The working principle of the invention is as follows: when the protective clothing is worn, the shoulder straps 5 are sleeved on the shoulders of a user, then the winding straps 6 are wound on the waist of the user, finally the buckles 7 on the winding straps 6 are connected and fixed, after the protective clothing is worn, when drinking water is needed, the driving switch 16 is pressed to drive the first water pump 86 to enable water in the heating tank 9 and the cold water tank 10 to enter the mouth of the user through the insertion pipe 82, the first movable hose 83, the water dividing head 85 and the second movable pipe 87 for drinking, when the water in the heating tank 9 is needed to be heated, the electric heating sheet 116 is driven to heat the heating tank 9 in the placing box 111 for use, in the using process, when heat dissipation is needed, the second water pump 122 is driven to enable cooling liquid in the liquid storage tank 121 to enter the flowing cavity 132 through the conveying long pipe 135 and the fixed pipe 134 and flow back and forth between the blocking plates 133, so that the circulating box 131 in the protective clothing main body 1 can dissipate heat of the user, the cooling liquid after absorbing heat enters the liquid storage box 121 through the fixing pipe 134, the conveying long pipe 135 and the return pipe 123 again, then the heat dissipation fan 127 absorbs outside air to enter the heat dissipation cylinder 126 to aerate the cooling liquid in the liquid storage box 121, and then the heat in the liquid storage box 121 is matched with the entering air to be discharged and dissipated through the dismounting plate 124, so that the work can be completed.

the valves (84) are respectively in threaded connection with the left side and the right side of the lower end of the water distribution head (85); the first water pump (86) is in threaded connection with the upper end of the water dividing head (85); the second movable pipe (87) is embedded at the upper end of the first water pump (86); the heating and heat-insulating protective sleeve structure (11) comprises a placing box (111), a placing cavity (112), a heat-insulating pad (113), a base box (114), a support plate (115) and an electric heating plate (116), wherein the placing box (111) is embedded at the left side of the front part of the winding belt (6), and the placing cavity (112) is formed in the placing box (111); the heat-insulating pad (113) is respectively embedded on the inner walls of the placing cavity (112) and the base box (114); the base box (114) is integrally arranged at the lower end of the placing box (111); the support plate (115) is mounted on the upper part of the inner wall of the base box (114) through bolts; the electric heating sheet (116) is embedded in the middle part inside the support plate (115); the heat dissipation conveying box structure (12) comprises a liquid storage box (121), a second water pump (122), a return pipe (123), a dismounting plate (124), a protective cover (125), a heat dissipation cylinder (126), a heat dissipation fan (127), a filter screen (128) and an installation sleeve (129), wherein the second water pump (122) is installed on the lower left part of the liquid storage box (121) through a bolt; the return pipe (123) is integrally arranged at the upper right part of the liquid storage tank (121); the dismounting plate (124) is mounted on the upper part of the inner wall of the liquid storage tank (121) through bolts; the protective cover (125) is in threaded connection with the middle part of the upper end of the dismounting plate (124); the heat dissipation cylinders (126) are respectively embedded at the left side and the right side of the inner lower side of the dismounting plate (124); the heat radiation fans (127) are respectively in threaded connection with the left side and the right side above the inside of the dismounting plate (124); the filter screen (128) is mounted on the upper part of the inner wall of the heat dissipation cylinder (126) through bolts; the mounting sleeve (129) is integrally arranged at the front end of the liquid storage tank (121), and meanwhile, a winding belt (6) is inserted into the mounting sleeve (129); the liquid storage tank (121) is a PVC (polyvinyl chloride) transparent plastic tank, the liquid storage tank (121) is communicated with the second water pump (122) and the return pipe (123) respectively, an installation sleeve (129) at the front end of the liquid storage tank (121) is U-shaped, and a filter screen (128) at the lower end of the heat dissipation fan (127) is an activated carbon net;
