Background
The punching machine drives the flywheel through the motor, and drives the crank connecting rod mechanism to enable the sliding block to move up and down through the clutch, so as to drive the drawing die to form the steel plate. The double-acting means that the press is provided with two slide blocks which are an inner slide block and an outer slide block, the inner slide block drives a male die or a female die of the die, the outer slide block drives a blank holder on the die, the blank holder firstly moves to press the edge of a steel plate during stretching, the inner slide block moves to stretch again, the design principle is that circular motion is converted into linear motion, the force of a main motor drives a flywheel, a gear, a crankshaft (or an eccentric gear), a connecting rod and the like are driven to rotate through a clutch to achieve the linear motion of the slide blocks, and the motion from the main motor to the connecting rod is circular motion.
The punching machine drives actuating cylinder and drives the pressure head and carry out the punching press when moving to make the punching press position unstable, avoid the punching press to the problem that the position takes place the mistake when can't rationally adjust fixedly to the pressure head position.
Therefore, it is desirable to provide a head structure for a press machine to solve the above problems.

The working principle of the invention is as follows:
