After the first adsorption block 4 and the second adsorption block 5 are adsorbed on the lower end face of the sheet metal shell, the first sleeve rod 2 and the second sleeve rod 3 are kept horizontal with the lower end face of the sheet metal shell, and the pointer 10 is perpendicular to the support rod 1, so when the lower end face of the sheet metal shell is inclined, the support rod 1 is inclined and no longer keeps a horizontal position, the pointer 10 is not kept at a vertical position and is inclined, the movable piece 11 is connected with the support rod 1 through the connecting rod 9 and the bearing 8, after the support rod 1 is inclined, the rotating characteristic of the bearing 8 is utilized, the movable piece 11 always keeps a vertical downward state under the action of gravity of the balancing weight 13, so that the scale on the movable piece 11 also always keeps a constant state, when the pointer 10 is inclined and deviated due to the support rod 1, the scale of the pointer 10 on the movable piece 11 also deviates, therefore, whether the assembly of the sheet metal shell is horizontal or not can be accurately identified.
