Abstract
The invention discloses a circular tube end forming device for buildings, which is characterized by comprising an upper die and a lower die, wherein the upper die comprises a die shank, an upper die holder and a forming male die, the die shank is fixed on the upper die holder, and the end forming male die is fixed in the upper die holder through a pressing bolt; the lower die comprises a lower die base, an end head forming female die and a positioning material channel, the end head forming female die is fixed on the lower die base through a pressing bolt, one end of the positioning material channel is fixed in the end head forming female die, and the other end of the positioning material channel extends out of the end head forming female die. The part of the positioning material channel extending out of the end head forming female die is arc-shaped and used for guiding a workpiece, and the partial shape of the positioning material channel fixed in the end head forming female die is matched with the shape of the end head of the processed circular tube. The invention has lower cost and shorter preparation period, is suitable for various small-sized stamping equipment, can finish and adapt to the forming of various building circular tube ends, and has variable forming shapes.

Technical Field
The invention belongs to the field of machining of circular tube ends for buildings, and particularly relates to a circular tube end forming device for buildings.
Background
The circular pipe is a part which is commonly used for buildings and has regular shape and good strength, the end head of the circular pipe is often provided with a welding flange as required, the circular pipe can be produced by processes such as thermal forming and the like, but the circular pipe has high requirements on investment, low efficiency, long period and floor space.
In the prior art, the hot forming has more problems, which are mainly shown in that:
1. the processing cost and the equipment investment cost are relatively high;
2. low efficiency, high energy consumption and no environmental pollution.
Therefore, need to provide a pipe end forming device for building, adapt to all kinds of stamping equipment, shorten processing cycle, convenient operation, as the solution of pipe end contour machining for building, simple structure, convenient operation, work efficiency is high, and reduce cost can be applied to various pipe end shaping for building.

The invention adopts the following technical scheme by combining the attached drawings:
a building circular tube end forming device comprises an upper die 1 fixed in a die shank hole of a small-sized press and a lower die 2 fixed on a workbench of the small-sized press; the upper die 1 comprises a die shank 11, an upper die base 12 and a forming male die 13, wherein the die shank 11 is fixed on the upper die base 12, and the end forming male die 13 is fixed in the upper die base 12 through a pressing bolt; the lower die 2 comprises a lower die base 21, an end forming female die 22 and a positioning material channel 23, wherein the end forming female die 22 is fixed on the lower die base 21 through a pressing bolt, one end of the positioning material channel 23 is fixed in the end forming female die 22, and the other end of the positioning material channel extends out of the end forming female die 22.
Further, the die comprises a forming guide post 3, and the forming guide post 3 is fixed between the upper die holder 12 and the lower die holder 21.
Furthermore, the part of the positioning material channel 23 extending out of the end forming female die 22 is arc-shaped and used for guiding a workpiece, and the part of the positioning material channel 23 fixed in the end forming female die 22 is matched with the shape of the end of the processed round tube.
Further, the die handle 11 is fixed in the die handle hole of the small press through a clamping plate, and the lower die base 21 is fixed on the workbench of the small press through the clamping plate.
The invention has the beneficial effects that:
1. the device can be installed on a small-sized press without large-sized stamping equipment or thermal forming equipment;
2. the end forming of the round pipe can be completed quickly;
3. the convex-concave die is simple and convenient to machine, can be quickly replaced, can finish the forming machining of circular tube ends in different shapes according to different shapes of the convex-concave die, can be adjusted according to the designed appearance, and is extremely low in cost and short in period.

A building circular tube end forming device comprises an upper die 1 fixed in a die shank hole of a small-sized press and a lower die 2 fixed on a workbench of the small-sized press; the upper die 1 comprises a die shank 11, an upper die base 12 and a forming male die 13, wherein the die shank 11 is fixed on the upper die base 12, and the end forming male die 13 is fixed in the upper die base 12 through a pressing bolt; the lower die 2 comprises a lower die base 21, an end forming female die 22 and a positioning material channel 23, wherein the end forming female die 22 is fixed on the lower die base 21 through a pressing bolt, one end of the positioning material channel 23 is fixed in the end forming female die 22, and the other end of the positioning material channel extends out of the end forming female die 22.
Further, the die comprises a forming guide post 3, and the forming guide post 3 is fixed between the upper die holder 12 and the lower die holder 21.
Furthermore, the part of the positioning material channel 23 extending out of the end forming female die 22 is arc-shaped and used for guiding a workpiece, and the part of the positioning material channel 23 fixed in the end forming female die 22 is matched with the shape of the end of the processed round tube.
Further, the die handle 11 is fixed in the die handle hole of the small press through a clamping plate, and the lower die base 21 is fixed on the workbench of the small press through the clamping plate.
Alternatively, an adapted die shank based on different tonnage apparatus may be used to install various tonnage apparatus.
Optionally, the shape of the punch and die can be optimized according to design and appearance requirements.
Alternatively, the size of the mould shape can be adjusted according to the trial-manufacture requirement.
Examples
As shown in fig. 1, in a circular tube end forming device for buildings, a die shank 11 is fixed in a die shank hole of a small-sized press through a clamping plate, an end forming punch 13 is fixed in an upper die base 12 through a pressing bolt, and the die shank 11, the upper die base 12 and the forming punch 13 form an upper die together. The lower die base 21 is fixed on a small press workbench through a clamping plate, the end forming female die 22 is fixed on the lower die base 21 through a pressing bolt, and the end forming female die 22 and the positioning material channel 23 jointly form a lower die.

Claims (4)
1. The device for forming the end of the circular pipe for the building is characterized by comprising an upper die and a lower die, wherein the upper die comprises a die shank, an upper die base and a forming male die, the die shank is fixed on the upper die base, and the end forming male die is fixed in the upper die base through a pressing bolt; the lower die comprises a lower die base, an end head forming female die and a positioning material channel, the end head forming female die is fixed on the lower die base through a pressing bolt, one end of the positioning material channel is fixed in the end head forming female die, and the other end of the positioning material channel extends out of the end head forming female die.
2. The apparatus of claim 1, further comprising a forming guide, the forming guide being fixed between the upper die base and the lower die base.

The apparatus for forming the end of a circular pipe for buildings according to claim 1, wherein the part of the positioning material channel extending out of the end forming female die is in a circular arc shape for guiding the workpiece, and the part of the positioning material channel fixed in the end forming female die is in a shape matching with the shape of the end of the circular pipe after being processed.
4. The round pipe end forming device for buildings as claimed in claim 1, wherein the die shank is fixed in the die shank hole of the small press through a clamping plate, and the lower die base is fixed on the workbench of the small press through a clamping plate.
