Abstract
The invention provides equipment for moving a flue in a narrow space, which comprises a front transport trolley and a rear supporting tail wheel, wherein the front transport trolley is arranged on the front part of the front transport trolley; the front transport trolley is provided with a bearing table, and the bearing table is provided with a clamping groove for accommodating a flue flange; according to the invention, the flue is transported in a narrow space through the matching of the front transport trolley and the rear support tail wheel, so that the investment of construction operators is reduced, the transportation is safe, and the control difficulty of safety quality is reduced.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of flues, in particular to equipment and a method for moving a flue in a narrow space.
Background
The cooling flue of the waste heat boiler of the electric converter of the steel plant is close to the combustion chamber, and in the production and operation processes, the cooling water pipe is extremely cold and hot, so that the service life of the cooling water pipe is greatly influenced, and normal maintenance can be normally carried out. And the cooling flue has large volume, narrow field space and higher replacement construction difficulty. During daily maintenance, in order to ensure normal production needs and effectively recover the use function, the system maintenance time is generally utilized to carry out integral replacement on each section of the cooling flue.
The length of the existing flue is generally up to several meters and the weight is several tons. Moreover, the flue is generally formed by splicing a plurality of sections of flue bodies through flue flanges. The existing flue moving method mainly has the following forms: 1. hoisting by using a hoisting machine; 2. directly contacting and moving the heavy structure by using a sliding medium or a moving device; 3. heavy structures are moved using balls or rollers. Due to the limitation of a narrow space where the cooling flue is located, no lifting equipment is arranged above each section of the hanging flue, and the appearance size of the equipment for dismounting and mounting is large, all the equipment is dismounted, transported and mounted by hundreds of manpower construction operations, and factors of a construction site are influenced, so that the construction period is short, and the construction difficulty is large. At present, in a project of replacing waste heat to cool a flue by a plurality of maintenance and contract units, simple appliances such as a roller bank, a steel pipe and the like are used in a conventional method, so that the reliability is low and the danger is high in the operation process.
Disclosure of Invention
In view of the above-mentioned shortcomings of the prior art, the present invention provides an apparatus and method for moving a heavy object in a small space, which is convenient for application.
The invention provides equipment for moving a flue in a narrow space, which comprises a front transport trolley and a rear supporting tail wheel, wherein the front transport trolley is arranged on the front part of the flue; the front transport trolley is provided with a bearing table, and the bearing table is provided with a clamping groove for accommodating a flue flange; the rear support tail wheel is detachably mounted on the flue.
Furthermore, the bearing platform is provided with at least two first clamping blocks and two second clamping blocks which are arranged oppositely, the first clamping blocks and the second clamping blocks are enclosed into the clamping grooves, and the first clamping blocks can move towards or deviate from the second clamping blocks to move.
Furthermore, a movable groove is also formed in the bearing table, and a movable block capable of moving in the movable groove is arranged on the first clamping block; along the extending direction of the length of the movable groove, a plurality of positioning holes are formed in the bottom of the movable groove, and the bottom of the movable block is connected with positioning columns matched with the positioning holes
Furthermore, a rotating mechanism is arranged below the bearing platform, and the rotating mechanism comprises a driving motor, a rotating disc and a transmission assembly, wherein the driving motor and the rotating disc are arranged in the front transport trolley, and the transmission assembly is connected between the driving motor and the rotating disc; the transmission assembly comprises a driving gear arranged on an output shaft of the driving motor and a fluted disc meshed with the driving gear and arranged on the lower end face of the rotating disc.
Further, the rear support tail wheel comprises at least two roller parts, and each roller part comprises a roller bracket, a main roller and a support roller; the lower end of the roller bracket is provided with two bifurcate parts, and the main roller and the supporting roller are respectively arranged at the lower ends of the bifurcate parts; the upper ends of at least two roller wheel brackets are connected through a cross beam.
A method for moving heavy objects in a narrow space adopts the equipment for moving the flue in the narrow space, and comprises the following steps: s1, moving the front transport trolley to a working position, and removing a connecting piece between the flue and the boiler; s2, placing a flue flange of the flue in the clamping groove, and mounting a rear supporting tail wheel at the rear end of the flue; and S3, moving the front transport trolley to enable the front transport trolley to drag the flue to a preset position.

As shown in fig. 1, 2, and 3, an apparatus for moving a stack in a narrow space according to an embodiment of the present invention includes a front transport carriage 200 and a rear support tail wheel 300; the front transport trolley 200 is provided with a bearing table 210, and the bearing table 210 is provided with a clamping groove 211 for accommodating the flue flange 110; the rear support tail wheel 300 is detachably mounted on the flue 100.
The invention also provides a method for moving heavy objects in a narrow space, which adopts the equipment for moving the flue in the narrow space and comprises the following steps: s1, moving the front transport trolley 200 to a working position, and removing the connecting piece of the flue 100 and the boiler; s2, placing the flue flange 110 of the flue 100 in the clamping groove 211, and installing the rear supporting tail wheel 300 on the rear end of the flue 100; s3, the front carriage 200 is moved so that the front carriage 200 tows the flue 100 to a predetermined position. Wherein the working position is substantially below the installation position of the flue 100 of the boiler, i.e. the position where the flue 100 falls directly after the flue 100 is detached from the boiler is substantially the working position. In practice, before the flue 100 is removed from the boiler, the relevant preparation work is needed, mainly the removal of the connected pipelines and valves, and the cleaning of accumulated dust.
Wherein, the flue flange 110 is accommodated in the clamping groove 211, which is convenient for directly clamping the flue 100 on the front transport trolley 200 through the flue flange 110, and the cooperation of the front transport trolley 200 and the rear support tail wheel 300 fixed at the rear end of the flue 100 realizes that the flue 100 is stably transported to a preset position in a narrow space.
As shown in fig. 3 and 4, in a preferred embodiment of the apparatus for moving the flue in a narrow space, at least two first clamping blocks 212 and two second clamping blocks 213 are disposed on the bearing table 210 in opposite directions, the first clamping blocks 212 and the second clamping blocks 213 enclose a clamping groove 211, and the first clamping blocks 212 can move toward or away from the second clamping blocks 213. The first clamping block 212 moves towards or away from the second clamping block 213, so as to adjust the size of the clamping groove 211, and further realize the locking of the flue flange 110 in the clamping groove 211. Wherein, the bearing table 210 is further provided with a movable groove 214, and the first clamping block 212 is provided with a movable block which can move in the movable groove 214; along the extending direction of the length of the movable slot 214, a plurality of positioning holes (not shown in the figure) are formed at the bottom of the movable slot 214, and the bottom of the movable block is connected with positioning columns (not shown in the figure) matched with the positioning holes. Therefore, when the first clamping block 212 moves to a proper position, the position of the first clamping block 212 can be fixed through the matching of the positioning column and the positioning hole. The structure is simple and convenient, and the size of the clamping groove 211 can be conveniently adjusted.
As shown in fig. 5, in the present embodiment, a rotating mechanism is disposed under the load-bearing platform 210 of the front transportation cart 200, and the rotating mechanism includes a driving motor 230 disposed in the front transportation cart 200, a rotating assembly 220, and a transmission assembly 240 connected between the driving motor 230 and the rotating assembly 220. Wherein, the rotating assembly 220 comprises a rotating disc 222 and a rotating shaft 221 which is rotatably connected to the front conveying trolley 200. The transmission assembly 240 includes a pinion gear 241 provided on an output shaft of the driving motor 230 and a gear plate 242 engaged with the pinion gear 241 and provided on a lower end surface of the rotary plate 222. In the process of dragging the flue 100, the driving motor 230 can be started according to the road condition to drive the rotating disc 222 to rotate, so as to rotate the bearing table 210 to drive the flue 100 to turn.
Certainly, the front transportation trolley 200 can also comprise a transmission system, a steel structure main frame, a steering system, a walking mechanism, a control system and a fault diagnosis system, the starting, stopping, advancing, retreating and steering functions of the trolley can be realized through an operating handle, and a safety warning and safety monitoring device is configured on the front transportation trolley 200 and has the functions of automatically alarming and stopping running. Since the related art for implementing the above functions on the front transport vehicle 200 is basically mature in the prior art, it is not described herein again. In particular, considering the limitation of the space position of the site, the front transport trolley 200 adopts a flat design, the height of the transport trolley is reduced to the maximum extent, the construction efficiency is improved, and the safety is greatly improved.
As shown in fig. 6, wherein the rear supporting tail wheel 300 includes at least two roller portions 320, the roller portions 320 include a roller bracket 321, a main roller 322, and a supporting roller 323; the lower end of the roller bracket 321 is provided with two bifurcate parts, and the main roller 322 and the supporting roller 323 are respectively arranged at the lower ends of the two bifurcate parts; and at least two roller brackets 321 are connected at their upper ends by a cross member 310. In this embodiment, the beam 310 is connected to the flue 100 by bolts, and the rear support tail wheel 300 installed at the rear end of the flue 100 is engaged. The main roller 322 and the supporting roller 323 of the rear supporting tail wheel 300 are arranged so that the rear supporting tail wheel supports the flue more stably.

The apparatus for moving the flue in the narrow space as claimed in claim 2, wherein the bearing table (210) is further provided with a movable groove (214); the first clamping block (212) is provided with a movable block which can move in the movable groove (214); along the extending direction of the length of the movable groove (214), a plurality of positioning holes are formed in the bottom of the movable groove (214), and the bottom of the movable block is connected with positioning columns matched with the positioning holes.

The apparatus for moving a flue duct in a narrow space according to claim 1, wherein a rotating mechanism is provided under the bearing table (210), and the rotating mechanism comprises a driving motor (230) arranged in the front transport trolley (200), a rotating disc (222) and a transmission assembly (240) connected between the driving motor (230) and the rotating disc (222); the transmission assembly (240) comprises a driving gear (241) arranged on an output shaft of the driving motor (230) and a fluted disc (242) meshed with the driving gear (241) and arranged on the lower end face of the rotating disc (222).

The apparatus for moving a chimney according to claim 1, characterized in that the rear supporting tail wheel (300) includes at least two roller portions (320), the roller portions (320) include a roller bracket (321), a main roller (322) and a supporting roller (323); the lower end of the roller bracket (321) is provided with two branch parts, and the main roller (322) and the supporting roller (323) are respectively arranged at the lower ends of the branch parts; the upper ends of at least two roller brackets (321) are connected through a cross beam (310).

A method for moving a heavy object in a narrow space, using the apparatus for moving a flue in a narrow space according to claim 1, comprising the steps of: s1, moving the front transport trolley (200) to a working position, and removing the connecting piece of the flue (100) and the boiler; s2, placing a flue flange (110) of the flue (100) in the clamping groove (211), and mounting a rear supporting tail wheel (300) on the rear end of the flue (100); s3, moving the front transport trolley (200) to enable the front transport trolley (200) to drag the flue (100) to a preset position.
