Abstract

本发明涉及一种基于超疏水表面的静脉滞留针,属于注射针技术领域。为减少静脉滞留针长期滞留而引起的血栓凝结几率,降低相关血栓并发症的产生,本发明采用仿生技术设计超疏水表面,通过在滞留针头和针管表面制造超疏水结构,使流经静脉滞留针管壁的血液接触角增大,进而使血液中的血小板在针管壁难以凝聚附着,不易形成血栓,达到降低相关血栓并发症的目的。本发明为静脉滞留针提供了一种更为安全健康的结构设计,可减轻患者痛苦,降低诱发血栓类疾病的风险。

一种基于超疏水表面的静脉滞留针
技术领域
本发明涉及到滞留针领域,特别是涉及具有超疏水表面的滞留针。
背景技术
静脉留置针又称短外周静脉短导管,是临床输注、输血、采血等静脉治疗的主要工具。其可保留在血管腔内,方便及时抢救治疗,节省患者注射时间。同时避免了反复穿刺造成的疼痛,已广泛应用于临床。
目前,输注患者约70%需要静脉留置针治疗。然而,随着静脉留置针的广泛应用,其并发症也随之而来。约80%的静脉留置针输液患者存在导管堵塞和血栓形成等并发症。这些病症增加了患者的痛苦和医疗费用,也增加了护士的穿刺工作量。
发明内容
本发明针对静脉滞留针长期滞留诱发血栓形成的问题,创建了一种基于超疏水表面的静脉滞留针,其目的是通过在滞留针表面布设超疏水结构,利用其超疏水原理特性在针管表面产生“轮胎涡”减少流动阻力,进而减少血小板在针管壁的凝聚抑制血栓的形成,降低由滞留针造成的并发症影响。
针对以上滞留针长期滞留诱发血栓形成的问题,本发明采用的技术方案如下:
本专利中所述超疏水滞留针的针尖和针管外表面采用超疏水结构,疏水结构的制备可采用已经推广的金属超疏水表面结构制备方法。
与传统的静脉滞留针相比,本专利所述静脉滞留针具有以下优点:
1.通过针尖和针管表面构造超疏水表面,可有效降低血小板在针管壁的凝聚,降低血栓形成的概率。
2.由于静脉滞留针采用超疏水结构可降低滞留针重量,易于搬运运输。
3.静脉滞留针的针头采用超疏水结构也更易于刺穿患者皮肤,降低患者治疗过程中所承受的痛苦。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本发明做进一步详细说明。
如图1所示,本发明一种基于超疏水表面的静脉滞留针,滞留针主体主要由1个针尖1, 1个针管2,1个针套3构成。
本实施例中,如图1所示,通过超疏水表面制备技术对静脉滞留针的针尖1和针管2进行超疏水表面制备。如图2和图3所示,超疏水结构布置在针尖和针管的外壁。如图4和图5所示,可以看出血液流经超疏水表面与平滑表面有明显不同,在疏水原理的作用下滞留针表面凹槽内形成类似“轮胎”一样的涡旋,这种“轮胎”涡旋减少了血液与壁面的流动接触,致使血液中血小板不易在滞留针表面凝结,减少由于滞留针滞留形成血栓的概率,降低患者的痛苦和医疗成本。

1.一种基于超疏水表面的静脉滞留针,由针尖(1)、针管(2)和针套(3)组成,其特征在于:
针尖和针管外壁采用超疏水表面制备,具有疏水性能;当血液流经针尖(1)和针管(2)时,血液在疏水理论作用下不易形成血栓,有效降低血栓形成概率,降低由静脉滞留针引起血栓形成进而诱发的心血管疾病。
