Technical Field
In the development process of modern buildings, glass curtain walls are increasingly widely adopted. As a form of a novel building wall, the glass curtain wall refers to a building external protective structure or a decorative structure which is composed of a supporting structure system and a glass panel, has certain displacement capacity relative to a main structure and does not bear the action of the main structure. Compared with the traditional building envelope structure, the glass curtain wall has the following advantages: the artistic effect can be better embodied, and the stereoscopic impression is prominent; the wall body has light dead weight, thereby reducing the main structure and the construction cost; the material is single, the construction is convenient, the construction period is short, and the maintenance is more convenient; can better meet the requirement of updating the outer wall of the old building.
The glass curtain wall can be divided into a visible frame glass curtain wall, a hidden frame glass curtain wall and a semi-hidden frame glass curtain wall. The exposed frame glass curtain wall is characterized in that a frame supporting glass curtain wall is formed by exposing components of a metal frame on the outer surface of a glass panel, the glass panel of the exposed frame glass curtain wall is embedded in an aluminum alloy frame to form a curtain wall component with the aluminum alloy frame on four sides, the curtain wall component is embedded on a cross beam to form a vertical surface with the cross beam and an upright post exposed, and the aluminum alloy frame is divided into obvious cells.
However, the existing exposed frame glass curtain wall has certain limitations in the opening angle and opening size, and has a lot of inconvenience when maintenance or cleaning is needed.

The invention provides a glass curtain wall with a exposed frame, as shown in figures 1 and 2, comprising an aluminum alloy frame 1 forming a plurality of openings 11 and a curtain wall unit 2 arranged in the openings 11, wherein the aluminum alloy frame 1 is formed by splicing a plurality of criss-cross aluminum alloy struts, the curtain wall unit 2 comprises an installation frame 3, an adjusting mechanism 4 and glass, the glass is arranged in the installation frame 3, the installation frame 3 is matched and connected with the aluminum alloy frame 1 through the adjusting mechanism 4, the adjusting mechanism 4 comprises a first connecting piece 41, a second connecting piece 42, a third connecting piece 43, a rotating rod 44 and a T-shaped sliding block 45, one end of the first connecting piece 41 is fixedly connected with the aluminum alloy frame 1, the other end of the first connecting piece 41 is connected with the second connecting piece 42 in a sliding manner, particularly when the total length of the first connecting piece 41 and the second connecting piece 42 is shortest, the installation frame 3 is completely embedded with the aluminum alloy frame 1, when the total length of the first connecting piece 41 and the second connecting piece 42 is longest, the mounting frame 3 protrudes the aluminum alloy frame 1 completely, the end of the second connecting piece 42 far away from the first connecting piece 41 is hinged with the third connecting piece 43, the hinge is damping hinge, namely when not affected by external force, the two can keep the rotating angle, and can be realized by hydraulic hinge or other structures, the end of the third connecting piece 43 far away from the second connecting piece 42 is fixedly connected with the sliding block, the two sides of the mounting frame 3 are close to the indoor side and are provided with the T-shaped sliding groove 31 along the vertical direction, the T-shaped sliding block 45 is slidably mounted in the T-shaped sliding groove 31, the sliding fit of the T-shaped sliding block 45 and the T-shaped sliding groove 31 is damping sliding, the rotating rod 44 is rotatably mounted on the second connecting piece 42, the end of the rotating rod 44 close to the third connecting piece 43 is provided with an internal thread, the third connecting piece 43 is provided with a first external thread 431 matching with the internal thread, when the internal thread is matched with the first external thread 431, the second connecting piece 42 and the third connecting piece 43 are rigidly connected, otherwise, the two are rotatably hinged in a damping manner. In this embodiment, the first connecting member 41 and the second connecting member 42 are slidably engaged with each other, so that the mounting frame 3 and the glass can be opened along the indoor and outdoor directions, and the ventilation requirement under general conditions can be met; by combining the sliding fit of the T-shaped sliding block 45 and the T-shaped sliding groove 31, the vertical movement of the installation frame 3 and the glass can be realized, the maintenance of the curtain wall unit 2 and the cleaning of the glass are facilitated, and the opening size adjustment of the opening 11 can be realized; in addition, the installation frame 3 and the glass can be adjusted by rotating the second connecting member 42, the third connecting member 43 and the rotating rod 44.
As shown in fig. 1 and 2, preferably, the bottom of the mounting frame 3 is provided with a guide bar 32, and the aluminum alloy frame 1 is provided with a guide groove 12 matched with the guide bar 32.
In this embodiment, through the cooperation setting of gib block 32 and guide way 12, can restrict the slip direction of installing frame 3, ensure the effective cooperation of installing frame 3 and aluminum alloy frame 1 upper shed 11, after sliding installing frame 3 about last promptly, when needing to cooperate installing frame 3 and aluminum alloy frame 1 again, only need with gib block 32 and guide way 12 match can.

As shown in fig. 3, preferably, the adjusting mechanism 4 further includes a limiting component, the limiting component includes a plurality of slots 46 disposed on the first connecting member 41 and a plurality of blocks 47 disposed on the second connecting member 42, the plurality of slots 46 are distributed at intervals along the sliding direction of the second connecting member 42, and when the blocks 47 are matched with different slots 46, the total lengths of the first connecting member 41 and the second connecting member 42 are different.
In this embodiment, by the arrangement of the limiting component including the plurality of slots 46 and the fixture blocks 47, the sliding displacement of the first connecting member 41 and the second connecting member 42 can be limited and adjusted, so that the opening size of the opening 11 in the indoor and outdoor directions can be adjusted, and the safety is ensured.
As shown in fig. 2, preferably, the curtain wall unit 2 further includes a protective net 5 and a winch 6, the winch 6 is installed at the top of the installation frame 3 and near one outdoor side, one end of the protective net 5 is connected with the winch 6, the other end is a free end, and the free end moves up and down under the driving of the winch 6; the protection network 5 is woven by a plurality of vertically and horizontally staggered's flexible pipe and is formed, be equipped with water inlet and delivery port on the protection network 5, just the delivery port is located protection network 5 bottoms, the water inlet passes through scalable pipeline and water source intercommunication.
In this embodiment, through the setting of protection network 5, can realize the protection to glass, prevent birds or other destruction to glass, can carry out certain collection to broken glass simultaneously, reduce falling of cullet, in addition through the setting of flexible pipe and water inlet and delivery port, can absorb the heat through the water injection, reduce the temperature to the destruction of installing frame 3 with glass, also can reduce the energy consumption simultaneously, through the setting of hoist engine 6, can realize that protection network 5 draws in and expandes free control.
As shown in fig. 2, 7, 8, and 9, preferably, the curtain wall unit 2 further includes a cleaning device 7 and an adjusting device 8, the cleaning device 7 is installed at the bottom end of the protective net 5 and is communicated with a water outlet, a valve may be disposed at the water outlet for facilitating control of water flow, mounting grooves 33 penetrating the inside and the outside of the room are disposed on two sides of the mounting frame 3, the mounting grooves 33 are communicated with the T-shaped sliding groove 31, a step 331 is disposed on one side of the mounting groove 33 close to the T-shaped sliding groove 31, a cover plate 34 is slidably mounted on the step 331, the cover plate 34 is used for isolating the mounting groove 33 from the T-shaped sliding groove 31, the width of the cover plate 34 is greater than that of the mounting groove 33, and a plurality of sealing rubber strips are mounted on an inner surface of the cover plate 34, so as to effectively prevent wind and rain from entering the room from the mounting groove 33; as shown in fig. 9, the adjusting device 8 penetrates through the installation groove 33, and one end located outdoors is connected with the cleaning device 7; as shown in fig. 9 and 10, the adjusting device 8 includes an adjusting rod 81, a tightness adjusting knob 82 and an adjusting handle 83, the outer diameter of the adjusting rod 81 is smaller than the width of the installation groove 33, one end of the adjusting rod 81 is connected to the cleaning device 7, the other end of the adjusting rod is matched with the tightness adjusting knob 82, and the tightness adjusting knob 82 is located in the step 331, that is, the outer diameter of the tightness adjusting knob 82 is larger than the width of the installation groove 33 and smaller than the width of the step 331; as shown in fig. 8, 9 and 11, the cleaning device 7 includes a strip-shaped brush 71, a brush holder 72 for fixing the brush 71, and a water supply pipe 73 disposed inside the brush holder 72, wherein the length of the brush 71 is matched with the width of glass, the brush holder 72 is connected to an adjustment rod 81, the water supply pipe 73 is provided with a plurality of spray holes 731, the spray holes 731 are opposite to the brush 71, and a water inlet end of the water supply pipe 73 is communicated with a water outlet; as shown in fig. 10, the tightness adjusting knob 82 is in threaded fit with the adjusting rod 81, the distance between the brush holder 72 and the glass plane can be changed by screwing in and out the threads, specifically, the tightness adjusting knob 82 is rotated clockwise, the adjusting rod 81 drives the brush holder 72 to move towards the glass, so as to reduce the distance between the brush 71 and the glass, when the glass is in intractable dirt, the distance between the brush 71 and the glass can be adjusted to increase the friction force between the brush 71 and the glass, otherwise, when the cleaning device 7 is pulled up and down, the tightness adjusting knob 82 can be rotated counterclockwise to increase the distance between the brush 71 and the glass, so as to reduce the friction force between the brush 71 and the glass, preferably, as shown in fig. 8 and 12, the second external threads 812 of the adjusting rod 81 can be divided into a plurality of sections, and each section is marked by different colors, when the tightness adjusting knob 82 is located in different intervals, the tightness adjusting knob represents different working states of the brush 71, and multiple times of adjustment of the distance between the brush 71 and the glass during actual cleaning can be avoided through the preset intervals. As shown in fig. 10, a threaded hole 811 is formed at one end of the adjusting rod 81 close to the cover plate 34, the adjusting handle 83 is in threaded fit with the adjusting rod 81, when the cleaning device 7 needs to be adjusted, the cover plate 34 is pushed to open the mounting groove 33, the adjusting handle 83 is screwed with the adjusting rod 81, the adjustment can be performed by pulling the adjusting handle 83 up and down, otherwise, the adjusting handle 83 is detached, and the cover plate 34 is pushed to close the mounting groove 33.
