Through the example, the protocol specification of the 3GPP is optimized for SERVICE REJECT, reconfirmation is carried out according to the importance degree of the influence consequence, and reconfirmation is carried out through triggering the registration flow; if the temporary network problem exists, the registration can be normally successful, the service of the user can be interrupted for only 1-3 seconds, and the user can hardly notice the temporary network problem; if the user really has a problem, the user physical examination is further confirmed through the registration process and processed according to the result of the registration process, so that the physical examination performance of the user is improved to the maximum extent, and the problems that the service and the card cannot be used due to temporary network errors are avoided, or the problems that the UE searches and drops 3G and 2G due to the fact that 5G and 4G are forbidden are solved.
Moreover, by adopting the example, the serious consequence of SERVICE REJECT caused by network temporary error is avoided optimally, and the user is ensured to reply to the data SERVICE quickly without awareness.
The embodiment of the application provides a processing method, which comprises the following steps: receiving a service rejection message, wherein the service rejection message carries a service rejection reason, and when a network to which the terminal is currently connected is a preset mobile communication network and the service rejection reason is a preset reason corresponding to the preset mobile communication network, determining to trigger and execute a registration process corresponding to the preset mobile communication network; that is, in the embodiment of the present application, the network connected to the terminal and the reason of the received service rejection are screened out, and the network connected to the terminal is the preset mobile communication network and the reason of the service rejection is the preset reason corresponding to the preset mobile communication network, the terminal for the reason is not processed according to the flow specified by the existing 3GPP protocol any more, but executes the registration flow corresponding to the preset mobile communication network, so that whether the terminal is the temporary network problem can be confirmed again through the registration result, so that if the terminal is the temporary network problem, the registration flow can be normally successful, if there is a problem, the registration flow can be further confirmed, thus avoiding the occurrence of the situation that the terminal cannot normally use the service due to the temporary network error, and reducing the frequency that the terminal cannot normally use the service, and further, the network performance of the terminal is improved.

Fig. 3 is a schematic structural diagram of a terminal according to an embodiment of the present application, as shown in fig. 3, the terminal includes: a receiving module 31 and a determining module 32; wherein the content of the first and second substances,
a receiving module 31, configured to receive a service rejection message; the service rejection message carries the reason of service rejection;
the determining module 32 is configured to determine to trigger and execute a registration procedure corresponding to the preset mobile communication network when the network to which the terminal is currently connected is the preset mobile communication network and the reason for the service rejection is a preset reason corresponding to the preset mobile communication network.

In practical applications, the receiving module 31 and the determining module 32 may be implemented by a processor located on a terminal, specifically, implemented by a Central Processing Unit (CPU), a Microprocessor Unit (MPU), a Digital Signal Processor (DSP), a Field Programmable Gate Array (FPGA), or the like.
Fig. 4 is a schematic structural diagram of a terminal according to an embodiment of the present application, and as shown in fig. 4, an embodiment of the present application provides a terminal 400, including:
a processor 41 and a storage medium 42 storing instructions executable by the processor 41, wherein the storage medium 42 depends on the processor 41 via a communication bus 43 to perform operations, and when the instructions are executed by the processor 41, the processing method according to the first embodiment is performed.
It should be noted that, in practical applications, the various components in the terminal are coupled together by a communication bus 43. It will be appreciated that the communication bus 43 is used to enable communications among the components. The communication bus 43 includes a power bus, a control bus, and a status signal bus, in addition to a data bus. But for clarity of illustration the various buses are labeled in figure 4 as communication bus 43.
The embodiment of the application provides a computer storage medium, which stores executable instructions, and when the executable instructions are executed by one or more processors, the processors execute the processing method of the first embodiment.
The computer-readable storage medium may be a magnetic random access Memory (FRAM), a Read Only Memory (ROM), a Programmable Read Only Memory (PROM), an Erasable Programmable Read Only Memory (EPROM), an Electrically Erasable Programmable Read Only Memory (EEPROM), a Flash Memory (Flash Memory), a magnetic surface Memory, an optical Disc, or a Compact Disc Read-Only Memory (CD-ROM), among others.
As will be appreciated by one skilled in the art, embodiments of the present application may be provided as a method, system, or computer program product. Accordingly, the present application may take the form of a hardware embodiment, a software embodiment, or an embodiment combining software and hardware aspects. Furthermore, the present application may take the form of a computer program product embodied on one or more computer-usable storage media (including, but not limited to, disk storage, optical storage, and the like) having computer-usable program code embodied therein.
The present application is described with reference to flowchart illustrations and/or block diagrams of methods, apparatus (systems), and computer program products according to embodiments of the application. It will be understood that each flow and/or block of the flow diagrams and/or block diagrams, and combinations of flows and/or blocks in the flow diagrams and/or block diagrams, can be implemented by computer program instructions. These computer program instructions may be provided to a processor of a general purpose computer, special purpose computer, embedded processor, or other programmable data processing apparatus to produce a machine, such that the instructions, which execute via the processor of the computer or other programmable data processing apparatus, create means for implementing the functions specified in the flowchart flow or flows and/or block diagram block or blocks.
These computer program instructions may also be stored in a computer-readable memory that can direct a computer or other programmable data processing apparatus to function in a particular manner, such that the instructions stored in the computer-readable memory produce an article of manufacture including instruction means which implement the function specified in the flowchart flow or flows and/or block diagram block or blocks.
These computer program instructions may also be loaded onto a computer or other programmable data processing apparatus to cause a series of operational steps to be performed on the computer or other programmable apparatus to produce a computer implemented process such that the instructions which execute on the computer or other programmable apparatus provide steps for implementing the functions specified in the flowchart flow or flows and/or block diagram block or blocks.

Claims (20)

1. A processing method is applied to a terminal and comprises the following steps:
receiving a service rejection message; the service rejection message carries a service rejection reason;
and when the network currently connected with the terminal is a preset mobile communication network and the reason of service rejection is a preset reason corresponding to the preset mobile communication network, determining to trigger and execute a registration process corresponding to the preset mobile communication network.
2. The method according to claim 1, wherein when the network to which the terminal is currently connected is a preset mobile communication network and the cause of the service rejection is a preset cause corresponding to the preset mobile communication network, determining to trigger and execute the registration procedure corresponding to the preset mobile communication network includes:
and when the network to which the terminal is currently connected is a preset first mobile communication network and the reason of the service rejection is that the IMSI of the terminal is unknown in the HSS, determining to trigger and execute a registration process corresponding to the first mobile communication network.
3. The method according to claim 1, wherein when the network to which the terminal is currently connected is a preset mobile communication network and the cause of the service rejection is a preset cause corresponding to the preset mobile communication network, determining to trigger and execute the registration procedure corresponding to the preset mobile communication network includes:
and when the network currently connected with the terminal is a preset first mobile communication network and the reason of service rejection is that the terminal is illegal, determining to trigger and execute a registration process corresponding to the first mobile communication network.
4. The method according to claim 1, wherein when the network to which the terminal is currently connected is a preset mobile communication network and the cause of the service rejection is a preset cause corresponding to the preset mobile communication network, determining to trigger and execute the registration procedure corresponding to the preset mobile communication network includes:
and when the network to which the terminal is currently connected is a preset first mobile communication network and the service rejection reason is that the IMEI of the terminal is not accepted, determining to trigger and execute a registration process corresponding to the first mobile communication network.

The method according to claim 1, wherein when the network to which the terminal is currently connected is a preset mobile communication network and the cause of the service rejection is a preset cause corresponding to the preset mobile communication network, determining to trigger and execute the registration procedure corresponding to the preset mobile communication network includes:
and when the network to which the terminal is currently connected is a preset first mobile communication network and the reason of service rejection is that the EPS service is not allowed, determining to trigger and executing a registration process corresponding to the first mobile communication network.

The method according to claim 1, wherein when the network to which the terminal is currently connected is a preset mobile communication network and the cause of the service rejection is a preset cause corresponding to the preset mobile communication network, determining to trigger and execute the registration procedure corresponding to the preset mobile communication network includes:
and when the network to which the terminal is currently connected is a preset first mobile communication network and the reason of service rejection is that EPS service and non-EPS service are not allowed, determining to trigger and execute a registration process corresponding to the first mobile communication network.

The method according to claim 1, wherein when the network to which the terminal is currently connected is a preset mobile communication network and the cause of the service rejection is a preset cause corresponding to the preset mobile communication network, determining to trigger and execute the registration procedure corresponding to the preset mobile communication network includes:
and when the network to which the terminal is currently connected is a preset first mobile communication network and the reason of service rejection is that the identity of the terminal is not identified by the network, determining to trigger and execute a registration process corresponding to the first mobile communication network.
8. The method according to claim 1, wherein when the network to which the terminal is currently connected is a preset mobile communication network and the cause of the service rejection is a preset cause corresponding to the preset mobile communication network, determining to trigger and execute the registration procedure corresponding to the preset mobile communication network includes:
and when the network currently connected with the terminal is a preset first mobile communication network and the reason of service rejection is that PLMN is not allowed, determining to trigger and execute a registration process corresponding to the first mobile communication network.
9. The method according to any of claims 2 to 8, wherein the first mobile communication network comprises:
a 2G mobile communication network, or a 3G mobile communication network, or a 4G mobile communication network.
10. The method according to claim 9, wherein the corresponding processing procedure of the first mobile communication network comprises: TAU or Attach.
11. The method according to claim 1, wherein when the network to which the terminal is currently connected is a preset mobile communication network and the cause of the service rejection is a preset cause corresponding to the preset mobile communication network, determining to trigger and execute the registration procedure corresponding to the preset mobile communication network includes:
and when the network currently connected with the terminal is a preset second mobile communication network and the reason of service rejection is that the terminal is illegal, determining to trigger and execute a registration process corresponding to the second mobile communication network.

The method according to claim 1, wherein when the network to which the terminal is currently connected is a preset mobile communication network and the cause of the service rejection is a preset cause corresponding to the preset mobile communication network, determining to trigger and execute the registration procedure corresponding to the preset mobile communication network includes:
and when the network currently connected with the terminal is a preset second mobile communication network and the reason of service rejection is that the PEI is not accepted, determining to trigger and execute a registration process corresponding to the second mobile communication network.

The method according to claim 1, wherein when the network to which the terminal is currently connected is a preset mobile communication network and the cause of the service rejection is a preset cause corresponding to the preset mobile communication network, determining to trigger and execute the registration procedure corresponding to the preset mobile communication network includes:
and when the network to which the terminal is currently connected is a preset second mobile communication network and the reason of service rejection is that 5G service is not allowed, determining to trigger and execute a registration process corresponding to the second mobile communication network.

The method according to claim 1, wherein when the network to which the terminal is currently connected is a preset mobile communication network and the cause of the service rejection is a preset cause corresponding to the preset mobile communication network, determining to trigger and execute the registration procedure corresponding to the preset mobile communication network includes:

16. Method according to any of the claims 11 to 15, wherein said second mobile communication network comprises: 5G mobile communication network.
17. The method of claim 16, wherein the corresponding processing flow of the second mobile communication network comprises: registration.
18. A terminal, comprising:
a receiving module for receiving a service rejection message; the service rejection message carries a service rejection reason;
and the determining module is used for determining to trigger and execute a registration process corresponding to the preset mobile communication network when the network currently connected with the terminal is the preset mobile communication network and the reason of the service rejection is the preset reason corresponding to the preset mobile communication network.
19. A terminal, characterized in that the terminal comprises: a processor and a storage medium storing instructions executable by the processor to perform operations dependent on the processor via a communication bus, the instructions when executed by the processor performing the processing method of any of claims 1 to 17 above.
20. A computer storage medium having stored thereon executable instructions that, when executed by one or more processors, perform the processing method of any one of claims 1 to 17.
