The distance between the upper shredding roller and the lower shredding roller is adjusted by the shredding roller adjusting mechanism.
As shown in fig. 3, the upper shredding roller has a sharp tooth structure, and is hardened by surface treatment to ensure long-term shredding stability, and the lower shredding roller has a trapezoidal tooth structure with a wide tooth crest and lower hardness than the upper teeth to prevent the sharp teeth of the upper shredding roller from being worn during extrusion cutting. The height of the upper roller is adjustable, and the depth of a cutting mark can be controlled. The rear traction roller comprises a rear upper roller and a rear lower roller; the rear upper roller is positioned above the rear lower roller, two ends of the rear upper roller are respectively connected with a rear traction roller adjusting mechanism, and the distance between the rear upper roller and the rear lower roller is adjusted through the rear traction roller adjusting mechanism.
Furthermore, the adjusting mechanism of the rear traction roller is completely the same as that of the front traction roller.
The rollers of the rear lower roller are made of steel, so that deformation cannot occur, the cut sheets are ensured to be on the same plane, and stable output is realized. The idler wheel of the rear upper roller is coated with steel, so that the extrusion force can be improved when the idler wheel is pressed down, and the sheet can be conveniently pulled.
The rear traction roller, the shredding roller and the front traction roller are respectively connected with a driving device, the driving device adopts a driving motor, and the rear traction roller, the shredding roller and the front traction roller are driven to rotate by the driving motor, so that the corresponding shredding operation is realized.
As shown in fig. 7, the schematic diagram of the forming and conveying mechanism is used for conveying the formed paper to the wrapping and forming mechanism. The forming and conveying mechanism comprises a paper tray seat, a paper tray, an auxiliary roller and a forming paper adjusting device. The paper tray seat, the auxiliary roller and the molding paper adjusting device are arranged on the front end face of the platform from left to right in sequence. The pointed end part of the lock tongue can be inserted into the groove through the rotation of the lock tongue.

When the forming paper enters the forming paper adjusting device, the forming paper adjusting device is used for keeping the forming paper to be consistent with the positions of the conveying cloth belt and the forming cavity hole, and the forming paper adjusting device is used for adjusting the position of the forming paper. The paper grooves in the shaping paper adjusting device comprise a first paper groove and a second paper groove which are separated from each other on a fixed shaft by a preset distance, and as shown in fig. 8, the first paper groove and the second paper groove have the same structure and respectively comprise a paper strip groove and a fixed block; the paper strip groove is of a structure with a groove and is used for placing forming paper; a through hole is arranged on the fixed block along the direction of the fixed axis, and a sliding shaft is sleeved in the through hole; a round hole is formed in the front end face of the fixed block, an internal thread is arranged in the round hole, and the locking bolt is rotatably connected with the fixed block through the internal thread of the round hole; a strip-shaped groove is formed in the bottom end of the fixed block in the vertical direction, the locking bolt penetrates through the strip-shaped groove to contact the inside of the fixed block, and the sliding shaft can move in the through hole of the fixed block along the axis direction of the fixed shaft;
through locking bolt screwing on the fixed axle, locking bolt one end is contradicted the one end in the bar groove in the fixed block, locks the fixed block on the sliding shaft to can be through the locking bolt of adjusting first paper groove and second paper groove respectively, realize adjusting the interval in order to adapt to the shaping paper of different width in first paper groove and second paper groove.
The package forming mechanism comprises a forming mechanism and a cloth belt conveying mechanism. The forming mechanism is positioned on the top surface of the platform, and the cloth belt conveying mechanism is positioned on the front end surface of the platform. The cloth belt conveying mechanism is used for conveying the cloth belt into the forming mechanism, is used for wrapping the forming paper to move in the forming mechanism, and is formed into the base rod through the forming mechanism. The cloth tape conveying mechanism drives the forming paper to be conveyed to the fixed-length cutting mechanism from the forming mechanism for cutting, the cloth tape returns to the cloth tape wheel set again, and the forming mechanism is conveyed through the cloth tape conveying mechanism.
As shown in fig. 10, the forming mechanism comprises a wire feeder, a paper roller, a cloth belt roller, a bottom plate, a tongue depressor, a glue gun, a pressing plate and a heater in sequence from the right end to the left end of the platform.
The cut tobacco delivered by the sheet slitting mechanism is manually fed into a tobacco feeder. The wire feeder of the forming conveying mechanism is used for collecting cut thin sheets, gathering the thin sheets into a bundle and conveniently entering a forming cavity to be wrapped and formed. The wire feeder is a horn-shaped mechanism, a fan is connected in the middle of the wire feeder, positive pressure wire feeding is provided in the middle of the wire feeder, the conveying of thin slice tobacco shreds is assisted, and the shaping paper in the shaping conveying mechanism is shaped and fastened together from the wire feeder under the action of wind power after being output from the shaping paper adjusting device. The upper part outside the wire feeder is fixedly connected with a pressure gauge, and the air pressure can be adjusted through a pressure regulating valve on an air pipe to control the wire feeding air quantity.
The paper roller is positioned below the wire feeder and comprises a roller and a fixed shaft, the roller is arranged on the fixed shaft, and the roller can stably introduce the formed paper into the forming cavity of the forming bottom plate; the strap gyro wheel is located the left side of paper gyro wheel, and the position is less than the paper gyro wheel, and in the shaping chamber of the convenience, the strap is located the below of shaping paper.
The fixed shaft of the paper roller is arranged on the platform; the cloth belt roller is arranged at the end part of the bottom plate, and the bottom plate is fixedly arranged on the platform; the forming paper output by the forming paper adjusting device is connected with the paper roller and is conveyed to the forming cavity in the bottom plate through the paper roller.
The tobacco shred pressing device is characterized in that a pressing tongue is arranged above the bottom plate and fixed on the platform, the pressing tongue is a certain distance away from the bottom plate, the tobacco shred is fixed right above through the pressing tongue, the tobacco shred positioned between the pressing tongue and the bottom plate is initially compressed by the pressing tongue to form a circular tobacco shred bundle, and the diameter of the circular tobacco shred bundle is about three quarters of the diameter of a standard tobacco rod at the outlet of the pressing tongue.

The front side and the rear side of the bottom plate are respectively provided with a small pressing plate and a large pressing plate, wherein one side of the bottom plate is provided with the small pressing plate, the other side of the bottom plate is provided with the large pressing plate, the left side of the small pressing plate is provided with a glue gun, and the left side of the glue gun is provided with the large pressing plate. The small pressing plate and the large pressing plate are provided with round holes, and the diameter size of the round holes is larger than that of the base rod to be formed, so that the base rod can be placed conveniently. The circular holes under the small pressure plate and the large pressure plate are matched with the circular arc hole of the forming bottom plate to form a forming cavity. The small pressing plate and the large pressing plate can be turned over, so that the cleaning is convenient, and the heights of the small pressing plate and the large pressing plate can be adjusted by adjusting the stud, so that the roundness and the circumference of the base rod are controlled.
The heater is located the left side of big clamp plate, adopts the heater fast drying shaping glue, realizes the basic rod and stereotypes. The heater is positioned above the bottom plate and is over against the tobacco shreds, the cigarette paper and the tobacco bundles are compressed and folded, the paper edges are coated with glue to form tobacco strips, and latex on the lap of the tobacco strips is hot-dried by a soldering iron to ensure that the lap is firmly adhered.
The cloth belt conveying mechanism comprises a cloth belt wheel set, an auxiliary wheel set, a tensioning wheel set, a cloth belt and an adjusting wheel set. As shown in fig. 11, the front end surface of the platform is sequentially provided with a cloth belt wheel set, an auxiliary wheel set, a tension wheel set and an adjusting wheel set from left to right, and cloth belts are wound on the cloth belt wheel set, the auxiliary wheel set, the tension wheel set and the adjusting wheel set. The cloth belt is output to the cloth belt roller connected with the platform bottom plate from the cloth belt wheel set through the auxiliary wheel set, the tensioning wheel set and the adjusting wheel set, and is output to the bottom plate forming cavity through the cloth belt roller and then returns to the cloth belt wheel set.
As shown in fig. 13, the cloth belt wheel set is driven by a servo motor acceleration and deceleration machine, and the speed is adjustable to drive the cloth belt to rotate so as to provide power for wrapping and forming. The outside of the cloth belt rotating wheel of the cloth belt wheel set is coated with plastic, so that the friction force is increased. Comprises a cloth belt rotating wheel, a bearing seat, a transmission shaft, a coupling, a speed reducer and a servo motor.
