In order to stabilize the adjusting shaft 44, in the present embodiment, preferably, a stabilizing plate 58 is further disposed inside the fixing collar 42, a top end of the stabilizing plate 58 is fixedly mounted on a bottom end portion of the fixing transverse plate 41, a bottom end of the stabilizing plate 58 is fixedly mounted on a top end portion of the sealing plate 43, and an end portion of the adjusting shaft 44 away from an inner side wall of the fixing collar 42 is rotatably connected to the stabilizing plate 58 through a connecting bearing 59.

In order to make the tension spring more stable when being clamped by the second clamping plate 51, in this embodiment, preferably, a buffer seat 52 is fixedly installed at the center of the bottom end surface of the sealing plate 43, and an arc-shaped long groove 63 is formed on one side surface of the second clamping plate 51, which is arranged toward the buffer seat 52, and the arc-shaped long groove 63 is arranged along the length direction of the second clamping plate 51. The buffer seat 52 can be flexibly contacted with the top of the tension spring, and the arc-shaped long groove 63 formed on the second clamping plate 51 can play a certain limiting role on the periphery of the tension spring.
The grasping mechanism 5 can clamp the tension spring, the tension spring grasped by the grasping mechanism 5 is just positioned on the working table 6, the bottom of the tension spring can be tightly abutted against the working table 6 through adjustment of the support frame 4, then the tension spring can be stably placed on the working table 6, the tension spring is perpendicular to the working table 6 at the moment, the stability of the tension spring during vertical processing is ensured, if the tension spring needs to be horizontally placed, the tension spring can be horizontally placed on the working table 6, two ends of the tension spring are aligned with the first clamping plates 29 on two sides, the adjusting motor 7 is started at the moment, the adjusting motor 7 drives the first driving shaft 9 to rotate through the first speed reducer 8, the first driving shaft 9 drives the adjusting screw rod 11 to rotate through the coupler 10, and the rotation of the adjusting screw rod 11 can adjust the height of the first threaded sleeve 13, when the height of the first screw sleeve 13 changes, the height of the first connecting plate 15 changes synchronously, the first connecting plate 15 also drives the first hinge base 16 to move, at this time, the first hinge base 16 drives the second hinge base 27 to move through the connecting rod 28, the second hinge base 27 is installed at the bottom end of the push plate 23 through the second connecting plate 26 and the installing plate 25, so that the movement of the first hinge base 16 drives the push plate 23 to move along the length direction of the limiting rod 21 through the limiting hole 24, the moving direction of the push plate 23 depends on the rising and falling of the first screw sleeve 13, when the push plate 23 moves towards the working bedplate 6, the first clamping plate 29 can be driven to move towards the tension springs on the working bedplate 6, and then the first clamping plate 29 clamps the tension springs, the tension springs after clamping can realize the processing operation in the horizontal direction, and can not be easily seen, the effect that the first clamping plate 29 clamps the tension spring can be adjusted, that is, after the first clamping plate 29 clamps the tension spring, the tension spring can be continuously adjusted, so that the tension spring can be sufficiently clamped, the tension spring can be compressed, and the tension spring which is excessively stretched can be corrected.
And after the first clamping plate 29 clamps the tension spring on the workbench plate 6, the adjusting screw rod 35 can be rotated, the adjusting screw rod 35 can change the position through the fixed threaded sleeve 34, when the adjusting screw rod 35 moves towards the first clamping plate 29, the adjusting screw rod 35 can drive the jacking spring 38 to move towards the first clamping plate 29 through the jacking plate 36, at the moment, the push plate 23 cannot move under the condition that the adjusting motor 7 is stopped, therefore, the jacking spring 38 moves towards the first clamping plate 29 to push the first clamping plate 29 to further clamp the tension spring, the tension spring can be finely adjusted under the condition that the adjusting motor 7 is not started after the adjusting motor 7 is adjusted, the adjusting motor 7 is prevented from being started again to conduct large-amplitude adjustment, and therefore damage to the tension spring is caused.
The working principle of the gripping mechanism 5 is as follows: when the driving motor 53 rotates, the driving motor 53 drives the second driving shaft 55 to rotate through the second reducer 54, the second driving shaft 55 drives the driven bevel gear 57 to rotate through the driving bevel gear 56, the driven bevel gear 57 can realize the rotation adjustment of the adjusting shaft 44, the adjusting shaft 44 drives the second screw sleeve 47 to move through the threaded portion 46, because the second screw sleeve 47 is also connected with the sliding rod 48, the sliding rod 48 is arranged in the strip-shaped hole 49 in a sliding way, therefore, when the second screw 47 moves, the second screw 47 drives the slide rod 48 to move in the strip-shaped hole 49, the movement of the slide rod 48 drives the second clamping plate 51 to move through the third connecting plate 50, and the positions of the four second clamping plates 51 are adjusted, when the four second clamping plates 51 are close to each other, the second clamping plate 51 can clamp the tension spring, and the adjusting shaft 44 can be rotated reversely to loosen the tension spring.
