When the book drying device works, the first bump 541 is arranged at the opening part of the air outlet groove 54, so that the drying hot air flowing into the air outlet groove 54 through the drying channel 53 is blocked by the first bump 541, and the blocked drying hot air flows out after filling the air outlet groove 54 and is uniformly distributed in the gap between the book and the supporting plate 4, so that the book is more uniformly impacted by the drying hot air; moreover, because the section of the opening part of the air outlet groove 54 is smaller, the pressure of the hot drying air in the air outlet groove 54 is increased, the hot drying air is accelerated to flow out from the air outlet groove 54, the inclined impact action on the pages is increased, the gap between the pages is increased, the hot drying air further flows into the gap between the pages, so that the books are fully dried, and the moisture of the books is removed more thoroughly; the removed mould and water vapor flow along with the drying hot air in the direction close to the side plate 1 in an inclined way, then the drying hot air enters the first cavity 55 through the uniformly distributed first holes 551 and is discharged from the filter screen 552, and the camphor balls and the calcium chloride desiccant in the first cavity 55 remove the mould and the water vapor contained in the drying hot air passing through the first cavity 55, so that the blown mould is prevented from floating and affecting the health of a user; in addition, when the hot air drying fan 51 is not started, the camphor balls and the calcium chloride desiccant in the first cavity 55 can still perform dehumidification and sterilization effects, and the books on the supporting plate 4 are guaranteed to be dry and clean.
As an embodiment of the present invention, a first plate 542 is embedded in the air outlet slot 54, the end of the first plate 542 is rounded, and the first plate 542 is connected to the inner surface of the air outlet slot 54 through a spring; the end part of the first baffle plate 542 extends into the area above the air outlet groove 54; the cross-sectional area of the first plate 542 is smaller than that of the opening portion of the air outlet groove 54, the surface of the first plate 542, which is close to the first bump 541, is provided with a limiting block 543, and the lower surface of the first plate 542 is uniformly provided with drainage grooves 544.
When the book shelf is in operation, when dry hot air flows out through the air outlet groove 54, the first plate 542 positioned in the air outlet groove 54 moves towards the direction close to the book under the impact action; at the moment, the spring is pulled to deform, the end part of the movable first board 542 extends out and then contacts with the bottoms of the pages, and the air outlet groove 54 is obliquely arranged, so that the pages are obliquely extruded by the obliquely movable first board 542, the pages are turned, gaps among the pages are increased, dry hot air can enter the gaps among the pages, and the phenomenon that the pages are tightly attached to each other to cause that the dry hot air cannot fully flow into the gaps among the pages and fully remove moisture contained in the book is avoided; the end of the first plate 542 is subjected to fillet processing, so that the book page is subjected to smaller pressure, the vertical upward acting force which can be separated from the inclined extrusion force is smaller, and the defects that the book page is subjected to too large vertical upward extrusion force, torn and damaged and the like are avoided; when the limiting block 543 on the first plate 542 is in contact with the first bump 541, the first plate 542 stops moving, so that the first plate 542 is prevented from being completely separated from the air outlet groove 54 and is difficult to reset; and a part of the drying hot air flows out along the drainage grooves 544 arranged on the lower surface of the first plate 542 and flows into the gaps among the pages in a centralized manner, so that the pages are dried more thoroughly.
As an embodiment of the invention, T-shaped grooves 41 are uniformly formed in the portion, close to the air outlet groove 54, of the supporting plate 4, a first rack 42 is embedded in the T-shaped grooves 41, and the first rack 42 is in clearance fit with the T-shaped grooves 41; the upper surface of the first rack 42 is uniformly provided with anti-skid teeth 43, the anti-skid teeth 43 are made of elastic materials, and the end parts of the anti-skid teeth 43 are processed by round corners and are higher than the upper surface of the supporting plate 4; the elastic top bar 545 arranged on the lower surface of the first plate 542 near the end part is in contact with the lower surface of the first rack 42.
When the book fixing device works, the bottom of a book positioned above the supporting plate 4 is in contact with the anti-slip teeth 43 extending out of the surface of the supporting plate 4, and the friction force between the bottom of the book and the upper surface of the supporting plate 4 is increased under the action of the anti-slip teeth 43, so that the problem that the adjacent books slide and are separated from the supporting plate 4 under the action of the friction force in the twitching process of the books, the books fall off and hurt a user is avoided; when the first plate 542 slides in the air outlet groove 54 under the impact of the dry hot air, the elastic push rod 545 on the first plate 542 pushes the first rack 42 to enable the first rack 42 to move upwards in the T-shaped groove 41 and to be in close contact with the upper bottom surface of the T-shaped groove 41, and at the moment, the anti-slip teeth 43 move upwards to press the pages, so that the gap between the pages is increased under the pressing action, and the dry hot air flows out of the gap between the pages; with the upward movement of the first plate 542, the elastic push rod 545 deforms and further pushes the first rack 42, so that the first rack 42 tends to slide in the T-shaped groove 41, and the pages are subjected to the horizontal friction force of the anti-slip teeth 43, so that the gap between the pages is further increased, and the drying effect of the hot drying air on the books is more sufficient.
As an embodiment of the present invention, through grooves 421 are uniformly formed in a gap portion between the anti-slip teeth 43 on the first rack 42, and the through grooves 421 are communicated with the gap portion between the first rack 42 and the lower bottom surface of the T-shaped groove 41.
When the book pressing device works, a part of dry hot air flows out through the drainage groove 544 on the lower surface of the first rack 42 and enters the gap between the first rack 42 and the lower bottom surface of the T-shaped groove 41, so that the air pressure of the gap between the first rack 42 and the lower bottom surface of the T-shaped groove 41 is increased, the first rack 42 is pressed upwards, the anti-skidding teeth 43 further extrude the book, the gap between the pages is increased, meanwhile, the friction force between the book and the upper surface of the supporting plate 4 is increased, and the book is further prevented from moving and sliding down under the impact action of the dry hot air; in addition, the dry hot air in the gap between the first rack 42 and the bottom surface of the T-shaped groove 41 flows out from the through groove 421, so that the dry hot air flows into the gap between the pages along the surface of the anti-slip teeth 43 in a concentrated manner, the dry hot air further flows out of the gap between the pages, and the drying effect on the book is more sufficient.
As an embodiment of the invention, a first channel 531 is arranged at the end part of the drying channel 53 close to the edge part of the supporting plate 4, a first groove 44 is uniformly arranged at the edge part of the supporting plate 4 close to the side plate 1, and the bottom of the first groove 44 is communicated with the inside of the first channel 531; and the first groove 44 is obliquely arranged, and the end of the first groove 44 points away from the partition 11.
When the dust removing device works, the part, close to the edge, of the supporting plate 4 is in a dead angle area, so that dust on the edge of the supporting plate 4 is difficult to remove, and more dust is accumulated on the edge of the supporting plate 4; when the dry hot air in the drying channel 53 flows into the first channel 531, the dry hot air fills the first channel 531 and flows out through the first groove 44 communicated with the first channel 531, so that the dust on the edge part of the supporting plate 4 is effectively removed under the blowing action of the dry hot air; and because the end of the first groove 44 inclines towards the direction far away from the partition plate 11, the dust blown by the dry hot air leaves the supporting plate 4 along with the dry hot air towards the direction far away from the partition plate 11, and the dust is prevented from falling onto the supporting plate 4 again after being blocked from flowing upwards, so that the dust at the upper edge part of the supporting plate 4 is effectively removed.
The specific working process is as follows:
therefore, when the humidity of the air in the area near the bookshelf is high, the hot air drying fan 51 is installed on one side of the bookshelf, the air inlet pipe 52 is communicated with the hot air drying fan 51, the hot air drying fan 51 is started, and the generated drying hot air flows into the bookshelf through the air inlet pipe 52 and flows into the drying channel 53 in the supporting plate 4 through the connecting pipe 532; the dry hot air flowing into the drying channel 53 flows out through the air outlet groove 54 and uniformly acts on the books above the supporting plate 4, and the wet condition of the parts of the books close to the supporting plate 4 is serious because the moisture corrodes the books upwards; the dry hot air flows out from the air outlet groove 54 and is intensively acted on the part of the book close to the bottom; the flowing dry hot air accelerates the air flow rate of the surface of the supporting plate 4 and the book, so that the dust attached to the supporting plate 4 and the book is effectively removed; after flowing out, the hot air is blocked by the book and permeates into gaps among pages of the book, so that the moisture in the book is fully dried, the book is kept dry, mildew is difficult to live under a dry condition, and the book is prevented from being wet and mildewed; the supporting plate 4 is made of wood, and the heat conducting performance of the wood material is poor, so that the drying hot air flowing in the drying channel 53 is subjected to a heat preservation effect, heat in the drying hot air is not easy to lose in the flowing process, the temperature in the drying channel 53 is quickly increased, and the heating and drying effect on the books above the supporting plate 4 is ensured; due to the heat preservation of the wooden support plate 4, the drying hot air can still keep high temperature when flowing to the part far away from the air inlet pipe 52 in the drying channel 53, and the books above the support plate 4 far away from the air inlet pipe 52 are effectively heated and dried, so that the drying effect on the books on the support plate 4 is more thorough; the air outlet grooves 54 are obliquely arranged, so that the contact area between the flowing dry hot air and the bottom of the book is large, and the obliquely flowing dry hot air flows out from the gap between the book and the supporting plate 4, so that the book on the supporting plate 4 is fully dried; the pages on the book are impacted obliquely under the action of the obliquely flowing hot dry air, so that the pages can be turned slightly under the impact action, the gaps among the pages are enlarged, the hot dry air can flow into the gaps among the pages of the book, and the drying effect on the book is more thorough; after the hot air drying fan 51 works for a period of time, the hot air drying fan 51 can be closed after the book is checked to be fully dried, so that the adverse effect of drying hot air on the book extraction of a user is avoided; when the dry hot air flows out through the air outlet groove 54, the first plate 542 positioned in the air outlet groove 54 moves to a direction close to the book under the impact; at the moment, the spring is pulled to deform, the end part of the movable first board 542 extends into the spring and then contacts with the bottoms of the pages, and the air outlet grooves 54 are obliquely arranged, so that the pages are obliquely extruded by the obliquely movable first board 542, the pages are turned, gaps among the pages are increased, dry hot air can enter the gaps among the pages, and the phenomenon that the pages are tightly attached to each other to cause that the dry hot air cannot fully flow into the gaps among the pages and fully remove moisture contained in the book is avoided; the end of the first plate 542 is subjected to fillet processing, so that the book page is subjected to smaller pressure, the vertical upward acting force which can be separated from the inclined extrusion force is smaller, and the defects that the book page is subjected to too large vertical upward extrusion force, torn and damaged and the like are avoided; when the limiting block 543 on the first plate 542 is in contact with the first bump 541, the first plate 542 stops moving, so that the first plate 542 is prevented from being completely separated from the air outlet groove 54 and is difficult to reset; a part of the drying hot air flows out along the drainage grooves 544 arranged on the lower surface of the first plate 542 and flows into the gaps among the pages in a centralized manner, so that the pages are dried more thoroughly; the bottom of the book above the supporting plate 4 is in contact with the anti-slip teeth 43 extending out of the surface of the supporting plate 4, and the friction force between the bottom of the book and the upper surface of the supporting plate 4 is increased under the action of the anti-slip teeth 43, so that the problem that the adjacent book slides under the action of the friction force and is separated from the supporting plate 4 to cause book falling off and injury to a user in the process of twitching of the book is avoided; when the first plate 542 slides in the air outlet groove 54 under the impact of the dry hot air, the elastic push rod 545 on the first plate 542 pushes the first rack 42 to enable the first rack 42 to move upwards in the T-shaped groove 41 and to be in close contact with the upper bottom surface of the T-shaped groove 41, and at the moment, the anti-slip teeth 43 move upwards to press the pages, so that the gap between the pages is increased under the pressing action, and the dry hot air flows out of the gap between the pages; with the upward movement of the first plate 542, the elastic push rod 545 deforms and further pushes the first rack 42, so that the first rack 42 tends to slide in the T-shaped groove 41, and the pages are subjected to the horizontal friction force of the anti-slip teeth 43, so that the gap between the pages is further increased, and the drying effect of the hot drying air on the books is more sufficient; the part of the supporting plate 4 close to the edge is in a dead angle area, so that dust on the edge of the supporting plate 4 is difficult to remove, and more dust is accumulated on the edge of the supporting plate 4; when the dry hot air in the drying channel 53 flows into the first channel 531, the dry hot air fills the first channel 531 and flows out through the first groove 44 communicated with the first channel 531, so that the dust on the edge part of the supporting plate 4 is effectively removed under the blowing action of the dry hot air; and because the end of the first groove 44 inclines towards the direction far away from the partition plate 11, the dust blown by the dry hot air leaves the supporting plate 4 along with the dry hot air towards the direction far away from the partition plate 11, and the dust is prevented from falling onto the supporting plate 4 again after being blocked from flowing upwards, so that the dust at the upper edge part of the supporting plate 4 is effectively removed.
