Abstract
The invention discloses a natural gas station UPS system control terminal which comprises a main cabinet body, wherein a cavity is arranged at the bottom of the main cabinet body, a heat dissipation fan, a power supply and a controller are fixedly connected in the cavity, a plurality of air inlets are formed in the inner bottom of the cavity, a vent is formed in the top of the cavity, a first dustproof net is fixedly inserted in the vent, an installation opening is formed in the top of the main cabinet body, a cover plate is rotatably connected in the installation opening through a rotating shaft, an air outlet is formed in the cover plate, a second dustproof net is fixedly inserted in the air outlet, a plurality of symmetrically-arranged slide rods are fixedly connected in the main cabinet body, and a plurality of support plates are sleeved on the slide rods in a sliding manner. According to the invention, through the arrangement of the adjusting and radiating mechanism, the equipment in the control terminal can be conveniently adjusted and radiated, so that the operation stability of the control terminal is ensured.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of UPS (uninterrupted power supply) control equipment, in particular to a UPS system control terminal of a natural gas station.
Background
UPS, i.e. an uninterruptible power supply, is an uninterruptible power supply that includes an energy storage device. The power supply device is mainly used for providing uninterrupted power supply for partial equipment with higher requirements on power supply stability. When the commercial power input is normal, the UPS supplies the commercial power to the load for use after stabilizing the voltage, and the UPS is an alternating current type voltage stabilizer and also charges the battery in the machine; when the commercial power is interrupted (power failure in accident), the UPS immediately supplies the direct current electric energy of the battery to the load by a method of switching and converting the inverter to continuously supply 220V alternating current to the load, so that the load keeps normal work and the software and hardware of the load are protected from being damaged. UPS devices typically provide protection against either excessive voltage or insufficient voltage.
But the internal structure at present UPS system control terminal is comparatively simple, and certain heat dissipation adjustment mechanism lacks inside the control terminal to influence control terminal's operating stability.

The invention aims to solve the problems that in the prior art, the internal structure of a UPS system control terminal is simple, and a certain heat dissipation adjusting mechanism is lacked inside the control terminal, and provides the UPS system control terminal for a natural gas station.

a natural gas station UPS system control terminal comprises a main cabinet body, wherein a cavity is arranged at the bottom of the main cabinet body, a heat dissipation fan, a power supply and a controller are fixedly connected in the cavity, a plurality of air inlets are formed in the inner bottom of the cavity, a vent is formed in the top of the cavity, a first dustproof net is fixedly inserted in the vent, an installation opening is formed in the top of the main cabinet body, a cover plate is rotatably connected in the installation opening through a rotating shaft, an air outlet is formed in the cover plate, a second dustproof net is fixedly inserted in the air outlet, a plurality of symmetrically-arranged slide bars are fixedly connected in the main cabinet body, a plurality of support plates are sleeved on the slide bars in a sliding manner, two adjacent support plates are connected through turnbuckle screws, heat dissipation openings are formed in the support plates, a grid net is fixedly inserted in the heat dissipation openings, and a temperature sensor is fixedly connected at the bottoms of the support plates, the output ends of the temperature sensor and the power supply are connected with the input end of the controller, and the output end of the controller is connected with the input end of the heat dissipation fan.
Preferably, the bottom of the main cabinet body is rotatably connected with a plurality of universal self-locking wheels.
Preferably, the supporting plate is provided with a sliding opening corresponding to the sliding rod, the sliding opening is connected with a plurality of steel balls in a sliding mode, and the edges of the steel balls are in contact with the sliding rod.
Preferably, the top of the supporting plate is fixedly connected with a plurality of locking blocks, and locking ports are formed in the locking blocks.
