Description

Repeatable self-adhesive tape for filter cloth splicing position and preparation method
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the field of industrial filter cloth, and particularly relates to a repeatable self-adhesive tape for a filter cloth splicing part and a preparation method.
Background
Industrial filter cloth is a conventional consumable used for filtering liquid impurities, removing dust, filtering air, separating, etc. in industrial production at present. The industrial filter cloth generally includes polypropylene filter cloth, polyester filter cloth, nylon filter cloth, vinylon filter cloth, all-cotton filter cloth, PP nonwoven cloth, etc. according to different materials. The industrial filter cloth is widely applied to the fields of central air conditioners, dust collectors, air filters, metallurgy and chemical engineering, food pharmacy, paper making and the like. According to specific requirements, filter cloth made of different materials and with different weaving densities can be selected. The batch large-scale weaving process technology of the filter cloth is mature at present, however, the filter cloth needs to be cut and spliced to form different shapes such as pocket-shaped and conical belts to be used for a filter device when in use, and the joint treatment at the splicing part becomes a difficult problem. Conventionally, a sewing technology is adopted, the sewing technology is simple and efficient, but on one hand, needle and thread sewing has more needle holes and becomes a hidden trouble of material leakage; on the other hand, the special-shaped piece is difficult to sew, and the special-shaped piece cannot be removed after sewing, so that the special-shaped piece is inconvenient to install and clean.
Therefore, the technical personnel hope that the filter cloth can be well spliced and can be detached at any time, which is very convenient for detaching and washing the filter cloth, and the like. Chinese patent publication No. CN206325278U discloses a vertical, horizontal and belt type filter cloth, which adopts buckles to splice and connect filter cloth, the buckles adopt stainless steel bolts to connect, can be disassembled, greatly facilitates the assembly of the filter cloth in use, and has high connection strength. But according to the user's reflection, current buckle is connected and is the stereoplasm material, and the laminating degree is lower, and the junction leaks the material easily moreover, influences the filtering separation effect.
The magic tape is a very convenient connecting belt, one surface of the magic tape is usually fine and soft fiber, the other surface of the magic tape is provided with harder barbed hair with hooks, the two surfaces can be well connected through a hook chain, and the magic tape is applied to clothes, shoes, sofas, vehicles and boats and the like at present. The application of the convenient connection and the disassembly is used for the splicing connection of the filter cloth, which greatly facilitates the installation, the disassembly and the washing of the filter cloth. However, the existing magic tape has poor connection strength and a gap after the magic tape is pasted, so that the use effect of the filter cloth is influenced. Particularly for filtering fine particles, the particles can easily penetrate through the thorn hairs and the fiber connection parts of the magic tape. .
