Detailed Description
The preferred embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings.
As shown in fig. 1, a seat cushion assembly of an automobile seat includes a continuous rotation integrated leg rest 101 and a seat cushion frame 102 according to a preferred embodiment of the present invention, wherein the continuous rotation integrated leg rest 101 is welded and fixed on the seat cushion frame 102 to form a seat cushion assembly, and the whole of the seat cushion assembly is connected with a backrest assembly to form a complete automobile seat.
As shown in fig. 2, the continuous rotation integrated leg rest 101 is vertically disposed in front of the seat cushion frame 102 at an initial position, and the continuous rotation integrated leg rest 101 is lifted forward to a maximum angle and extended downward to a longest position at a deployed position, and particularly, the continuous rotation integrated leg rest 101 is continuously turned and extended simultaneously at an intermediate position between the initial position and the deployed position, that is, lifted forward while deployed downward, and lowered backward while retracted upward, by means of driving of a single motor.
As shown in fig. 3, the continuous rotation integrated leg rest 101 includes a leg rest flip structure 101a, a leg rest extension structure 101b, and a leg rest extension driving structure 101c, wherein the leg rest flip structure 101a is turnably mounted on the seat cushion frame 102 (see fig. 1), and the leg rest extension structure 101b is extendably mounted on the leg rest flip structure 101a through the leg rest extension driving structure 101 c.
As shown in fig. 4, the leg rest flipping structure 101a comprises a right side support arm 200, a left side support arm 210, a synchronization rod 300 and a motor 310, wherein the synchronization rod 300 is connected to the motor 310, and the right side support arm 200 and the left side support arm 210 are respectively connected to opposite ends of the synchronization rod 300 to synchronously drive the right side support arm 200 and the left side support arm 210 to rotate around the central axis of the synchronization rod 300 by the motor 310. Specifically, the right side support arm 200 includes a right leg support outer bracket 110, a right angle adjuster 111 and a right leg support inner bracket 112, the right leg support outer bracket 110 is welded and fixed on the cushion frame 102 (see fig. 1), and the right leg support inner bracket 112 is installed on the right leg support outer bracket 110 through the right angle adjuster 111 in a turnable manner; similarly, the left side support arm 210 includes a left leg support outer bracket 113, a left angle adjuster 114 and a left leg support inner bracket 115, the left leg support outer bracket 113 is welded and fixed on the cushion frame 102 (see fig. 1), and the left leg support inner bracket 115 is installed on the left leg support outer bracket 113 through the left angle adjuster 114 in a reversible manner; the right recliner 111 and the left recliner 114 are respectively drivingly connected to opposite ends of the synchronizing bar 300 to synchronously drive the turning of the right leg rest inboard bracket 112 and the left leg rest inboard bracket 115 through the motor 310.
As shown in fig. 4, the leg rest overturning structure 101a further includes a fastener 320 and a motor support 330, wherein the motor 310 is fixedly mounted on the left side of the motor support 330 by the fastener 320 (e.g., a screw), and the right leg rest outer support 110 and the left leg rest outer support 113 are respectively welded on two opposite sides of the motor support 330. It should be understood that the motor 310 may also be mounted and fixed to the right side of the motor bracket 330.
As shown in fig. 4, the leg rest flipping structure 101a further includes a right wire take-up reel 400 and a left wire take-up reel 410, which are respectively fitted over the synchronizing bars 300 to be rotated in synchronization therewith by the driving of the motor 310.
As shown in fig. 4, the leg rest overturning structure 101a further includes a right pretensioner 420 and a left pretensioner 430 welded to the inner sides of the right leg rest inner bracket 112 and the left leg rest inner bracket 115, respectively, to overturn in synchronization therewith under the driving of the motor 310.
As shown in fig. 4, the leg rest flipping structure 101a further includes a pulley fixing plate 440 welded to the right leg rest inner bracket 112 and the left leg rest inner bracket 115 to flip under the driving of the motor 310 in synchronization therewith.
As shown in fig. 5, the leg rest extension structure 101b includes two sliding rod sleeves 602 and an extension mechanism 701, wherein the sliding rod sleeves 602 are respectively fixed on the right leg rest inner bracket 112 and the left leg rest inner bracket 115, and the extension mechanism 701 is installed in a butt joint with the sliding rod sleeves 602. Specifically, the extension mechanism 701 includes a limiting block fixing bracket 601, a sliding rod 603, an extension block 604, a right sleeve bracket 605, a left sleeve bracket 606 and a roller 608, wherein the limiting block fixing bracket 601 is welded and fixed to the extension block 604, the sliding rod 603 inserted into the sliding rod sleeve 602 and slidably engaged therewith is welded and fixed to the extension block 604, the right sleeve bracket 605 and the left sleeve bracket 606 are fixed to the extension block 604 by bolts 607, and the roller 608 is fixed to the extension block 604 by nuts 609.
As shown in fig. 6, the leg rest extension driving structure 101c includes two coil driving zipper mechanisms symmetrically disposed on the left and right sides, as shown in fig. 7 and 8, the coil driving zipper mechanism includes a pretensioner bracket 510, a rear roller bracket 530, a front roller bracket 532 and a wire 538, wherein the wire 538 is first fixed on the wire take- up reels 400, 410, sequentially passes through the rear roller bracket 530, the front roller bracket 532, the pretensioner bracket 510, and finally is wound and fixed on the wire take- up reels 400, 410, so as to complete the installation of the wire 538, thereby forming a closed loop. Specifically, with reference to fig. 6, a small roller 501 is fixed to a pretensioner bracket 510 by a pin 502 and a circlip 503, a spring 504 is placed in the middle of the pretensioner bracket 510 and fixed to pretensioners 420, 430 by a pin 505, and finally locked by the circlip 503; the rear roller bracket 530 is fixed on the pulley fixing plate 440 by welding, and the other small roller 520 is fixed on the rear roller bracket 530 by a pin 531 and a clamp spring 503; the front roller bracket 532 is fixed to the pulley fixing plate 440 by welding, and the large roller 533 is fixed to the front roller bracket 532 by a pin 534 and a snap spring 535.
As shown in fig. 6 to 8, the winding roll driving zipper mechanism further includes a wire restricting lower block 536 and a restricting upper block 539, wherein the wire restricting lower block 536 is fixed to the restricting block fixing bracket 601 by a bolt 537, the wire 538 has a restricting block 5381 placed in the wire restricting lower block 536, and the restricting upper block 539 is covered and fixed by a bolt 537. Thus, the travel of the wire 538 drives the wire to restrict the movement of the lower block 536 and the block fixing bracket 601, thereby driving the extension movement of the leg rest extension structure 101b (see fig. 5).
