口与雾化机连接,所述过滤箱的内侧前后均设置有数个限位条块40,所述电解块和数个过滤网均对应插设在数个限位条块之间,所述电控箱设置在层架上方,所述电控箱内部设置有定时器150、电源插座140和用于进行整体控制的控制器130。
在本实施例中,所述过滤箱的一侧通过铰链70连接设置有密封盖板80,以用于将过滤箱进行密封处理,在具体使用时,此密封盖板优选采用亚克力板。
在本实施例中,所述过滤箱的背部剖设有线缆让位槽160,这样电控箱内的线缆将穿通过线缆让位槽与电解块进行连接。
在本实施例中,所述电解块插接在靠近进水口那侧的数个限位条块之间。
本发明的具体操作原理为:操作人员将污水不断的抽入至过滤箱中,在控制器的控制下,定时器对电解块进行计时,电解块开始对过滤箱内注入的污水进行电解并由过滤网进行过滤,当电解块停止工作时,过滤箱内的净水即可通过抽水泵注入雾化机,雾化机将处理好的污水进行雾化处理以形成景观雾。

1.一种喷雾式除藻杀菌洁净器,其特征在于,包括雾化机、电解块、电控箱、过滤箱和数个过滤网,所述过滤箱的一侧设置有进水口,所述过滤箱的后部设置有层架,所述过滤箱的另一侧设置有出水口,所述雾化机设置在过滤箱顶部并与出水口位置相对应,所述层架的下方设置有抽水泵将出水口与雾化机连接,所述过滤箱的内侧前后均设置有数个限位条块,所述电解块和数个过滤网均对应插设在数个限位条块之间,所述电控箱设置在层架上方,所述电控箱内部设置有定时器、电源插座和用于进行整体控制的控制器。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种除藻杀菌洁净器,其特征在于,所述过滤箱的一侧通过铰链连接设置有密封盖板。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种除藻杀菌洁净器,其特征在于,所述过滤箱的背部剖设有线缆让位槽。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种除藻杀菌洁净器,其特征在于,所述电解块插接在靠近进水口那侧的数个限位条块之间。
