The specific working process is as follows: as shown in fig. 1 to 7, when glass is required to be installed, the glass is moved from the outdoor to the indoor, when the glass contacts the L-shaped connecting rod 4, the force is continuously applied, the L-shaped connecting rod 4 moves towards the barrier strip 11 until the end of the short side of all the L-shaped connecting rod 4 is separated from the groove 221, at this time, the second spring 51 is further compressed, in addition, since the limit of the stopper 22 is cancelled, the stopper 22 slides out of the installation groove 12 under the elastic force of the first spring 21, so as to fix the glass, when the external force to the glass is removed, the second spring 51 drives the L-shaped connecting rod 4 to move towards one side of the glass in a proper amount under the elastic force, so that the glass is prevented from loosening, the fixing effect of the glass is improved, and the installation level of the glass can be adjusted adaptively; when glass is required to be disassembled, the stop block 22 slides towards the mounting groove 12, the stop block can completely slide into the mounting groove 12, after the glass is taken out, the second spring 51 recovers the initial length, the L-shaped connecting rod 4 is driven to slide towards one side outdoors, and therefore the end part of the short side of the L-shaped connecting rod 4 is matched with the groove 221 in the stop block 22, the stop block 22 is fixed in the mounting groove 12, and subsequent glass installation is facilitated. In the process, in order to facilitate the sliding of the stopper 22, the glass can be pressed towards the indoor side to a certain extent, so that the friction between the stopper 22 and the glass is reduced.
As shown in fig. 4, preferably, the fixing mechanism 2 further includes a first telescopic rod 23, the first telescopic rod 23 is installed in the first spring 21, one end of the first telescopic rod 23 is fixedly connected to the bottom of the installation groove 12, and the other end of the first telescopic rod 23 is fixedly connected to the stopper 22.
In this embodiment, the arrangement of the first telescopic rod 23 can limit the moving directions of the first spring 21 and the stopper 22, thereby prolonging the service life.
As shown in fig. 4, preferably, a sealing strip (not shown) is further disposed on a side of the stopper 22 close to the barrier strip 11, and the sealing strip (not shown) is disposed in a staggered manner with respect to the groove 221.
In this embodiment, the sealing effect can be improved by the provision of the sealing strip.
As shown in fig. 6, preferably, the end of the stopper 22 away from the first spring 21 is provided with an inclined surface 6, and the inclined surface 6 forms an acute angle with the glass plane.
In the present embodiment, the slide-out of the stopper 22 can be facilitated by the arrangement of the inclined surface 6, and the aesthetic effect can be improved.
As shown in fig. 8, preferably, the end of the stopper 22 remote from the first spring 21 is mounted with the cleaning mechanism 7, the cleaning mechanism 7 includes a strip-shaped brush 71, and a driving assembly, which is mounted on the stopper 22, the brush 71 is flush with one surface of the stopper 22 close to the barrier strip 11, the brush 71 is driven by the driving component to move freely along the direction of the mounting groove 12, wherein the driving assembly comprises a first electromagnet 72, a second electromagnet 73 and a control circuit respectively connected with the first electromagnet 72 and the second electromagnet 73, the stopper 22 is provided with a guide rail 222, the first electromagnet 72 is fixedly arranged at one end of the guide rail 222 close to the first spring 21, the second electromagnet 73 is slidably arranged in the guide rail 222, and the first electromagnet 72 and the second electromagnet 73 are opposite, and the second electromagnet 73 is connected with the brush 71 through a fixed frame. In addition, to increase the cleaning range of the brush 71, the guide rail 222 may be designed to have a telescopic structure. Further preferably, an adjusting bolt or other similar structures can be arranged on the fixing frame, the brush 71 is connected with the adjusting bolt, and the interval between the brush 71 and the glass can be adjusted through the adjusting bolt, so that different cleaning requirements are met.
In the present embodiment, by the arrangement of the cleaning mechanism 7 including the strip brush 71 and the driving assembly, the cleaning of the glass can be achieved; the automatic movement of the brush 71 can be realized by combining the arrangement of the first electromagnet 72, the second electromagnet 73 and the control circuit respectively connected with the first electromagnet 72 and the second electromagnet 73, specifically by respectively controlling the magnetism and the polarity of the first electromagnet 72 and the second electromagnet 73 through the control circuit, and when cleaning is not needed, the first electromagnet 72 and the second electromagnet 73 are controlled to have magnetism and have opposite polarities; when cleaning is needed, the first electromagnet 72 and the second electromagnet 73 are controlled to be magnetic and have the same polarity; in addition, in conjunction with the provision of the guide rail 222, the direction in which the brush 71 moves can be ensured.
As shown in fig. 4, preferably, a cushion (not shown) is disposed on a side of the L-shaped link 4 close to the stopper 22.
In this embodiment, through the arrangement of the buffer pad, the buffer can be further provided, and the glass can be prevented from being damaged.
Preferably, as shown in fig. 6, the first spring 21 includes a plurality of springs, and the plurality of springs 21 are spaced apart from each other along the length direction of the mounting groove 12.
In this embodiment, through the setting of a plurality of first springs 21, can improve the speed of dog 22 roll-off mounting groove 12, can increase the size of dog 22 to the glass effort simultaneously, improve the firm effect of glass.
