Optionally, if the license plate information and the identity information are in a binding relationship, the interaction module 12 performs data interaction with the cloud server according to the license plate information in a first right, where the first right is a right given to the user by the cloud server when the user registers, and the first right includes at least one of the following rights: the user's right to access or edit data, and the right to permit other users except the user to access data.
Optionally, the processing module 11 is further configured to register with the cloud server through the identity information and the license plate information before the interaction module 12 performs data interaction with the cloud server according to the license plate information corresponding to the license plate image, so that the license plate information and the identity information are in a binding relationship, and the first right is obtained.
Optionally, if the license plate information is not in a binding relationship with the identity information, the interaction module 12 is specifically configured to perform data interaction with the cloud server according to the license plate information in a second right and/or a third right, where the second right is a default right of the cloud server to an unregistered user, the third right is a right of a registered user to access data permitted by the terminal, and the identity information of the registered user is in the binding relationship with the license plate information.
Fig. 4 is a schematic structural diagram of a cloud server provided in the present invention. As shown in fig. 4, the cloud server 20 accessed by the license plate graph-based program according to the present invention includes:
the processing module 21 is configured to acquire license plate information, where the license plate information is license plate information corresponding to a license plate pattern identified by a terminal application program, and the program includes an application program or an operating system program;
and the interaction module 22 is used for performing data interaction with the terminal according to the license plate information.
According to the cloud server provided by the embodiment of the invention, after the license plate graph is identified by the terminal using program, such as an application program and an operating system program, data interaction is not carried out with the terminal according to the license plate information corresponding to the license plate graph. In the process, when the terminal accesses programs such as application programs, operating system programs and the like, the license plate graphics are identified by using the programs such as the application programs, the operating system programs and the like, two-dimensional codes do not need to be set for the license plate graphics, and the defect of layout of a large number of two-dimensional codes is avoided.

Optionally, the interaction module 22 is further configured to receive identity information sent by the terminal before performing data interaction with the terminal according to the license plate information;
the processing module 21 is further configured to determine a relationship between the license plate information and the identity information, where the identity information is identity information of a user who logs in the program on the terminal.
Optionally, if the processing module 21 determines that the license plate information and the identity information are in a binding relationship, the processing module 21 determines a first right, the interaction module 22 performs data interaction with the terminal according to the license plate information and the first right, when the first right is the user registration, the cloud server gives the right to the user, and the first right includes at least one of the following rights: the user's right to access or edit data, and the right to permit other users except the user to access data.
Optionally, before the interaction module 22 performs data interaction with the terminal according to the license plate information, the processing module 21 is further configured to register the user according to the identity information and the license plate information, so that the license plate information and the identity information are in a binding relationship, and the terminal obtains the first right.
Optionally, if the processing module 21 determines that the license plate information is not bound to the identity information, the processing module 21 determines a second right and/or a third right, and the interaction module 22 performs data interaction with the terminal according to the license plate information in the second right and/or the third right, where the second right is a default right of the cloud server to an unregistered user, and the third right is a right of data access permitted by a registered user to the terminal.
Those of ordinary skill in the art will understand that: all or a portion of the steps of implementing the above-described method embodiments may be performed by hardware associated with program instructions. The program may be stored in a computer-readable storage medium. When executed, the program performs steps comprising the method embodiments described above; and the aforementioned storage medium includes: various media that can store program codes, such as ROM, RAM, magnetic or optical disks.

Claims (16)

1. A program access method based on license plate graphics is characterized by comprising the following steps:
a terminal uses a program to identify a license plate graph, wherein the program comprises an application program or an operating system program;
the terminal performs data interaction with a cloud server according to the license plate information corresponding to the license plate graph;
after the license plate graph is identified by the terminal application program, the method further comprises the following steps:
the terminal sends identity information to the cloud server so that the cloud server determines the relationship between the license plate information and the identity information, wherein the identity information is the identity information of a user logging in the program on the terminal;
and if the license plate information is not in binding relationship with the identity information, the terminal performs data interaction with the cloud server according to the license plate information in a second right and/or a third right, wherein the second right is the default right of the cloud server to the unregistered user, the third right is the data access right permitted by the registered user to the terminal, and the identity information of the registered user and the license plate information are in binding relationship.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein after the terminal uses the program to recognize the license plate graphic, the method further comprises:
the terminal identifies the license plate information according to the license plate graph;
alternatively, the first and second electrodes may be,
and the terminal sends the license plate graph to the cloud server so that the cloud server recognizes the license plate information according to the license plate graph.
3. The method of claim 1, wherein the data interaction between the terminal and the cloud server is performed according to the license plate information corresponding to the license plate graphic, and the method comprises the following steps:
if the license plate information and the identity information are in a binding relationship, the terminal performs data interaction with the cloud server according to the license plate information in a first authority, the cloud server gives the authority to the user when the first authority is the user registration, and the first authority comprises at least one of the following authorities: the user's right to access or edit data, and the right to permit other users except the user to access data.
4. The method of claim 3, wherein before the terminal performs data interaction with the cloud server according to the license plate information corresponding to the license plate graphic, the method further comprises:
the terminal registers to the cloud server through the identity information and the license plate information, so that the license plate information and the identity information are in a binding relationship, and the first authority is obtained.
5. A program access method based on license plate graphics is characterized by comprising the following steps:
the method comprises the steps that a cloud server obtains license plate information, wherein the license plate information is license plate information corresponding to a license plate graph identified by a terminal use program, and the program comprises an application program or an operating system program;
the cloud server performs data interaction with the terminal according to the license plate information;
the cloud server further comprises, before performing data interaction with the terminal according to the license plate information:
the cloud server receives identity information sent by the terminal;
the cloud server determines the relation between the license plate information and the identity information, wherein the identity information is the identity information of a user who logs in the program on the terminal;
and if the license plate information is not in binding relationship with the identity information, the terminal performs data interaction with the cloud server according to the license plate information in a second right and/or a third right, wherein the second right is the default right of the cloud server to the unregistered user, the third right is the data access right permitted by the registered user to the terminal, and the identity information of the registered user and the license plate information are in binding relationship.
6. The method of claim 5, wherein the obtaining of the license plate information by the cloud server comprises:
the cloud server receives the license plate information sent by the terminal, wherein the license plate information is identified by the terminal according to the license plate graph;
alternatively, the first and second electrodes may be,
and the cloud server receives the license plate graph sent by the terminal and identifies the license plate information according to the license plate graph.
7. The method of claim 6, wherein the cloud server performs data interaction with the terminal according to the license plate information, and the method comprises the following steps:
if the license plate information and the identity information are in a binding relationship, the cloud server determines a first right, and performs data interaction with the terminal according to the license plate information and the first right, wherein the first right is the right given to the user by the cloud server when the user is registered, and the first right comprises at least one of the following rights: the user's right to access or edit data, and the right to permit other users except the user to access data.
8. The method of claim 7, wherein before the cloud server performs data interaction with the terminal according to the license plate information, the method further comprises:
the cloud server registers the user according to the identity information and the license plate information, so that the license plate information and the identity information are in a binding relationship, and the terminal obtains the first permission.
9. A license plate graphic-based program access terminal, comprising:
the license plate recognition system comprises a processing module, a recognition module and a recognition module, wherein the processing module is used for recognizing license plate graphics by using programs, and the programs comprise application programs or operating system programs;
the interaction module is used for performing data interaction with the cloud server according to the license plate information corresponding to the license plate graph;
the interaction module is used for sending identity information to the cloud server after the processing module identifies the license plate graph by using a program so that the cloud server can determine the relationship between the license plate information and the identity information, wherein the identity information is the identity information of a user logging in the program on the terminal;
if the license plate information is not in a binding relationship with the identity information, the interaction module is specifically configured to perform data interaction with the cloud server according to the license plate information in a second right and/or a third right, wherein the second right is a default right of the cloud server to an unregistered user, the third right is a data access right permitted by a registered user to the terminal, and the identity information of the registered user is in the binding relationship with the license plate information.
10. The terminal of claim 9,
the processing module is used for identifying the license plate information according to the license plate graph after identifying the license plate graph by using a program;
alternatively, the first and second electrodes may be,
the interaction module is used for sending the license plate graph to the cloud server after the processing module uses a program to identify the license plate graph, so that the cloud server can identify the license plate information according to the license plate graph.
11. The terminal of claim 9, wherein the cloud server performs data interaction with the terminal according to the license plate information, and the data interaction comprises:
if the license plate information and the identity information are in a binding relationship, the cloud server determines a first right, and performs data interaction with the terminal according to the license plate information and the first right, wherein the first right is the right given to the user by the cloud server when the user is registered, and the first right comprises at least one of the following rights: the user's right to access or edit data, and the right to permit other users except the user to access data.
12. The terminal of claim 10,
the processing module is further used for registering to the cloud server through the identity information and the license plate information before the interaction module performs data interaction with the cloud server according to the license plate information corresponding to the license plate graph, so that the license plate information and the identity information are in a binding relationship, and the first permission is obtained.
13. A cloud server accessed by a program based on license plate graphics, comprising:
the license plate information processing module is used for acquiring license plate information, wherein the license plate information is license plate information corresponding to a license plate graph identified by a terminal use program, and the program comprises an application program or an operating system program;
the interaction module is used for carrying out data interaction with the terminal according to the license plate information;
the interaction module is used for receiving the identity information sent by the terminal before data interaction is carried out with the terminal according to the license plate information;
the processing module is further configured to determine a relationship between the license plate information and the identity information, where the identity information is identity information of a user who logs in the program on the terminal; if the processing module determines that the license plate information is not bound to the identity information, the processing module determines a second right and/or a third right, and the interaction module performs data interaction with the terminal within the second right and/or the third right according to the license plate information, wherein the second right is a default right of the cloud server to the unregistered user, and the third right is a data access right permitted by the registered user to the terminal.
14. The cloud server of claim 13,
the processing module is specifically configured to receive the license plate information sent by the terminal, where the license plate information is identified by the terminal according to the license plate image;
alternatively, the first and second electrodes may be,
the processing module is specifically configured to receive the license plate image sent by the terminal, and recognize the license plate information according to the license plate image.
