Detailed Description
Preferred embodiments of the present disclosure will be described below with reference to the accompanying drawings. In the present specification, the "left-right direction" refers to a direction in which the pair of vertical frames are separated from each other in the plane direction of the fan body, and is the left-right direction when the door window is viewed from the front side in fig. 2 and 7. The "front-rear direction" refers to a thickness direction of the fan body (depth direction of the door window) perpendicular to the surface direction of the fan body, and is the front-rear direction in fig. 2 and 7. In the front-rear direction of fig. 2 and 7, the near side is also referred to as the front side, and the deep side of fig. 2 and 7 is also referred to as the rear side. The vertical direction is a direction passing through the paper surface in fig. 2 and 7, and is a vertical direction in fig. 1 and 6.
The door window 100 of the first embodiment will be explained. As shown in fig. 1 and 2, the door window 100 according to the first embodiment includes: a frame 110 fixed to a wall material 12 disposed around an opening of a building; a fan body 120 openably and closably disposed in the housing 110 via a blind hinge 150; a pair of front side decorative strips 130 (decorative strips) disposed on the front side of the vertical frame 111; a pair of rear side trim strips 140 (trim strips) disposed on the rear side of the vertical frame 111; a front side trim strip 430 (trim strip) disposed on the front side of the upper frame 112; a rear side trim strip 440 (trim strip) disposed on the rear side of the upper frame 112. The door window 100 of the first embodiment is constituted by a side hung door window including a sash 120 rotatably disposed in a frame 110.
The frame 110 is configured by combining an upper frame 112 (a horizontal frame and a frame member) and a pair of vertical frames 111 (frame members). A frame opening 11 is formed inside the frame 110. A wall bottom member 13 is attached to the surface of the wall material 12 on the frame 110 side. The upper frame 112 and the vertical frame 111 are fixed to the wall assembly 12 via the wall bottom member 13.
The front surface of the wall assembly 12 and the front surface of the wall bottom member 13 are formed to be located on the same plane. The rear surface of the wall assembly 12 and the rear surface of the wall bottom member 13 are formed to be located on the same plane. The front end surfaces of the upper frame 112 and the vertical frame 111 are positioned further forward than the front side surfaces of the wall material 12 and the wall bottom member 13. The rear end surface of the vertical frame 111 is located forward of the rear surfaces of the wall material 12 and the wall bottom member 13 in the front-rear direction.
One side (e.g., the right side in fig. 2) of the fan body 120 in the left-right direction is connected to the vertical frame 111 via a plurality of concealed hinges 150 disposed to be vertically separated. As shown in fig. 3A to 3C, fan 120 is movable between a closed position (see fig. 3A) disposed in casing 110, and a first open position (see fig. 3B) and a second open position (see fig. 3C) in which fan 120 is opened by the rotation of blind hinge 150.
As shown in fig. 3A, blind hinge 150 includes first hinge structure 151 disposed on fan body 120 and second hinge structure 152 disposed on vertical frame 111. First hinge structure 151 and second hinge structure 152 are connected, and rotation of sector 120 causes rotation of first hinge structure 151 relative to second hinge structure 152.
As shown in fig. 3A, first hinge structure 151 is disposed in recess 120a recessed from an end surface of fan body 120 on one side in the left-right direction (for example, the right side in fig. 2). The second hinge structure portion 152 is disposed in a recess 111a recessed from the surface of the vertical frame 111 on the side of the frame opening 11, at a position close to the front side molding 130, which is rearward by a predetermined distance in the front-rear direction from the front side molding 130 disposed on the front side of the vertical frame 111.
As shown in fig. 3A, when the sash 120 is in the closed position, the blind hinge 150 is hidden so as to be difficult to see from the outside from both the front and rear of the door/window 1. By moving the fan 120 from the closed position to the open position, the fan 120 can be moved from the open position shown in fig. 3A to the first open position shown in fig. 3B where the fan 120 is opened α 1 (for example, 90 °), and further can be moved to the second open position shown in fig. 3C where the fan 120 is opened α 2 (for example, 180 °).
As shown in fig. 2, door/window stoppers 160 are provided on inner surfaces of the pair of vertical frames 111 on the side of the frame opening 11 extending in the front-rear direction. When the sash 120 is in the closed position, the sash 120 abuts against the door/window abutting portion 160. As shown in fig. 2, the door/window stopper 160 includes: the door/window stopper fixing portion 161, a stopper piece 162 disposed on the front side of the door/window stopper fixing portion 161, and a door/window stopper extending portion 163 extending from the door/window stopper fixing portion 161 to the rear side.
The door/window stopper fixing portion 161 is fixed to the face of the vertical frame 111 on the frame opening 11 side. The door/window stopper fixing portion 161 is formed to have a hollow portion with a rectangular cross section. The stopper 162 is a portion abutting against the fan body 120. The flap 162 is formed of, for example, a rubber material.
The door catch extension 163 extends rearward from the door catch fixing portion 161 with a gap groove 163a (door catch gap) left between the vertical frame 111. A front end of a rear front-rear direction linear portion 142 of a rear trim 140 described later is inserted into the gap groove 163 a.
The pair of front side molding strips 130 are disposed on the front side surface of the door/window 100, respectively, on the wall assembly 12 and the vertical frame 111. The pair of front side decorative strips 130 are provided in a left-right pair and formed in a left-right symmetrical shape. The front side trim 130 is formed in a plate shape extending in the up-down direction. The front side trim 130 is formed of, for example, an aluminum material.
As shown in fig. 4, the front side trim strip 130 includes: a front linear extending portion 131 (plate-shaped portion), a front end engaging extending portion 132 (clamping structure, protruding extending portion) protruding toward the vertical frame 111 at an end portion of the front linear extending portion 131 on the fan body 120 side, a claw portion 133 (clamping structure) protruding toward the vertical frame 111 at a middle portion of the front linear extending portion 131 in the left-right direction, a first extending portion 134 extending toward the wall 12 side from an end portion of the front linear extending portion 131 on the wall 12 side, a second extending portion 135 extending toward the vertical frame 111 side in the left-right direction from an end portion of the first extending portion 134 on the rear side in the front-rear direction, and a third extending portion 136 extending toward the front side from an end portion of the second extending portion 135 on the vertical frame 111 side in the left-right direction.
The front linear extension 131 is attached to the front end surface of the vertical frame 111. The front linear extending portion 131 is formed in a plate shape covering the front surface of the vertical frame 111. The front linear extending portion 131 extends linearly in the left-right direction from the end portion of the vertical frame 111 on the fan body 120 side to a part of the vertical frame 111, the wall bottom member 13, and the wall assembly 12. The front linear extending portion 131 extends linearly in the left-right direction so as to cover at least a portion from the end of the vertical frame 111 on the fan body 120 side to the vertical frame 111 side of the wall material 12. The front linear extending portion 131 is formed to extend on the same plane in the left-right direction from the end portion of the vertical frame 111 on the fan 120 side to a portion of the wall material 12 on the vertical frame 111 side.
The distal end engaging extension portion 132 and the claw portion 133 are formed on the surface of the front linear extension portion 131 on the side of the vertical frame 111. The front end engaging extension 132 is provided at the end of the front side decorative strip 130 on the fan body 120 side so as to protrude from the front side linear extension 131 toward the vertical frame 111 side. The front end engaging extension 132 extends a predetermined length in the left-right direction from the end of the front side decorative strip 130 on the fan body 120 side along the front side linear extension 131 to the side away from the fan body 120. The front end engaging extension 132 is engaged with a notch 111b formed in an angle of the fan body 120 side on the front end surface of the vertical frame 111.
The claw portion 133 is disposed closer to the wall material 12 than the distal end retaining/extending portion 132. The claw portion 133 is formed so as to protrude from the side of the front linear extending portion 131 facing the vertical frame 111 toward the vertical frame 111. A protrusion 133a protruding toward the fan body 120 is formed at the tip of the claw portion 133. The claw 133 is engaged in a notch 111c formed in an angle of the front end surface of the vertical frame 111 on the wall material 12 side.
The front-end engaging extension portion 132 and the claw portion 133 constitute a holding structure that holds the front-end portion of the vertical frame 111 in the left-right direction (the direction in which the pair of vertical frames 111 are separated in the plane direction of the fan body 120). The distal end locking extension portion 132 is hooked and fixed to the distal end portion of the vertical frame 111 by a clamping structure (the distal end locking extension portion 132 and the claw portion 133). A surface 131a of a portion between the distal end engaging extension portion 132 and the claw portion 133 on the surface of the distal linear extension portion 131 on the side of the vertical frame 111 is bonded to the distal end surface of the vertical frame 111 with an adhesive material (not shown) such as a double-sided tape. However, the present invention is not limited thereto. The distal end engagement extension 132 may not be bonded with an adhesive material such as a double-sided tape.
The first extending portion 134 extends from the end portion of the front linear extending portion 131 on the wall material 12 side to the wall material 12 in the front-rear direction. The second extending portion 135 extends from the end of the first extending portion 134 on the wall material 12 side along the front surface of the wall material 12 toward the vertical frame 111 side. The third extending portion 136 extends a predetermined length from the end portion of the second extending portion 135 on the side of the vertical frame 111 to the front side. The third extension 136 is provided to improve the strength of the end of the front side trim 130.
A foamed adhesive 137 is disposed in a region surrounded by the front side molding 130, the wall material 12, the wall bottom member 13, and the vertical frame 111. The foamed adhesive 137 adheres and fixes the front molding 130 to the wall material 12, the wall bottom member 13, and the vertical frame 111. However, the present invention is not limited thereto. The front side trim 130 may not be bonded with the foamed adhesive material 137.
As shown in fig. 4, a decorative sheet 138 (surface material) is provided on the surface of the front side decorative strip 130. The decorative sheet 138 is attached over a part of the surface of the second extending portion 135, the surface of the first extending portion 134, and the surface of the front linear extending portion 131. The decorative piece 138 is folded back toward the distal end engaging extension 132 at the end of the front decorative strip 130 on the fan body 120 side, and is attached to the surface of the distal end engaging extension 132.
When the decorative sheet 138 is folded back and attached at the end of the plate material, if the folded-back portion of the decorative sheet 138 is short, the folded-back portion of the decorative sheet 138 is easily peeled off, and it is difficult to attach the decorative sheet satisfactorily. In contrast, in the present disclosure, the distal end locking extension 132 is formed to extend a predetermined length from the end on the fan body 120 side toward the wall material 12 side, and thus the attachment region of the decorative sheet 138 can be secured in the distal end locking extension 132. Therefore, the folded portion of the decorative sheet 138 can be attached to the distal end retaining extension portion 132 satisfactorily.
The front end engaging extension 132 to which the decorative sheet 138 is attached is engaged in the notch 111b of the front end of the vertical frame 111. A decorative sheet 111d is attached to the front side of the vertical frame 111 on the fan body 120 side. The decorative sheet 111d is attached to the surface of the vertical frame 111 on the fan body 120 side, and is folded back at the corner portion of the front side of the vertical frame 111. The folded portion of the decorative sheet 111d is attached along an inner surface of the front end portion of the notch 111b extending in the left-right direction by a predetermined length.
The folded-back portion of the decorative piece 138 attached to the front end engaging and extending portion 132 and the folded-back portion of the decorative piece 111d attached to the front side surface of the notch 111b of the front end portion of the vertical frame 111 are sandwiched between the front end engaging and extending portion 132 and the vertical frame 111 by the front end engaging and extending portion 132 being engaged with the notch 111b of the vertical frame 111. Thus, the decorative piece 138 attached to the distal end engaging extension 132 and the decorative piece 111d attached to the notch 111b at the distal end of the vertical frame 111 are sandwiched between the distal end engaging extension 132 and the vertical frame 111, and therefore, the occurrence of peeling is prevented.
Since the front side trim 130 is formed in a plate shape attached to the front side end surface of the vertical frame 111, a space for disposing components can be secured at a position closer to the front side in the interior of the vertical frame 111. As a result, as shown in fig. 3A, the blind hinge 150 can be disposed at a position closer to the front side in the interior of the vertical frame 111. Even when the fan body 120 is moved from the closed position shown in fig. 3A to the open position shown in fig. 3B and 3C, the front side decorative strip 130 is formed in a flat plate shape, and therefore, the movement of the fan body 120 and the concealed hinge 150 is not hindered.
As shown in fig. 2, a pair of rear molding strips 140 are disposed on the rear surface of the door/window 100, respectively, on the wall assembly 12 and the vertical frame 111. The pair of rear side decorative strips 140 are provided in a left-right pair and formed in a left-right symmetrical shape. The rear side trim 140 is formed in a plate shape having a thickness thicker than that of the front side trim 130. The rear side trim 140 extends in the up-down direction. The rear side decorative strip 140 is formed of, for example, a wood material such as MDF (Medium Density Fiber board).
The rear side trim 140 is disposed at a position different from the front side trim 130 in the left-right direction. The rear side trim 140 is disposed closer to the frame opening 11 than the front side trim 130 in a state of overlapping with a part of the front side trim 130 when viewed from the front-rear direction.
