Abstract
The invention relates to a sealant, in particular to a hot-melt sealing adhesive for a tinplate four-screw cap and a preparation method thereof, and aims to solve the technical problem that the existing sealing material is poor in environmental protection performance. The hot-melt sealant for the tinplate four-screw cap comprises the following raw materials in percentage by weight: 30-40% of linear low-density polyethylene, 3-8% of polypropylene, 5-12% of high-fluidity polyethylene, 15-25% of elastomer and 20-35% of white oil. The preparation method comprises the steps of uniformly mixing the raw materials, carrying out extrusion granulation, and then cooling. The hot-melt sealant does not need to use a plasticizer, does not contain components which are harmful to the environment, such as polyvinyl chloride resin and the like, has simple preparation method and process and low processing cost, and can be produced in batch at one time.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to a sealant and a preparation method thereof, and particularly relates to a hot-melt sealant for a tinplate four-screw cap and a preparation method thereof.
Background
The screw cap has good sealing performance and is convenient to open and widely applied to the field of metal packaging. The tinplate screw cap has the specificity in both appearance and function. In the manufacturing process of the tinplate screw cap, a sealing rubber pad needs to be arranged in the tinplate screw cap, so that the screw cap still has good sealing performance under the condition of repeated use. Therefore, the hot melt sealant has higher requirements on the material of the hot melt sealant.
At present, most of hot melt sealants on the market take polyvinyl chloride and a plasticizer as main raw materials. Polyvinyl chloride is a well known toxic material that generates carcinogens when subjected to high temperature or combustion. And polyvinyl chloride products are forbidden to be used by European Union, and development and research of an environment-friendly hot melt sealant have an extremely important role.
Disclosure of Invention
Aiming at the technical problems, the invention aims to provide an environment-friendly hot-melt sealant for a tinplate four-screw cap and a preparation method thereof.
In order to realize the purpose of the invention, the technical scheme provided by the invention is as follows:
a hot-melt sealant for a tinplate four-screw cap comprises the following raw materials in percentage by weight: 30-40% of linear low-density polyethylene, 3-8% of polypropylene, 5-12% of high-fluidity polyethylene, 15-25% of elastomer and 20-35% of white oil.
Further, the material comprises the following raw materials in percentage by weight: 35-40% of linear low-density polyethylene, 3-5% of polypropylene, 8-12% of high-fluidity polyethylene, 18-25% of elastomer and 20-30% of white oil.
Further, 35% of linear low density polyethylene, 5% of polypropylene, 8% of high flow polyethylene, 22% of elastomer and 30% of white oil.
Further, the elastomer is one or two of SEBS or SBS
The invention also provides a preparation method of the hot-melt sealant for the tinplate four-screw cap, which is characterized in that the raw materials are uniformly mixed, extruded and granulated, and cooled.
Further, the extrusion temperature of the extrusion granulation is 160-170 ℃.
Furthermore, the extrusion rotation speed of the extrusion granulation is 350-600 r/min.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the beneficial effects that:
1. the hot-melt sealant for the tinplate four-screw cap does not need to use a plasticizer, does not contain components such as polyvinyl chloride resin and the like which are harmful to the environment, is solid, is heated and melted when being used, is injected into the tinplate four-screw cap through a heat-preservation pipeline and heat-preservation glue injection equipment, is ventilated and naturally cooled, and is convenient to use.
2. The preparation method of the hot-melt sealant for the tinplate four-screw cap is simple in process and low in processing cost, and can be used for one-time mass production.
Detailed Description
The technical solution of the present invention will be described in further detail with reference to the following embodiments, but the present invention is not limited thereto.
Example 1
Linear low density polyethylene 2426H 35%, polypropylene 5%, high flow polyethylene 620112%, elastomer SBS 15% and white oil 30%.
After the raw materials are uniformly mixed according to the proportion, a double-screw extruder is utilized, the extrusion temperature is 160 ℃, the extrusion rotating speed is 350 r/min, and extrusion granulation is carried out.
The obtained hot melt sealant has the bonding strength of more than 800psi, does not degum after being boiled in water for 200h, has no leakage phenomenon, and has the shearing tensile strength of 30 Mpa.
Example 2
Linear low density polyethylene 2426H 40%, polypropylene 3%, high flow polyethylene 62018%, elastomer SBS 19% and white oil 30%.
After the components are uniformly mixed according to the proportion, a tape casting or calendering production line is utilized, the extrusion temperature of an extruder is 170 ℃, the extrusion rotating speed is 600 revolutions per minute, and extrusion granulation is carried out.
The obtained hot melt sealant has the bonding strength of more than 800psi, does not degum after being boiled in water for 200h, has no leakage phenomenon, and has the shearing tensile strength of 35 Mpa.
Example 3
Linear low density polyethylene 2426H 35%, polypropylene 5%, high flow polyethylene 620112%, elastomer SEBS 25% and white oil 23%.
After the components are uniformly mixed according to the proportion, a tape casting or calendering production line is utilized, the extrusion temperature of an extruder is 160 ℃, the extrusion rotating speed is 500 r/min, and extrusion granulation is carried out.
The obtained hot melt sealant has the bonding strength of more than 800psi, does not degum after being boiled in water for 200h, has no leakage phenomenon, and has the shearing tensile strength of 35 Mpa.
Therefore, the hot-melt sealing glue obtained in the embodiments 1 to 3 has high mechanical strength, high shear tensile strength and low water absorption, so that the hot-melt sealing glue has good process applicability and excellent reliability and barrier property; the hot-melt sealant is solid, is heated and melted when used, is injected into the tinplate four-screw cap through a heat-insulation pipeline and heat-insulation glue injection equipment, and is then ventilated and naturally cooled, so that the use is convenient. Meanwhile, the hot melt adhesive can also be used in other fields.
