Description

Beauty belt
Technical Field
The present invention relates to a cosmetic tape which is wound around a predetermined part of the body to provide an electric cosmetic effect.
Background
Conventionally, a beauty band which is wound around an arm, a leg, a waist, or the like to perform pressurization and training has been known. For example, there is a case where electrical Muscle stimulation called ems (electrical Muscle stimulation) which applies a current of a predetermined frequency to the body causes Muscle contraction by electrically stimulating the skin at a frequency of several Hz to several kHz to perform Muscle movement.
Patent document 1 discloses an electrode device for an electric medical apparatus wound around a head, and discloses a structure in which a flexible electrode metal foil is attached to one surface of a strip-shaped base having elasticity. The elasticity in this document indicates that a soft material is used so as to conform to the skin surface, and cannot be said to be a structure that allows easy winding.
Similarly, patent documents 2 to 8 disclose band-like devices for giving electric muscle stimulation to various parts to perform massage and training, but neither of them discloses a structure for improving the ease of winding.
Non-patent document 1 discloses a pressurization EMS tape (smart "in which a pressurization EMS tape manufactured by LABO WELL corporation is rolled up") by the present inventors. The product is provided with a plate spring inside and is easily wound, but since the product also comprises an electrode and is made of cloth, the product is difficult to be used together with gel and the like, and the conductive cloth itself is deteriorated, and the wiping performance is not good.
Patent document 9 discloses an iontophoresis cosmetic device having a head portion capable of exchanging introduced ions, in which a coil spring or a plate spring is used as an electrode.

Detailed Description
Embodiments of the present invention will be described below with reference to examples shown in the drawings. The embodiments are not limited to the following cases.
Fig. 1 is a view showing the front surface of a beauty belt 1 of the present invention, and fig. 2 is a view showing the back surface of the same beauty belt.
In the present embodiment, the front and back surfaces of the cosmetic band 1 are formed mainly of a flexible material of silicon material, and as described later, other materials are combined at each part. When a silicon material is used, the shape can be easily adjusted, and the wrapping can be easily performed, and at the same time, the skin can be gently and comfortably worn, which contributes to the mounting property.
However, these materials are arbitrary in the present invention, and for example, other resins or fabrics may be used to form the whole.
The beauty belt 1 includes: a band-shaped body 10 constituting a main body; leaf springs 11, 11 built in the strip 10; electrodes 12, 12 which are in contact with the skin surface of the user on the back surface side; and a power supply unit 13 for energizing the plate springs 11, 11.
The strip 10 is divided into: the spring coil part 100, the connection part 101, the power supply mounting part 102, the soft part 103, and the magnetic part 104 of the plate spring 11 are built in.
The elastic winding portion 100 has 2 leaf springs 11, which are one of the features of the present invention, built therein in a vertical parallel manner over a length of approximately half of the longitudinal direction. Specifically, it is about 30cm, and the diameter at the time of winding is about 6cm to 10cm, and the length is a fitting length. This is a length in which the cosmetic band of the present embodiment is wound around both arms, and it is needless to say that the length can be appropriately set according to the target site to which the cosmetic band is to be attached.
Electrodes 12, 12 are provided on the back surface of the elastic winding portion 100. The electrode 12 is made of conductive silicon, and the skin surface is energized between the upper and lower electrodes 12, 12. The electrode 12 is in electrical contact with the leaf spring 11 of electrically conductive material in the present invention.
By forming the electrodes with conductive silicon, the appearance of the belt-like body 10 can be integrated, and since the water-repellent property is also excellent, washing with water and use of gel are also easy. In the present embodiment, conductive silicon is exemplified, but similarly, any conductive rubber that is resistant to a water-containing substance can be used. As is well known, conductive rubbers are produced by blending conductive carbon black or metal powder into various rubber materials such as natural rubber and synthetic rubber, and these rubbers can be suitably used.
As described above, in the present invention, the conductive rubber is used for the electrode unlike the conventional products, but the conductive rubber does not necessarily have high conductivity as a disadvantage. Therefore, compared with the case of using the conductive wire, there are the following problems: if only one end is energized, sufficient power cannot be supplied to the entire electrode.
In order to solve this problem, in the present invention, the plate spring 11 made of a conductive material is brought into direct contact with the electrode 12 made of a conductive rubber, and thus a constant electric current can be applied to the skin surface within the range of the plate spring, and therefore, sufficient current conduction can be achieved.
The material of the electrode is also arbitrary depending on the material and design of the strip 10. For example, the band may be formed using a conductive cloth made of a conductive wire, and the conductive cloth may be sewn to the band 10. Even in this case, due to the structure in which the plate spring and the conductive cloth are in direct contact with each other, a contact failure or the like is less likely to occur, and sufficient power supply is facilitated.
As described above, the structure in which the plate spring 11 and the electrode 12 are in direct contact is the simplest, but a wire or a contact may be separately provided as a conductive path for electrical connection. In the present invention, it is most important to use the plate spring 11 as a conducting path from the power supply unit 13, and the structure of the conducting path between the plate spring 11 and the electrode 12 is arbitrary.
When the electric wire or the contact is used, it is preferable that the point of energization is provided at a plurality of positions over the entire length of the plate spring 11. As described above, even the conductive rubber can supply sufficient electric power by electrically contacting at least the both end portions and the central portion of the plate spring.
Recessed portions 101a, 101a that become smaller in the width direction are formed in the connecting portion 101 that continues on the right side of the elastic winding portion 100. By providing the recessed portion 101a, the elastic winding portion 100 and the power supply mounting portion 102 on both sides are more easily bent. Accordingly, by holding the vicinity of the power supply attachment portion 102 and swinging the elastic winding portion 100, the peripheral speed of the elastic winding portion 100 can be increased and the elastic winding portion can be strongly wound around the target portion.
The recess 101a also has an effect that the palm of the hand can easily catch the fingers while surrounding the power supply mounting portion 102. By hooking the finger, the elastic winding portion 100 can be prevented from slipping when being swung, and can be prevented from being wound around the target portion with a sufficient force.
As in the present embodiment, when the conductive rubber or silicon material is used for the strip-shaped member 10, the shape of the entire member is easier to maintain than that of cloth, but the electrode may be difficult to adhere to the skin. According to the present invention, the use of the plate spring 11 can improve the adhesion to the skin surface. The structure of the present invention in which the plate spring wound by elasticity is combined with the silicon material is particularly suitable.
The power supply unit 13 is integrally attached to the power supply mounting portion 102. By being integrated, seamless appearance, ease of maintenance, and water resistance can be improved. Various buttons 130, 131, 132 of the power supply unit 13 may be arranged on the surface of the body for operation.
The power supply unit 13 incorporates a rechargeable battery, and can output a pulse current required by the EMS through an internal control circuit.
In this embodiment, the EMS and the heater may be operated by the + button 130 and the-button 131, and the power button 132 may be used to operate the power switch.
The EMS operation time may be set to, for example, about 10 minutes, and the power supply unit 13 may include a timer to terminate the operation time for a predetermined time.
The power supply unit 13 may have a function of measuring an output current, and may automatically stop when the output current exceeds a predetermined output value. In the present invention, since the elastic force acts in the winding direction, it may be difficult to detach the device when the user feels pain, and thus, the power supply that feels pain can be prevented by such a stopping function.
In the present invention, the power supply unit 13 is not limited to an integral type, and may be detachable.
The flexible portion 103 has a longitudinal groove 103a and an opening 103b, and is more easily wound than the connecting portion 101. In use, the magnetic part 104 at the right end is wound around the outer circumference of the elastic winding part 100, so as to be magnetically fixed on the elastic winding part 100.
That is, the magnetic part 104 incorporates a magnetic body such as a magnet, and magnetically attracts the plate spring 11. By using the plate spring 11, it is not necessary to provide another member in the receiving portion of the magnetic attraction target of the magnetic attraction portion 104, and it is possible to fix the cosmetic tape at an arbitrary position, which contributes to a reduction in the number of components and an improvement in appearance.
In the present invention, the receiving portion is not necessarily used in combination with the plate spring, depending on the length of the cosmetic band and the material of the band-shaped body. The magnetic member may be provided separately on the front surface side and magnetically attracted to the magnetic part 104.
The structure is not limited to the structure fixed by the magnetic attraction function, and the structure can also be a structure attached by a fastening tape.
Further, the end portion may not be fixed at first, and the elastic winding portion 10 may be wound and held only by the elasticity thereof.
More than 2 cosmetic tapes 1 of the present invention may also be used. For example, when the belt is used for abdomen, the beauty belt 1 can be attached to various thick and thin parts by magnetically attracting the 1 st magnetic attraction part 104 to the end of the 2 nd elastic winding part 100 and magnetically attracting any part of the 2 nd magnetic attraction part 104 and the 1 st elastic winding part 100.
Here, the plate spring 11 will be described with reference to fig. 3 and 4.
The plate spring 11 used in the present invention is a spring having elasticity in the winding direction, and is formed into an arc shape in cross section. As shown in fig. 3a, the tension of the curved surface is rebounded by a force in the direction f1 during stretching, and thus the extended state is maintained against the elastic force (force of f 2) to be wound.
However, when the force f1 becomes larger and the arc-shaped cross section is straightened into a straight line, the tension of the curved surface is released, and the winding is caused by the elastic force f2 in a state as shown in b of fig. 3. Such a plate spring is well known and can be used for a wristwatch (slap watch) or the like that is simply wound around and attached to a wrist.
The present invention applies the plate spring 11 to the beauty belt 1, and the outer peripheral surface side of the arc shape in fig. 3 is arranged on the back surface side. When the user grips the power supply mounting portion 102 and distributes the elastic winding portion 100 to the upper arm or the like, a force in the direction f1 acts strongly, and the elastic force f2 of the winding can be easily applied to the target portion.
The effects of the present invention using such a plate spring 11 can be summarized as follows. That is, since the plate spring having elasticity in the winding direction and having a shape in which winding is restricted when extending in a planar shape is used, the cosmetic band 1 can be easily attached and detached in one touch even with one hand.
Further, the plate 11 may be formed of a conductive material as in a general plate spring 11, and the plate 11 may be used as a current path from the power supply unit 13 to the electrode 12. The power supply unit 13 and the electrode 12 need to be provided with some structural separation, but since they are portions that are frequently repeatedly wound and extended, measures for disconnection and the like need to be taken.
According to the present invention, since the plate spring 11 having no strength worry at all can be used, it is possible to provide the current carrying path which is easy to manufacture and excellent in durability.
Further, by using the plate spring 11 having a wide surface, even a large current can be supplied without any problem.
Further, as in the case of the normal plate spring 11, it is sufficient to form the plate spring 11 of a magnetically attractable metal, and the plate spring 11 can be used as a receiving portion for a magnet or the like at the magnetically attracting end portion. Therefore, it is possible to have a fixing function in which only one of the magnets can be easily attached to and detached from an arbitrary portion.
Thus, the application of the plate spring 11 to the cosmetic band 1 can be said to have many effects in addition to each other.
In the present embodiment, the heating portion 14 is incorporated between the plate springs 11 of the elastic winding portion 100. The power supply from the power supply unit 13 provides a warming effect from the heating unit 14 to the skin surface, contributing to an improvement in the beauty effect.
The heating unit 14 increases the skin temperature, thereby improving the metabolic efficiency and the muscle training effect by EMS. In addition, by heating the muscle in advance, the burden can be reduced.
When power is supplied to the heating portion 14, two plate springs 11, 11 may be used.
Fig. 4 is an explanatory diagram showing a connection state of the plate spring and the power supply unit. As shown in the figure, the upper wire 133, the upper leaf spring 11, the lower leaf spring 11, and the lower wire 133 are electrically connected in this order from the power supply unit 13 and energized.
In the present invention, the plate spring 11 may be used for any pole, and the opposite pole may be connected to the power supply unit 13 using another conduction path.
Fig. 5 is an explanatory view showing another example of a connection state between the plate spring and the power supply unit.
One plate spring 11 is electrically divided into two in at least one of the width directions, and an insulating portion 110 is sandwiched between an upper portion 111 and a lower portion 112 to form a pair of poles. The upper and lower portions 111 and 112 are electrically linked with the power supply portion 13 by electric wires 133, respectively.
Further, one plate spring may be divided in the thickness direction. For example, the front surface and the back surface may be provided with an insulating layer therebetween to form a pair of poles.
Further, the current carrying path may be divided in the longitudinal direction. The structure may be such that the left half and the right half of the figure are divided and an insulating portion is provided in the middle.
As described above, the cosmetic band of the present invention can be tightened properly by using the plate spring 11 as the conducting path, and by using the plate spring 11 itself as the conducting path to the electrode, even if the electrode is covered with the conducting material having low conductivity, a constant electric power can be applied to the skin surface within the range of the plate spring.
In particular, since conductive silicon or the like is used for the electrode, the electrode is resistant to water-containing substances, can be wiped off, and is used cleanly.
