Abstract
The invention discloses a method and a device for processing an email, wherein the method comprises the following steps: starting a timing task; acquiring the configuration of a configuration piece; reading and analyzing the mail according to the configuration, and checking whether the mail is converted into a work order; converting the content of the mail into a work order and informing a customer service of the work order; and the customer service checks and processes the work order through the work order system. By the method and the device, the labor and time cost required to be invested in the existing working mode is solved, and the timeliness and integrity of the work are ensured; the work order is generated in a mode of receiving the mails and warehousing and using the timing task, so that the labor cost is saved; the work order is generated by sending the mail with simple language description, thereby simplifying the business workflow; the mail is received in real time to generate a corresponding work order in time, and the worry about the work backlog caused by untimely processing is avoided; all received mails are converted into work orders through a caching and timing task technology, and the integrity of the workflow is guaranteed.

4. The method as claimed in claim 1, wherein the system automatically returns the e-mail when processing the work order.

the starting unit is used for starting the timing task;
an acquisition unit configured to acquire a configuration of a configuration piece;
the checking unit is used for reading and analyzing the mail according to the configuration and checking whether the mail is converted into a work order;
