The chin lock structure of a safety helmet according to claim 1, wherein: the surface of helmet shell left and right both sides is equipped with the fixed part, the rear end portion of chin protective structure left and right both sides and the fixed part of helmet shell left and right both sides dock mutually, hinge structure locates chin protective structure and helmet shell butt joint department and realizes chin protective structure's rotation.
