In an embodiment, the determining module 20 is further configured to obtain a glue discharging diameter of the servo dosing pump; determining the rotating speed of a servo constant delivery pump according to the glue outlet diameter; determining an analog voltage quantity according to the rotating speed of the servo constant delivery pump; and determining a temperature and analog voltage change curve according to the gluing temperature, the rotating speed of the servo constant delivery pump and the analog voltage.
In an embodiment, the determining module 20 is further configured to obtain a temperature and viscosity change curve of the spot welding sealant; automatically matching the viscosity value of the spot welding sealant according to the temperature and viscosity change curve through the gluing temperature; and determining a temperature and analog voltage change curve according to the gluing temperature, the viscosity value, the rotating speed of the servo constant delivery pump and the analog voltage.
In an embodiment, the determining module 20 is further configured to determine a mapping relationship between the viscosity value and the rotation speed of the servo constant delivery pump; and determining a temperature and analog voltage change curve according to the mapping relation, the gluing temperature and the analog voltage quantity.
In one embodiment, the device for intelligently adjusting the glue discharging amount further comprises: the numerical value display module is used for detecting the gluing quality of the servo constant delivery pump; and when the gluing quality meets the preset gluing quality, sending a numerical value display instruction to a display screen so that the display screen displays the gluing temperature, the viscosity value, the rotating speed of the servo constant delivery pump and the analog voltage according to the numerical value display instruction.

determining an analog voltage quantity according to the temperature and the analog voltage change curve through the gluing temperature;
and transmitting the analog voltage quantity to a servo constant delivery pump so that the servo constant delivery pump can stably deliver the glue according to the analog voltage quantity.
2. The method for intelligently adjusting the glue discharging amount according to claim 1, wherein the determining the temperature and analog voltage change curve of the servo dosing pump comprises:
acquiring the glue outlet diameter of the servo constant delivery pump;
determining the rotating speed of a servo constant delivery pump according to the glue outlet diameter;
determining an analog voltage quantity according to the rotating speed of the servo constant delivery pump;
and determining a temperature and analog voltage change curve according to the gluing temperature, the rotating speed of the servo constant delivery pump and the analog voltage.

The method for intelligently adjusting the glue discharging amount according to claim 2, wherein the step of determining a temperature and analog voltage change curve according to the gluing temperature, the rotating speed of the servo constant delivery pump and the analog voltage amount comprises the following steps:
acquiring a temperature and viscosity change curve of the spot welding sealant;
automatically matching the viscosity value of the spot welding sealant according to the temperature and viscosity change curve through the gluing temperature;
and determining a temperature and analog voltage change curve according to the gluing temperature, the viscosity value, the rotating speed of the servo constant delivery pump and the analog voltage.

The method for intelligently adjusting glue dispensing amount according to claim 3, wherein the determining a temperature and analog voltage change curve according to the gluing temperature, the viscosity value, the rotation speed of the servo constant delivery pump and the analog voltage amount comprises:
determining a mapping relation between the viscosity value and the rotating speed of the servo constant delivery pump;
and determining a temperature and analog voltage change curve according to the mapping relation, the gluing temperature and the analog voltage quantity.

The method for intelligently adjusting a dispensing amount according to claim 3, wherein after the analog voltage amount is transmitted to the servo constant delivery pump so that the servo constant delivery pump can stably dispense the glue according to the analog voltage amount, the method further comprises:
detecting the gluing quality of the servo constant delivery pump;
and when the gluing quality meets the preset gluing quality, sending a numerical value display instruction to a display screen so that the display screen displays the gluing temperature, the viscosity value, the rotating speed of the servo constant delivery pump and the analog voltage according to the numerical value display instruction.
