The rear leg base through hole 8-3 is coaxial with the sector plate mounting hole 8-8 and is connected with the sector plate mounting hole through a connecting pin shaft 8-14.
The bottom of the rear supporting leg 8-6 is provided with a foot mounting hole 8-10 which is connected with a supporting piece mounting hole 8-12 at the top of the 2 foot supporting pieces 8-11 through a hinge pin 8-16, the bottom of the 2 foot supporting pieces 8-11 is provided with a foot bottom plate 8-13, and the lower surface of the foot bottom plate 8-13 is provided with anti-skid grains. The middle parts of the two rear supporting legs 8-6 are connected through connecting beams 8-15 and can synchronously act.
The welding bottom plate, the rear leg base, the spring chute, the rear leg base through hole, the spring storage pipe, the base spring, the rear supporting leg, the sector plate mounting hole, the blocking piece, the foundation mounting hole, the foundation supporting sheet, the supporting sheet mounting hole, the foundation bottom plate, the connecting pin shaft and the hinged pin shaft form the folding supporting leg of the trolley.
Referring to fig. 1, 2 and 8, a welding rod drum base 9 is connected with two welding rod storage boxes 9-1 through hinges, a magnet mounting hole 9-2 is formed in the front of each welding rod storage box 9-1, the opening or closing of each welding rod storage box 9-1 is realized through an internal magnet, and welding rods can be stored in the welding rod storage boxes 9-1 in different types.
The top of the welding rod drum base 9 is provided with a telescopic column 9-3, the top of the telescopic column 9-3 is provided with a hook 9-4, the top of the hook 9-4 is provided with a lantern ring stop dog 9-5, a sliding lantern ring 9-7 can slide on the hook 9-4, the sliding lantern ring 9-7 is connected with a hook magnet 9-6, and the bottom of the welding rod drum base 9 is provided with a welding rod drum bottom box 9-8.
The bottom box of a welding rod barrel base, a welding rod storage box, a magnet mounting hole, a telescopic column, a hook, a lantern ring stop block, a hook magnet, a sliding lantern ring and a welding rod barrel forms a welding rod barrel of the trolley, different types of welding rods can be stored respectively, the height of the welding rod barrel can be adjusted, and the trolley can be hung and adsorbed and is suitable for different operation occasions.
The welding rod drum can be placed in a barrel-shaped placing groove above the trolley base frame.
When the trolley moves, the rear supporting legs are pulled up through the rear supporting leg springs, the cable disc for accommodating the fixed cables plays a role of wheels, the cable disc is pushed to an operation place through the trolley handle, during operation, the rear supporting legs support, the cable disc leaves the ground, the cables can be freely rotated and retracted, and the carbon brush rotates, and the trolley is pushed to be more portable through a sliding ring fixing mode.

Claims (10)

1. An electric welding machine moving trolley is characterized by comprising a trolley base frame (1) and two cable trays which are coaxial with each other and are respectively arranged at the middle parts of the left side and the right side of the trolley base frame (1), wherein each cable tray comprises a cable tray base frame (3), a bearing (4) and two annular blocking pieces (7), the cable tray base frame (3) is connected with the trolley base frame (1) through a cable tray support (2), the inner ring of the bearing (4) is fixed on the cable tray base frame (3), the outer ring is connected with the inner edges of the two annular blocking pieces (7), a winding groove for accommodating a power supply wire or a welding wire is formed between the two annular blocking pieces (7), the upper part of the trolley base frame (1) is provided with a welding machine accommodating groove (1-1), the rear end is provided with a trolley handle (1-7), the front lower part is provided with a fixed supporting leg (1-8), and the rear lower part is provided with a folding supporting leg, therefore, the cable reel can leave the ground or contact the opposite surface to form the travelling wheel by operating the folding supporting leg.

The trolley for the electric welding machine is characterized in that a cable shaft (6-1) coaxial with a bearing (4) and an annular retaining piece (7) is fixed in the cable reel base frame (3), a coaxial slip ring (6) is fixed on the cable shaft (6-1), an outgoing line of the slip ring (6) is connected with the electric welding machine through an inner hole of the cable shaft (6-1), two carbon brush mounting grooves (5-2) and two carbon brushes (5-3) are arranged between the slip ring (6) and the cable reel base frame (3), the two carbon brush mounting grooves (5-2) are connected with each other and are connected with an outer ring of the bearing (4) through a carbon brush support (5), the two carbon brushes (5-3) are connected with a power supply line or a welding handle line of the electric welding machine and are respectively arranged in the two carbon brush mounting grooves (5-2), each carbon brush (5-3) is pressed on the slip ring (6) by a carbon brush clamp spring (5-4).

The trolley for the electric welding machine as claimed in claim 1 or 2, wherein the folding support leg comprises a rear leg base (8-1) and a rear support leg (8-6), the rear leg base (8-1) is a semicircular plate, the straight edge of the semicircular plate faces upwards and is fixed on the lower portion of the trolley base frame (1) through a welding bottom plate (8), the upper end of the rear support leg (8-6) is provided with two sector plates (8-7) with arc-shaped edges facing downwards, and the two sector plates are respectively attached to two sides of the rear leg base (8-1) and are rotatably connected with the middle upper portion of the rear leg base (8-1) through connecting pin shafts (8-14).

The trolley for the electric welding machine as claimed in claim 3, wherein the folding support leg further comprises a base spring (8-5), the arc-shaped edge of the rear leg base (8-1) is provided with a spring sliding groove (8-2), the base spring (8-5) is positioned in the spring sliding groove (8-2), one end of the base spring (8-5) is connected with the welding bottom plate (8), and the other end of the base spring is connected with the rear support leg (8-6).

The trolley for the electric welding machine as claimed in claim 4, wherein the folding support legs further comprise a ground foot base plate (8-13) and two ground foot support pieces (8-11), the lower ends of the two ground foot support pieces (8-11) are fixedly connected with the ground foot base plate (8-13), and the upper ends clamp the lower ends of the rear support legs (8-6) and are rotatably connected with the rear support legs (8-6) through hinge pins (8-16).
6. The trolley for electric welding machine as claimed in claim 5, wherein the trolley base frame (1) is provided with a storage box (1-3), the top of the storage box (1-3) is provided with a box cover (1-4), and the upper part of the box cover (1-4) is provided with a box cover handle (1-5).

The trolley for electric welding machine as claimed in claim 6, wherein the trolley base frame (1) is provided with a welding rod drum, the welding rod drum comprises a welding rod drum base (9) and two welding rod storage boxes (9-1), the bottom of the welding rod drum base (9) is provided with a welding rod drum bottom box (9-8), the welding rod drum bottom box (9-8) is placed in a barrel-shaped placing groove (1-6) at the upper part of the trolley base frame (1), the two welding rod storage boxes (9-1) are positioned above the welding rod drum bottom box (9-8), one sides of the welding rod drum bottom box and the welding rod drum base are attracted together through embedded magnets, and the other side of the welding rod drum bottom box and the welding rod drum base (9) are connected through hinges.
