Description
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the field of pressure-sensitive adhesive tapes, and particularly relates to a rubber pressure-sensitive adhesive and a preparation method thereof.
Background
Pressure-sensitive adhesive products have been developed to date, and rubber-type pressure-sensitive adhesives have been developed as one of the types and products, because of their low cost, low temperature resistance, and higher adjustability of adhesion properties to low/non-polar materials compared to conventional acrylics, and thus have also been widely used.
The rubber type pressure-sensitive adhesive takes rubber as a main component, and can obtain larger product tolerance through formula design, so that products can be applied to various materials and materials with different surface roughness. For example, the easy-to-pull adhesive product generally has good stretch removal performance, and the practical application thereof is mainly in the fields of electronic products such as mobile phones, tablet personal computer batteries, nondestructive disassembly, notebook computer process protection and the like, but the back sticker thereof is mainly made of materials with relatively high polarity such as iron pieces, aluminum pieces, ABS plastic pieces and the like. For example, chinese patent publication No. CN 110819259 a (publication No. 2020, 2/21) discloses a method for preparing a rubber-type pressure-sensitive adhesive and a high-elasticity double-sided tape, which uses Thermoplastic Polyurethane (TPU) with high tensile property as a base material, and coats the base material with a high-viscosity rubber-type pressure-sensitive adhesive to prepare a high-elasticity pressure-sensitive adhesive tape, i.e., an easy-to-pull adhesive. The adhesive tape has high peel strength to steel plates, and has high elongation at break and tensile strength, but the adhesive tape has low temperature resistance and is not suitable for application in other fields due to the adhesion performance to low/non-polar materials.
For the application of the rubber-type pressure-sensitive adhesive on the surface of a low/nonpolar material, a Chinese patent with publication number CN 112409944A (published as 2021, 2 and 26) discloses a rubber-type pressure-sensitive adhesive applied to a PE protective film, but the application needs to prime coat a PE film to improve the adhesion of rubber to the PE film, and increases the process procedures; chinese patent publication No. CN 111040668A (publication No. 4/21/2020) also discloses a direct coating rubber type pressure sensitive adhesive PE protective film, but the coating amount is too low, which is only 10 g/square meter. Mainly, most of the existing patents only aim at thin coating of protective films, and the application of the protective films to high-strength bonding between low/non-polar materials is still insufficient.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention provides a rubber type pressure-sensitive adhesive tape of a low-polarity material and a preparation method thereof, aiming at the problem that the bonding strength of the existing pressure-sensitive adhesive applied between low/non-polar materials is insufficient.
The technical purpose is achieved, the technical effect is achieved, and the invention is realized through the following technical scheme:
the rubber-type pressure-sensitive adhesive comprises the following components in percentage by weight:
90-110 parts of synthetic rubber SIS,
60 to 100 portions of C5 petroleum resin,
25-45 parts of modified rosin resin,
30-70 parts of a rubber plasticizer,
0.5 to 3 parts of rubber anti-aging agent,
and 200 parts of organic solvent 110.
As a further improvement of the present invention, the synthetic rubber SIS is obtained by mixing SIS having an SI diblock proportion of more than 30% and SIS having an SI diblock proportion of less than 15% in a mass ratio of 10 (0-10).
As a further improvement of the invention, the C5 petroleum resin comprises pure C5 liquid petroleum resin and styrene modified C5 petroleum resin.
As a further improvement of the invention, the modified rosin resin comprises polyol modified rosin glycerol ester and polymerization modified natural rosin.
As a further improvement of the invention, the rubber plasticizer comprises naphthenic oil and low molecular weight polyisobutylene.
As a further improvement of the invention, the rubber antioxidant comprises any one or a combination of more of dilauryl thiodipropionate, antioxidant 1010, antioxidant 4020 and antioxidant 1076.
As a further improvement of the invention, the solvent is any one or a combination of more of toluene, butanone, 120# solvent oil and ethyl acetate.
The invention also provides a method for preparing the rubber type pressure-sensitive adhesive, which comprises the following steps:
completely dissolving C5 petroleum resin and modified rosin resin in an organic solvent according to a proportion, filtering impurities, and then adding a rubber plasticizer;
adding the SIS rubber in proportion, adding the rubber antioxidant after the SIS rubber is completely dissolved, continuously stirring and dissolving, standing and discharging bubbles, and coating after the temperature is recovered to room temperature;
coating on the PE film coated silicon-coated release paper, baking in an oven in sequence, controlling the thickness of the baked adhesive film to be 40-80 mu m, and attaching cotton paper on two sides to obtain the pressure-sensitive adhesive tape.
As a further improvement of the invention, a plurality of sections of drying ovens are adopted for baking, the temperature of the drying ovens is set in a step level of 40-70 ℃, 60-80 ℃, 80-90 ℃, 90-110 ℃, 110-. For example, in the embodiment of the invention, 8 sections of drying ovens are adopted, and the corresponding time duration of the last two sections of drying temperature sections, namely 110-120 ℃ and 90-110 ℃, is obviously longer than that of the front section of drying section, so the temperatures set for the eight sections of drying ovens are 40-70 ℃, 60-80 ℃, 80-90 ℃, 90-110 ℃, 110-120 ℃, 90-110 ℃ and 90-110 ℃ in sequence; the total baking time is controlled to be 96-480 s.
As a further improvement of the invention, the coating speed is 4-20 m/min.
The invention has the beneficial effects that:
(1) the pressure-sensitive adhesive designed by the invention takes rubber as a substrate, and can be suitable for construction and application scenes with low temperature and large temperature difference range (-10-60 ℃).
(2) The rubber type pressure sensitive adhesive tape provided by the invention has good adhesive force to low/nonpolar materials such as PP, PE and the like, and can realize good balance of initial adhesion, peeling strength and cohesion.
