本发明涉及节能门结构技术领域,且公开了一种节能门结构,包括门扇、门框、后框、前框、分隔材料、台阶、配合台、门框密封条和门扇密封条。这样设置,门扇和门框关闭后,相应的台阶和配合台通过对应设置的门框密封条和门扇密封条形成密闭空腔,密闭空腔中的空气能够降低热传递效率,并提高隔声性能和密封性能;同时,通过设置相应的门框密封条和门扇密封条能够让门扇和门框并不直接接触,以降低热传递效率,增加气密性,提高隔声性能,满足低能耗节能需求。

技术领域
本发明涉及节能门结构技术领域,具体为一种节能门结构。
背景技术
近年来国家出台相关政策鼓励开发低能耗节能被动式建筑,其对建筑的能耗指标也有严格规定。其中对低能耗节能被动式建筑的传热系数指标要求尤其严格。目前市场上入户门均无法满足能耗要求,原因在于其结构过于简单,采用简单的制作工艺,在保温、隔声、气密等关键指标上只能达到一般的水平。需要重新开发全新结构,以满足低能耗节能被动式建筑的使用要求。
发明内容
本发明主要是提供一种节能门结构,解决现有技术无法满足能耗要求,在保温、隔声、气密等关键指标上只能达到一般的水平的问题。
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明采用如下技术方案:
一种节能门结构,包括门扇和门框,所述门框包括后框,以及可拆卸连接于所述后框上的前框,所述后框与前框之间设置有分隔材料;所述门扇四侧边设置有多个台阶,所述后框与前框上对应相应位置的所述台阶均设置有配合台,所述后框的配合台上设置有门框密封条,所述前框的配合台上设置有门扇密封条。其中,后框与前框上对应相应位置的所述台阶均设置有配合台,指的是在门扇闭合后,后框与前框上相对应门扇上设置的台阶设置有配合的配合台,具体参照说明书附图。这样设置,门扇和门框关闭后,相应的台阶和配合台通过对应设置的门框密封条和门扇密封条形成密闭空腔,密闭空腔中的空气能够降低热传递效率,并提高隔声性能和密封性能;同时,通过设置相应的门框密封条和门扇密封条能够让门扇和门框并不直接接触,以降低热传递效率,增加气密性,提高隔声性能,满足低能耗节能需求。
进一步,所述后框的配合台上设置有用于卡接所述门框密封条的卡槽。这样设置,能够便于安装门框密封条。
进一步,包括至少三个台阶,以及两个所述后框的配合台和一个所述前框的配合台。这样设置,至少能够形成两个密闭空腔,相比于一个密闭空腔的情况下,在较大提升隔声性能和密封性能等情况下,减少材料浪费。
进一步,所述分隔材料采用隔热材料。当作为被动式入户门使用时,为提高被动式入户门的保温性能,避免热量通过门框在室内和室外间传递。将门框做成前后两个部分,并在之间增加低传热系数的隔热材料,形成特有的热断桥结构。
进一步,所述分隔材料采用防火材料。当作为被动式防火门使用时,为提高被动式防火门的防火隔热性能,避免热量通过门框在室内和室外间传递。将门框做成前后两个部分,并在之间增加低传热系数防火材料(例如:防火板等),形成特有的热断桥结构。
进一步,所述前框内设置有加强板。设置加强板能够加强前框的结构稳定性,不易变形。
进一步,所述门框密封条和门扇密封条采用低导热性的弹性材料制成。该材料包括但不限于橡胶材质、聚氨酯发泡材质等。采用低导热性的弹性材料能够提高使用效果。
有益效果:这样设置,门扇和门框关闭后,相应的台阶和配合台通过对应设置的门框密封条和门扇密封条形成密闭空腔,密闭空腔中的空气能够降低热传递效率,并提高隔声性能和密封性能;同时,通过设置相应的门框密封条和门扇密封条能够让门扇和门框并不直接接触,以降低热传递效率,增加气密性,提高隔声性能,满足低能耗节能需求。

如图1、图2、图3、图4所示,本实施例的一种节能门结构,包括门扇1和门框,所述门框包括后框2,以及可拆卸连接于所述后框2上的前框3,所述后框2与前框3之间设置有分隔材料4;所述门扇1四侧边设置有多个台阶5,所述后框2与前框3上对应相应位置的所述台阶5均设置有配合台6,所述后框2的配合台6上设置有门框密封条7,所述前框3的配合台6上设置有门扇密封条8。所述后框2的配合台6上设置有用于卡接所述门框密封条7的卡槽。包括至少三个台阶5,以及两个所述后框2的配合台6和一个所述前框3的配合台6。所述分隔材料4采用隔热材料。所述前框3内设置有加强板9。所述门框密封条7和门扇密封条8采用低导热性的弹性材料制成。这样设置,门扇1和门框关闭后,相应的台阶5和配合台6通过对应设置的门框密封条7和门扇密封条8形成密闭空腔10,密闭空腔10中的空气能够降低热传递效率,并提高隔声性能和密封性能;同时,通过设置相应的门框密封条7和门扇密封条8能够让门扇1和门框并不直接接触,以降低热传递效率,增加气密性,提高隔声性能,满足低能耗节能需求。
实施例二:
本实施例与实施例一的区别在于:所述分隔材料采用防火材料。

1.一种节能门结构,包括门扇和门框,其特征在于:所述门框包括后框,以及可拆卸连接于所述后框上的前框,所述后框与前框之间设置有分隔材料;所述门扇四侧边设置有多个台阶,所述后框与前框上对应相应位置的所述台阶均设置有配合台,所述后框的配合台上设置有门框密封条,所述前框的配合台上设置有门扇密封条。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种节能门结构,其特征在于:所述后框的配合台上设置有用于卡接所述门框密封条的卡槽。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种节能门结构,其特征在于:包括至少三个台阶,以及两个所述后框的配合台和一个所述前框的配合台。
