The plurality of reeds 12 can be uniformly distributed between the cloth pressing shaft 11 and the cloth pressing strips 13, and the distance between any two adjacent reeds 12 is the same, so that the rotating acting force of the cloth pressing shaft 11 is stably transmitted to the cloth pressing strips 13, and the pressure of the fabric in different width directions is ensured to be consistent.
In addition, the cloth pressing strip 13 can be provided with an inclined surface, the inclined surface is consistent with the inclined angle of the sliding plate 19, when the cloth pressing strip 13 is attached to the sliding plate 19, the inclined surface of the cloth pressing strip 13 is reliably attached to the sliding plate 19, so that the attaching area of the cloth pressing strip 13 and the sliding plate 19 can be increased, and the fabric can be reliably fixed between the inclined surface of the cloth pressing strip 13 and the sliding plate 19.
The cloth pressing strip 13 may be made of elastic material such as rubber, so as to ensure that the cloth pressing strip can firmly press the fabric on the surface of the sliding plate 19.
Referring to the attached drawing 2 of the specification, a cloth pressing motor 14 is arranged on the outer side wall of a first cutter wall 20, a cam is arranged on the output shaft of the cloth pressing motor 14, the cam is located on the outer side of the first cutter wall 20, a shifting fork 15 is further arranged on the outer side of the first cutter wall 20, the shifting fork 15 is connected with the end of a cloth pressing shaft 11, the shifting fork 15 can rotate around the fixed point of the first cutter wall 20, and the cam is in contact with the shifting fork 15.
When the cloth pressing motor 14 runs, the cam rotates, the cam is in contact with the shifting fork 15, in the rotating process of the cam, once the convex hull of the cam acts on the shifting fork 15, the shifting fork 15 is driven to move, namely the shifting fork 15 rotates by taking the fixed point of the first cutter wall 20 as an axis, at the moment, the shifting fork 15 rotates to drive the cloth pressing shaft 11 to rotate, and then the cloth pressing strips 13 are driven to move in the direction close to and far away from the sliding plate 19. Of course, the cloth pressing shaft 11 can also be driven to rotate by other components according to the movement mode of the cloth pressing strips 13, and the cloth pressing shaft is not unfolded.
When cloth pressing operation is needed, firstly, the driving piece 1 and the driving device 17 start to operate, the hemming and spreading device 2 and the cloth pressing rod 8 operate, then the cloth pressing rod 8 is driven by the lifting motor 3 to move towards the direction close to the sliding plate 19, namely, when cloth is put, the cloth pressing rod 8 is located at the position close to the sliding plate 19, so that the cloth pressing rod 8 is utilized to press the fabric to the hemming and spreading device 2, and two sides of the fabric are hemmed and spread by the hemming and spreading device 2.
When cloth cutting and non-cloth movement are required, the cloth pressing rod 8 is driven to move towards the direction far away from the curling and unfolding device 2 through the movement of the lifting motor 3, namely the cloth pressing rod 8 is lifted to the highest position, and the cloth pressing rod 8 is not contacted with the fabric; after the cloth pressing rod 8 rises to the highest position, the cloth pressing motor 14 starts to operate, the cloth pressing motor 14 drives the shifting fork 15 to move, the cloth pressing shaft 11 drives the cloth pressing strips 13 to move, the fabric is tightly pressed on the surface of the sliding plate 19, the fabric is cut by the cutter, and the cloth laying of the fabric layer is finished, and the next layer of cloth laying is continued.
It can be seen that the cloth paving machine actively spreads the fabric on the surface of the hemming-spreading device 2 through the cloth pressing rod 8, so that the fabric can slide downwards along the hemming-spreading device 2, and the fabric is paved on the table board; meanwhile, the cloth pressing rod 8 can continuously rotate, so that the fabric can be continuously transmitted conveniently; it can be seen that the fabric is in close contact with the hemming-unfolding device 2, the hemming-unfolding effect can be improved, and the hemming-unfolding device 2 is stable in operation, low in noise, adjustable in speed and good in unfolding effect; meanwhile, as the hemming-unfolding device 2 is positioned at the bottom of the sliding plate 19, namely at the lower cloth port, the fabric is laid on the table board at the first time after being unfolded, and the rewinding probability is low; when cloth needs to be cut, the cloth pressing strips 13 press the fabric onto the sliding plate from top to bottom, and the cloth pressing firmness is high.
