Description

Concrete gap repairing and anti-seepage treatment method
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of building waterproofing, and relates to a concrete gap repairing and anti-seepage treatment method.
Background
In recent years, the urbanization process of China is accelerated continuously, the building scale is increased continuously, underground concrete structural projects such as underground parking lots, shopping malls, civil air defense projects and the like are increased more and more, in the concrete structure construction process, various cracks are inevitably generated in the concrete structure due to factors such as insufficient materials, design, construction and maintenance, the concrete cannot be continuously poured due to factors such as unstable concrete mixture, insufficient vibration, sudden failure of pouring equipment, engineering construction requirements and the like, and the structural cold joints (such as construction joints and the like) are formed in the concrete structure when the interruption time exceeds the initial setting time of the concrete and are also penetrating gaps. The existence of the cracks and the structure cold joints can greatly reduce the waterproof performance of the concrete structure, once the concrete structure is not well treated, the water seepage hidden trouble exists, even seepage occurs, the use function of a building can be seriously influenced, and moreover, long-time gap seepage can cause the corrosion of steel bars in the concrete structure, and the bearing capacity and the durability of the concrete structure are greatly influenced. Therefore, the repair and anti-leakage treatment of concrete gaps play an important role in ensuring the concrete structure to avoid leakage and the durability of the concrete structure.
At present, the treatment of concrete gap repair and anti-leakage is generally carried out by adopting a single drilling grouting method or a method of firstly drilling grouting and then plugging the gap, but the two methods have the following defects and shortcomings:
(1) although the drilling hole can be plugged in the later stage by the drilling hole grouting process, the drilling hole is only plugged at a part close to the surface of concrete, and deep holes cannot be plugged due to the fact that the holes are plugged in the middle by the grouting nozzle, so that a large number of honeycomb holes exist in the concrete structure artificially, the strength of the concrete structure can be weakened, secondary artificial damage is caused to the concrete structure which has problems, and negative effects are caused to the safety of the concrete structure.
(2) The current drilling grouting is to drill holes on two sides of a gap in a cross mode, so that the operation is performed, and the grouting of the former drilling hole is remedied by the grouting of the latter drilling hole to some extent. The inside gap of concrete is the crooked under the overwhelming majority condition, if carry out the drilling slip casting in one side in the gap all the time, in case the inside gap trend of concrete is partial to the opposite side, then can not get the effect of slip casting stagnant water at all, so carry out the slip casting through the mode of cross drilling and can guarantee that the drilling slip casting of gap both sides has at least one side to reach slip casting stagnant water effect, so this kind of cross drilling slip casting is really a "probabilistic slip casting", promptly: only a part of the constructed borehole grouting plays a role, and the other parts are ineffective, so that the grouting material and the grouting nozzle are greatly wasted.
(3) The quality of drilling slip casting effect has very big relation with the position of choosing of drilling, and the trend and the distribution of the inside gap of concrete, constructor can never know, and to a great extent relies on experience to drill, and the position of choosing of drilling is not good, must drill the slip casting again, and this both aggravates the destruction to concrete structure, also can cause the waste of slip casting material and slip casting mouth.
(4) Because the position of a gap in a concrete structure cannot be seen, the drilling depth and the depth of embedding a grouting nozzle are not easy to control, or the drilling depth is not enough, the grouting nozzle does not penetrate through the gap, and the slurry cannot be poured into the gap; or the grouting nozzle is buried too deeply, the discharge port penetrates through the gap, after the grouting nozzle is screwed down, the expansion rubber breaks the discharge port and the gap, grouting materials can not enter the gap, and the effect of drilling and grouting can not be guaranteed.
(5) In a single drilling grouting or a treatment mode of plugging a gap after drilling grouting, most grouting materials flow out of the surface of concrete along the gap, and less grouting materials flow into the gap inside the concrete, so that the grouting water stop effect is difficult to ensure; meanwhile, for the condition of high water pressure leakage, the operation mode is not suitable, and the used grouting material can be washed away by high pressure water, which brings difficulty to construction and causes material waste.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a concrete gap repairing and anti-seepage treatment method, which is good in anti-seepage effect, suitable for high and low water leakage pressure conditions and the like.
The purpose of the invention can be realized by the following technical scheme:
a concrete gap repairing and anti-leakage treatment method comprises the following steps:
(1) taking a gap of a concrete structure as a center, and forming a groove on the concrete structure;
(2) embedding a grouting nozzle in the groove, and keeping a gap between the grouting nozzle and the gap of the concrete structure;
(3) fixing the grouting nozzle in the groove by adopting a plugging material, and plugging and compacting the rest part of the groove;
(4) then, grouting through a grouting nozzle until the inside of the gap reaches a saturated grouting state;
(5) after grouting, removing the grouting nozzle, and completely plugging and filling the groove by adopting a plugging material;
(6) and finally, coating a waterproof layer on the solidified and blocked groove and the periphery of the groove to finish treatment.
Furthermore, in step (1), the groove is a U-shaped groove, and the width of the groove is gradually reduced from inside to outside, so that plugging materials used for plugging the groove can be clamped in the groove and are not easily washed away by high-pressure water.
Further, in the step (1), the width of the groove is 3-4 cm, and the depth of the groove is 5-6 cm.
Furthermore, the bottom of the groove is cut into an arc-shaped section, so that a gap is kept between the embedded grouting nozzle and a gap of a concrete structure, the grouting nozzle is prevented from being blocked by concrete on two sides of the gap due to the fact that the grouting nozzle is tightly attached to the gap, and the discharging amount of the grouting nozzle is ensured; meanwhile, a grouting material accumulation area is formed in a gap area between the grouting nozzle and the gap, and grouting materials in the accumulation area can be rapidly diffused in the gap and deeply permeate.
Furthermore, the used plugging material is a quick-setting type plugging material with final setting time within 5min and capable of quickly reaching early strength, so that the plugging material can be quickly formed and cannot be washed away by water. Preferably, the adopted quick-setting type plugging material has certain micro-expansibility, and the expansion effect generated by the micro-intumescent plugging material in the solidification process is blocked at the inner inclined plane of the groove, so that an acting force and reacting force effect is generated, and the micro-intumescent inorganic repairing material is favorably and closely attached to the base surface in the groove.
Further, when plugging, the weight ratio of the plugging material to water is preferably 1: 0.3. meanwhile, when the plugging material is completely cured and has certain strength, the grouting nozzle is properly screwed down, so that the expansion rubber expands to be tightly attached to the plugging material. The grouting nozzle is fixed by utilizing the principle of ring pressure fastening, the ring pressure expansion part consists of an expansion rubber sleeve and a ring pressure bolt, and the rubber sleeve is compressed by rotating the ring pressure bolt to expand and be tightly attached to the surrounding structure. The grouting nozzle used in the invention is a commercially available product commonly used in the market, and according to the construction process of the invention, the grouting nozzle with the diameter of 13mm and the length of 8cm is preferably selected.
Further, the gaps mentioned in step (1) include cracks, structural cold joints (such as construction joints, etc.), and the like. Meanwhile, before the groove is formed, the concrete structure base surface of the area where the gap is located can be cleaned, the leakage gap is found out, the gap leakage condition is checked in detail, and the position to be grouted is determined and marked; if necessary, holes are drilled at the gaps to release pressure and drain water.
Further, the slip casting mouth is equipped with one or a plurality of interval arrangement, and when the slip casting mouth was provided with a plurality of, the interval between two adjacent slip casting mouths was 15 ~ 20 cm.
Further, in the step (4), a high-pressure grouting machine is adopted for grouting, and the grouting pressure is controlled to be 0.2-0.4 MPa.
Furthermore, in the grouting process, when vertical face grouting is adopted, grouting is carried out one by one according to the sequence of each grouting hole from bottom to top, and when plane grouting is adopted, grouting is carried out continuously one by one according to single hole from one end;
and the judgment standard of the completion of grouting of the grouting hole is as follows: when the grouting pressure in the grouting hole is kept unchanged in a constant pressure state, the grouting of the grouting hole is stopped.
Further, in the step (6), before the waterproof layer is coated, the surface of the concrete structure, within a range of 15-20 cm beside the groove, is polished and roughened, and is washed clean.
Further, in the step (6), the waterproof layer is formed by painting cement-based capillary crystalline waterproof paint, and the painting thickness is not less than 1 mm.
Further, in the step (6), after the waterproof layer is coated and cured, curing is carried out, wherein the curing temperature is not lower than 5 ℃. Preferably, the curing times are 3-4 times per day, the time interval of each curing is 4 hours, and the total curing days are 3-7 days.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the following advantages:
(1) the non-penetrating gaps on the shallow surface of the concrete can be effectively removed by grooving firstly, and the real water seepage gaps are exposed, so that accurate grouting positioning can be realized, unnecessary drilling and grouting operations are reduced, the grouting accuracy is improved, and the waste is reduced.
(2) The grouting nozzle is directly fixed at the leakage gap through the plugging material, so that the problem of inaccurate position selection of drilling grouting can be effectively avoided, and meanwhile, the artificial damage of drilling to a concrete structure is also avoided.
(3) Because the grouting nozzle is not deeply embedded, after the grouting nozzle is dismantled, the grouting nozzle can be completely filled by using a plugging material, so that a large number of honeycomb holes are prevented from being generated in concrete by a drilling process, and the strength of a concrete structure cannot be weakened.
(4) Under plugging material's effect, can prevent effectively that the slip casting material from oozing from the concrete surface, simultaneously under the effect of reaction force, the slip casting material can last to the infiltration of gap depths, has guaranteed the effect of slip casting stagnant water effectively.
(5) The grouting is carried out after the plugging, and the gap repairing method is applicable to no leakage gap, low-water-pressure leakage gap and high-water-pressure leakage gap.
(6) The method adopts the joint repairing measures of sealing grouting and rigid-flexible combination of surface plugging, can effectively solve the problems of repairing and leakage of concrete joints, and simultaneously performs the penetration crystallization waterproof treatment on the surface of the structure, thereby enhancing the self-repairing capability of micro joints in the structure and further improving the anti-permeability effect of the structure, thereby achieving the triple effects of joint repairing, leaking stoppage and waterproofing.

Example 1:
referring to fig. 2 to 4, a concrete crack repairing and anti-leakage treatment method includes the following steps:
(1) cleaning: cleaning the base surface of the concrete structure 1 in the area where the crack 31 (namely the gap of the concrete structure) is located by using a scraper knife, a chisel and other tools, finding out the leakage crack 31, checking the leakage condition of the crack 31 in detail, and determining and marking the grouting position;

Example 2:
referring to fig. 5 to 7, a method for repairing a cold joint of a concrete structure and preventing leakage of the cold joint comprises the following steps:
(1) cleaning: cleaning up the base surface of the concrete structure 1 in the area where the structural cold joint 32 (namely the gap of the concrete structure) is located by using a scraper knife, a chisel and other tools, finding out the leakage cold joint 32, checking the leakage condition of the cold joint 32 in detail, and determining and marking the grouting position;
(2) grooving: slotting by using a cutting machine with the cold joint 32 as the center, and chiseling a U-shaped groove (with a large inner part and a small outer part) with the width of 3-4 cm and the depth of 5-6 cm at the cold joint 32 part of the structure;
(3) plugging slots and embedding grouting nozzles 4: using micro-expansion quick-setting type plugging material and water according to the weight ratio of 1: stirring the mixture into a daub shape according to the weight ratio of 0.3, fixing the grouting nozzles 4 at the preset gaps in the grooves, plugging and compacting the rest parts of the U-shaped grooves, wherein the distance between the grouting nozzles 4 is 15-20 cm (18 cm is selected in the embodiment); after the plugging material is completely cured and has certain strength, the grouting nozzle 4 is properly screwed down, so that the expanded rubber is expanded to be tightly attached to the plugging material;

(5) removing the grouting nozzle 4: after grouting is finished and slurry is completely cured, removing the grouting nozzle 4, filling a grouting hole with a plugging material, polishing and roughening the surfaces of the concrete structure 1 within the range of 10-15 cm at the two sides of the groove 2 to expose a fresh concrete base surface, and washing the concrete base surface with water;
(6) waterproof treatment and maintenance of the surface layer: coating the surface layer of the cured plugging part and the cleaned concrete base surface with a cement-based permeable crystalline waterproof coating, wherein the coating thickness is not less than 1.0mm, and the coating is carried out for 2 times; and after the cement-based capillary crystalline waterproof layer 5 is completely cured, carrying out spray curing on the surface of the waterproof layer 5, wherein the curing times are 3-4 times per day, the curing interval time is 4 hours each time, the curing temperature is not lower than 5 ℃, and the curing time is 3-7 days.
Compared with the existing gap repairing method, in the embodiment 1 and the embodiment 2, the using amount of the grouting nozzles is saved by half every time one meter of gap is repaired, and each grouting nozzle is very smooth in the grouting process until the grouting state is saturated; in addition, no grouting material flows out from the surface of the concrete in the grouting process, so that the internal gap of the concrete is effectively ensured to achieve good repairing effect because the grouting material is filled in the gap, in addition, the plugging material is used for plugging the gap in advance, cement-based permeable crystalline waterproof coating is adopted to repair the micro-pores in the body of the plugging layer and the joint of the plugging layer and the base body in the later period, the anti-permeability performance of the joint of the plugging layer and the base body is improved, under the combined action of three layers of structures of internal filling, surface plugging and a cement-based permeable crystalline waterproof reinforcing layer, the final leakage repairing rate of the embodiment 1 and the embodiment 2 of the invention is zero, the leakage repairing rate of the existing gap repairing method is up to 20 percent, the fundamental reason is that the grouting effectiveness is not high, and most of the grouting material flows out from the surface of the concrete because the gap is not plugged in advance, so that the gaps in the concrete can not be effectively filled, and the hidden danger of leakage still exists in the gaps. Through measurement and calculation in a laboratory, the compressive strength of the concrete after drilling and grouting is reduced by about 15 percent compared with the compressive strength of the original concrete; the compressive strength of the concrete with the plugging material embedded in the grooves on the surfaces in the embodiment 1 and the embodiment 2 of the invention is basically the same as that of the original concrete.
Comparative example 1:
compared with the embodiment 1, most of the grouting nozzles are the same, except that when the grouting nozzles are buried in the grooves, the step of plugging by using plugging materials is omitted, and grouting is directly carried out. Direct slip casting under this kind of condition, the most grouting material can follow the concrete surface outflow, causes the inside gap of concrete to accomplish effectively to fill, and later stage seepage repair rate increases to some extent than embodiment 1.
Comparative example 2:
compared with example 1, most of them are the same except that the shape of the groove is small inside and large outside. Under the condition, grouting is carried out for a long time, and the plugging material at the part embedded with the grouting nozzle is jacked open by grouting material under the reaction of pressure to be loosened and even separated; in the embodiment 1, the groove is large inside and small outside, and the plugging material filled into the groove can be clamped in the groove and is not easy to loosen and fall off; meanwhile, the expansion effect generated by the plugging material in the solidification process is blocked at the inner inclined plane of the groove, so that an acting force and a reaction force effect are generated, the plugging material is more tightly attached to the base surface in the groove, and the probability of seepage of grouting material from a fine gap at the joint of the plugging layer and the base body is reduced.
Comparative example 3:
compared with the embodiment 1, the grouting nozzle is mostly the same except that no gap is left between the grouting nozzle and the gap of the concrete structure. Under the condition, because the grouting nozzle is tightly attached to the gap, the partial area of the discharge port of the grouting nozzle is shielded by the concrete on two sides of the gap, and the discharge amount of the grouting nozzle is reduced, so that the grouting time is prolonged, and the working efficiency is reduced; in the embodiment 1, a gap is kept between the grouting nozzle and the gap of the concrete structure, so that the situation of the comparative example 3 can be effectively avoided, a grouting material accumulation area is formed in the gap area between the grouting nozzle and the gap, all pressure acts on grouting material in the accumulation area in the grouting pressurization process, and grouting material in the accumulation area can quickly diffuse in the gap and deeply permeate under the pressure action.
The embodiments described above are described to facilitate an understanding and use of the invention by those skilled in the art.
