It should be noted that the method steps described herein may be implemented by any functional block or functional arrangement and that any functional block or functional arrangement may be implemented as a physical entity or a logical entity, or a combination of both.
In order that those skilled in the art will better understand the present invention, the following detailed description of the invention is provided in conjunction with the accompanying drawings and the detailed description of the invention.
Note that: the example to be described next is only a specific example, and does not limit the embodiments of the present invention necessarily to the following specific steps, values, conditions, data, orders, and the like. Those skilled in the art can, upon reading this specification, utilize the concepts of the present invention to construct more embodiments than those specifically described herein.
Referring to fig. 1, 2 and 3, an embodiment of the present invention provides an automobile instrument panel, including: instrument board main part 1, glove box 3 and electronic organ 2 all locate on instrument board main part 1, and locate instrument board main part 1 with one side.
The electronic organ 2 comprises a plurality of key components, the key components comprise white keys and black keys, the design style of the interior of the automobile is different due to different automobile models, the width of the instrument panel before the copilot is different, and the width of most instrument panels is between 40 and 50 cm. Considering that the space inside the vehicle is small, the key length of the electronic organ 2 is appropriately reduced. Further, the number of white keys and black keys to be accommodated can be selected according to the actual width of the instrument panel. Among them, the piano has 88 keys, 52 white keys and 36 black keys, but most numbered musical notation only uses the bass F to the treble E, so the white keys can be selected according to the use frequency of different tones and the number of white keys which can be accommodated, and finally the black keys are inserted according to the music theory knowledge.
Each key member can perform a tap, and thus each key member includes a key pivot 21, a key main body 22, and a key assembly 23. The key pivot 21 is located on the instrument board main part 1, and the key pivot 21 is worn to locate by the one end of key main part 22, and key main part 22 can surround key pivot 21 and rotate. The key assembly 23 is arranged at the other end of the key main body 22, and the key assembly 23 is connected with the instrument panel main body 1. When the user does not press the key main body 22, conduction does not occur in the key assembly 23, and when the user presses the key main body 22, conduction occurs in the key assembly 23, and then signal processing can be performed.
In the invention, because the instrument board main body 1 is arranged right in front of the seat, a passenger can play with the left hand or the right hand, the playing posture is not limited, the space in the vehicle is saved, the device does not occupy the precious space in the vehicle because of being added, and the oppression feeling of the passenger is avoided.
Alternatively, in further embodiments of the present invention, the key assembly 23 includes: a pressing body 231, a bottom plate 232, a trigger key 233, and a scissor-foot structure 234. The bottom plate 232 is provided on the instrument panel main body 1, and the trigger key 233 is provided on the bottom plate 232. The pressing body 231 is provided between the key main body 22 and the instrument panel main body 1, and is connected to the other end of the key main body 22. When the key main body 22 is not depressed by the user in the initial state, a certain gap is provided between the depressing body 231 and the trigger key 233, and conduction is not possible. When the user presses the key main body 22, the pressing body 231 comes into contact with the trigger key 233, the key assembly 23 is electrically conducted, and then signal processing is performed.
The connection and disconnection between the pressing body 231 and the trigger key 233 are realized by a scissor-foot structure 234, and the scissor-foot structure 234 is disposed between the key main body 22 and the instrument panel main body 1 and connected to the pressing body 231. When the key main body 22 is depressed, the key main body 22 compresses the scissor-foot structure 234, bringing the depressing body 231 into contact with the trigger key 233, and when the key main body 22 is released, the scissor-foot structure 234 rebounds and the depressing body 231 is separated from the trigger key 233.
The scissor structure 234 includes a first scissor leg and a second scissor leg, the first scissor leg and the second scissor leg are rotatably connected at the middle portion through a pin, the same end of the first scissor leg and the same end of the second scissor leg are rotatably connected with the key main body 22 and the bottom plate 232 respectively, and the other end of the first scissor leg and the other end of the second scissor leg can slide on the corresponding key main body 22 and the bottom plate 232. In addition, in order to limit the range of motion of the scissor structure 234 and avoid failure to recover, a limiting structure may be provided at the corresponding dead point.
Alternatively, in another embodiment of the present invention, the other end of the key main body 22 is clearance-fitted to the upper end of the glove box 3 to provide a space for depressing the forehead for the key main body 22, while also covering the upper edge of the glove box 3 to make it more aesthetic.
As shown in fig. 4, the present invention provides a method for controlling an electronic organ, comprising the steps of:
s100, acquiring a key depression signal and a key signal mapping table;
s200, acquiring target keys according to the key pressing signals and the key signal mapping table;
s300, acquiring a key sound mapping table;
s400, playing corresponding sounds according to the target keys and the key sound mapping table.
Specifically, in the present embodiment, when the user presses a key, the circuit in the key is turned on to generate a key depression signal, thereby acquiring the key depression signal and the key signal mapping table, so as to acquire a target key according to the key depression signal and the key signal mapping table, that is, determine which key the user presses.
As shown in fig. 5, the electronic organ module includes a plurality of signal acquisition circuits electrically connected to the controller in parallel, the signal acquisition circuits including a resistor (R) 1 、R 2 、…、R n ) And the key, resistance one end is connected with controller 120 electricity, and the resistance other end is connected with the one end electricity of key, and the key other end is connected with controller 120 electricity, and the resistance value diverse of the resistance of each signal acquisition return circuit. When a key is pressed down, the signal acquisition loop where the key is located is communicated, the controller (MCU) detects a key pressing signal, and because the resistance of each signal acquisition loop is different, the voltage value in the key pressing signal detected by the MCU is also different, the MCU can judge which key is pressed down according to the voltage value. When a plurality of keys are pressed, the keys are in a parallel connection state, the MCU detects key pressing signals, and determines which keys are pressed according to voltage values of the corresponding key pressing signals. Because the resistance of each branch is different, different voltage values can be generated when any plurality of different keys are pressed, repeated conditions can not occur, and judgment errors can be caused. Therefore, the key signal mapping table may be set such that the voltage values correspond to the corresponding keys one to one. In addition, scales represented by different keys are different, and therefore, key sound maps are acquired, and corresponding sounds are played according to the target keys and the key sound maps.
In the invention, because the instrument board main body is arranged right in front of the seat, a passenger can play with the left hand or the right hand, the playing posture is not limited, the space in the vehicle is saved, the device does not occupy the precious space in the vehicle because of being added, and the oppression feeling of the passenger is avoided. Meanwhile, the target keys are quickly determined through different voltage values, and the data processing speed is increased.
Alternatively, in a further embodiment of the present invention, the step of "S200 acquiring a target key based on the key depression signal and the key signal mapping table" includes the steps of:
s210 acquiring a duration of the key depression signal;
and S220, if the duration is longer than or equal to a preset duration, acquiring target keys according to the key pressing signals and the key signal mapping table.
Specifically, in the present embodiment, when the key depression signal is acquired, there is a possibility that the user may hit by mistake or the key tremble due to the vehicle running on a bumpy road surface. Therefore, the duration of the key depression signal is acquired, when the duration is longer than or equal to the preset duration, it is determined that the electronic organ is currently played by the user, and the target key is acquired according to the key depression signal and the key signal mapping table.
Alternatively, in a further embodiment of the present invention, the step of "S400 plays the corresponding sound according to the target key and the key sound mapping table" includes the steps of:
s410, acquiring an audio playing state;
s420, if judging that no audio is played currently according to the audio playing state, playing corresponding sounds according to the target keys and the key sound mapping table;
and S430, if the current audio playing is judged according to the audio playing state, adjusting the audio sound currently played to a first preset volume, and simultaneously playing the corresponding sound according to the target key and the key sound mapping table and a second preset volume.
Specifically, in this embodiment, after the key sound mapping table is obtained, and the corresponding sound to be played at present is determined according to the target key and the key sound mapping table, it is necessary to determine whether an audio is currently being played, so as to take different measures, and thus, an audio playing state is obtained. And if no audio is currently played according to the audio playing state, directly playing corresponding sounds according to the target keys and the key sound mapping table.
And if the current audio is judged to be played according to the audio playing state, adjusting the audio sound currently played to a first preset volume, and simultaneously playing corresponding sound according to the target keys and the key sound mapping table and a second preset volume to realize audio mixing playing, wherein the respective sizes of the first preset volume and the second preset volume can be set by users according to own habits. In addition, if the audio playing state is judged to be currently played, the currently played audio can be closed, and corresponding sounds are played according to the target keys and the key sound mapping table and the second preset volume. The selection of different modes can be set by the user according to own habits.
Optionally, in another embodiment of the present invention, if it is determined that there is currently audio playing according to the audio playing status in step S430, the step of adjusting the audio sound currently being played to a first preset volume and playing a corresponding sound according to the target key and the key sound mapping table at a second preset volume includes the following steps:
s431, if it is determined according to the audio playing status that there is currently audio playing, acquiring a volume of the currently playing audio;
s432, when the audio volume is larger than the first preset volume, adjusting the audio sound currently being played to the first preset volume, simultaneously playing corresponding sounds according to the target keys and the key sound mapping table and second preset volume;
and S433, when the audio volume is less than or equal to the first preset volume, playing corresponding sound according to the target key and the key sound mapping table and a second preset volume.
Specifically, in this embodiment, if it is determined that an audio is currently played according to the audio playing state and the user selects the audio mixing playing mode, the volume of the audio currently being played is obtained. If the audio volume is larger than the first preset volume, the audio sound played at present is adjusted to the first preset volume, and meanwhile, the corresponding sound is played according to the target keys and the key sound mapping table and the second preset volume, wherein the respective size users of the first preset volume and the second preset volume can be set according to own habits, and the mutual interference is small. And if the audio volume is less than or equal to the first preset volume, playing corresponding sound according to the target keys and the key sound mapping table and the second preset volume, and keeping the currently played audio unchanged.
Alternatively, in a further embodiment of the present invention, after the step of "S400 plays the corresponding sound according to the target key and the key sound mapping table", the following steps are included:
and S500, if no new key pressing signal is acquired within the preset waiting time, controlling to close the audio playing device.
Specifically, in this embodiment, if a new key pressing signal is not obtained within the preset waiting time, it indicates that the user does not press the key any more, so that the audio playing device is controlled to be closed, and waste caused by long-time device opening is avoided.
As shown in fig. 6, an electronic organ control system 100 includes:
an electronic organ module 110 for acquiring a key depression signal;
a controller 120 electrically connected to the electronic organ module 110, for receiving the key depression signal and the key signal mapping table; acquiring target keys according to the key pressing signals and the key signal mapping table; acquiring a key sound mapping table; generating a playing instruction according to the target key and the key sound mapping table;
and the audio playing device 130 is electrically connected with the controller 120 and is configured to receive the playing instruction and play the corresponding sound according to the playing instruction.
The controller 120, further configured to acquire a duration of the key depression signal; and if the duration is longer than or equal to the preset duration, acquiring the target key according to the key pressing signal and the key signal mapping table. Acquiring an audio playing state; if the current audio playing is judged to be unavailable according to the audio playing state, playing corresponding sounds according to the target keys and the key sound mapping table; and if the current audio playing is judged according to the audio playing state, adjusting the audio sound currently played to a first preset volume, and simultaneously playing the corresponding sound according to the target keys and the key sound mapping table and a second preset volume. If the current audio playing is judged according to the audio playing state, the volume of the currently played audio is obtained; when the audio volume is larger than the first preset volume, adjusting the currently played audio sound to the first preset volume, and simultaneously playing corresponding sound according to the target keys and the key sound mapping table and a second preset volume; and when the audio volume is less than or equal to the first preset volume, playing corresponding sound according to the target key and the key sound mapping table and a second preset volume.
