Detailed Description
In order to make the technical solutions and advantages of the present invention more apparent, exemplary embodiments of the present invention are described in further detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings. It is clear that the described embodiments are only a part of the embodiments of the invention, and not an exhaustive list of all embodiments. And the embodiments and features of the embodiments may be combined with each other without conflict.
The terms upper and lower, and the like, as used herein and as may be referred to in the claims, are defined relative to the configuration shown in the drawings and are intended to be relative terms, and thus may be changed according to the position and the use state of the device. Therefore, these and other directional terms should not be construed as limiting terms.
An embodiment of the present invention provides a buckle 10. As shown in fig. 1, the buckle 10 includes an upper connector 1 and a lower connector 2. The lower connecting piece 2 is fixedly arranged at the lower end of the upper connecting piece 1. In use, as shown in fig. 3, the upper connecting member 1 is used to connect with the first member to be connected 20. And the lower connector 2 is used for connection with the second member to be connected 30. Thereby connecting the two pieces to be connected together by means of the snap 10. Specifically, the upper connecting member 1 has a head body 11 and a neck body 12 disposed below the head body 11. According to the present application, the head body 11 is configured such that the peripheral wall can be deformed in a flexible manner to form a stable engagement with the first part 20 to be connected, as will be described in detail later.
In one embodiment, the head body 11 includes a head main body 111, a segmented ring 112, and a resilient connecting rib 113. The head main body 111 is fixedly connected with the neck body 12. The segment ring 112 is disposed radially outward of the head main body 111. The segmented ring 112 is radially spaced relative to the head body 111. Meanwhile, the segment ring 112 is plural and is sequentially adjacent first to circumferentially surround the head main body 111. Elastic coupling ribs 113 are provided between each segment ring 112 and the head main body 111 for coupling. This arrangement makes the head body 11 divided into a plurality of pieces in the circumferential direction, and when the segmented ring 112 is subjected to a pressing force, the pressing force can be transmitted to the elastic connecting ribs 113 to cause the elastic connecting ribs 113 to deform, so that the segmented ring 112 is radially contracted to easily match the first member to be connected 20. The outer peripheral wall of the head body 11 is in abutting fit with the groove wall 204 of the first to-be-connected component 20, so that the circumferential rotation and the shaking of the buckle 10 relative to the first to-be-connected component 20 are limited, and the connection stability is improved. Meanwhile, after the connection is in place, the lower surface of the head body 11 abuts against the upper surface of the first to-be-connected piece 20, so that the buckle 10 is limited and cannot shake relative to the first to-be-connected piece 20, and the connection stability is further improved. In addition, through the buckle 10 of this application, reduce the installation requirement to first connecting hole 201 and neck body 12, first connecting hole 201 also does not need interference formula at all with neck body 12 to be connected.
As shown in fig. 2, two adjacent segmented rings 112 overlap at adjacent ends. That is, the first end of one segmented ring 112 is located radially inward of the second end of the other segmented ring 112. No matter in the natural state, or in the pressed state after installation, the arrangement avoids the butt joint between the ends of two adjacent segmented rings 112, and further avoids the problem that the segmented rings 112 are difficult to radially contract, thereby increasing the use convenience of the buckle 10.
Specifically, the segmented ring 112 has a segmented ring main body 1121, an inner step 1122, an outer step 1123, and a guide portion 1124. Wherein the segment ring main body 1121 is arc-shaped and extends in the circumferential direction. The inner bridging portion 1122 is provided at a first end of the segmented ring main body 1121 at a radially inner side in bridging the other segmented rings 112 adjacent to the segmented ring 112. An outer lap 1123 is provided at the second end of the segmented ring body 1121 radially outward during lapping with the adjacent segmented ring 112. The guiding portion 1124 is disposed between the segmented ring main body 1121 and the inner bridging portion 1122, and has an arc shape, so as to achieve a smooth transition connection between the segmented ring main body 1121 and the inner bridging portion 1122. During the contraction process of the segmented rings 112 when the head body 11 is pressed, the guiding portion 1124 can guide the outer bridging portion 1123 to climb toward the segmented ring main body 1121 between two adjacent segmented rings 112, so as to easily achieve the radial contraction of the segmented rings 112. In addition, the radial dimension of the outer land 1123 is thinned relative to the radial dimension of the segmented ring body 1121. This makes it possible to make the outer joint 1123 easily deformed and climb the upper guide portion 1124. Thus, the above arrangement can ensure effective radial contraction of the segmented ring 112, as well as ease of contraction.
The radial cross section of the head main body 111 is configured in a polygonal structure. In the present application, the head main body 111 is configured to be a quadrangle. However, the head main body 111 may be configured as a pentagon, a hexagon, or the like, according to the use requirement. The number of the segment rings 112 matches the number of the head main bodies 111, and for example, in the embodiment shown in the drawings of the present application, the segment rings 112 are also four.
Both end connection points 1131, 1132 of the elastic linking rib 113 are used for connection to the head main body 111 and the segment ring 112, respectively. The connection points 1131, 1132 at both ends of the elastic bead 113 are circumferentially offset so that the elastic bead 113 is connected in a tilted manner with respect to the diameter. For example, the elastic beads 113 are inclined at an angle of 30 to 60 degrees. The inclination angle "a" is an angle between a line connecting the two end connection points 1131, 1132 and the radial direction. During compression of the segmented ring 112, the one end attachment point 1132 of the resilient connecting rib 113 is caused to move radially inward relative to the other end attachment point 1131, thereby moving the segmented ring 112. The elastic connecting rib 113 which is arranged in an inclined manner can ensure the movement, and the elastic connecting rib 113 is safe and stable in the moving process and is prevented from being broken.
For example, one end connection point 1132 of the elastic connection rib 113 is connected to the circumferential center of the corresponding segmented ring 112. Meanwhile, the other end connecting point 1131 of the elastic connecting rib 113 is connected to the corner of the head main body 111 in an arc transition manner. The elastic connecting ribs 113 are stressed evenly by the arrangement, and the installation stability of the elastic connecting ribs is ensured.
In a preferred embodiment, the outer wall surface of the head main body 111 is provided with an arc-shaped inner recess 1111. The elastic connecting rib 113 is configured in an arc shape protruding toward the inner recess 1111. This arrangement ensures that the elastic connection rib 113 can make arc contact with the head main body 111, and particularly, in the case that the inner contraction ratio of the segment ring 112 is large, the elastic connection rib 113 can abut against the outer wall of the head main body 111, and the arc-shaped fit relationship can ensure the safety of the elastic connection rib 113 and avoid breakage.
In one embodiment, clasp 10 further comprises a transition piece 3. The transition piece 3 mainly serves for the connection. In particular, the transition piece 3 is arranged between the neck body 12 and the lower connecting piece 2. The outer wall of the transition piece 3 is sleeved with a sealing sleeve 4. The lower end of the sealing sleeve 4 is radially constricted for wrapping a portion of the lower wall surface of the transition piece 3. Thus, after installation in use, the transition piece 3 is located between the first to-be-connected piece 20 and the second to-be-connected piece 30, and the lower end of the sealing sleeve 4 abuts against the upper mounting surface of the second to-be-connected piece 30 for forming a seal.
The lower connector 2 of the present application may be the same as in the prior art, e.g., configured as a bird's beak.
The application also relates to an automobile. The automobile mainly comprises a first connecting piece 20, a second connecting piece 30 and a buckle 10. As shown in fig. 3, the first connecting element 20 can be designed as a slot-shaped trim (which can be an interior trim or an exterior trim). A first connection hole 201 is provided on the groove bottom wall 203 of the fixture. With a gap 202 provided in the bottom wall 203 of the slot. The opening 202 is communicated with the first connection hole 201, and the size of the opening is smaller than the diameter of the first connection hole 201. When installed, the neck body 12 snaps into the first attachment aperture 201 after passing through the notch 202. Meanwhile, the head body 11 extends between the groove walls 204 of the fixture. During the process of the head 11 entering between the groove walls 204 of the fixture, the segmented ring 112 is compressed, forcing the elastic connection rib 113 to deform. After the buckle 10 is connected with the first connecting piece 20, the deformed elastic connecting rib 113 gives a radial force to the segmented ring 112 for abutting against the groove wall 204 of the ornament, so that the upper connecting body 1 is stably connected with the first connecting piece 20, and the buckle 10 is prevented from shaking relative to the ornament. Moreover, the self-adaptive capability of the head 11 can ensure that the buckle 10 can be adapted to the first connecting pieces 20 with different sizes, and has wide application. The second member to be connected 30 may be a vehicle body sheet metal. A second connecting hole 301 is formed in the vehicle body metal plate. During the connection process, the lower connector 2 of the clip 10 may be inserted into the second connection hole 301. Thus, the stable connection of the plaque and the automobile metal plate is realized through the buckle 10.
While preferred embodiments of the present invention have been described, additional variations and modifications in those embodiments may occur to those skilled in the art once they learn of the basic inventive concepts. Therefore, the appended claims are intended to be construed to include preferred embodiments and all such changes and/or modifications as fall within the scope of the invention, and all such changes and/or modifications as are made to the embodiments of the present invention are intended to be covered by the scope of the invention.
