In this embodiment, the opposite sides of the two face papers 1 are coated with adhesive glue, the honeycomb core paper 3 is respectively adhered to the two face papers 1, and the adhesive glue in the honeycomb 3 forms the adhesive layer 6.

The preparation process of the degreasing agent specifically comprises the following steps:
s1: weighing CaCO3 solid in parts by weight, and grinding the CaCO3 solid to a particle size of 220 meshes by a pulverizer;
s2: sequentially weighing NaOH, Na2SiO3 & 5H2O and Na3PO4 & 12H2O according to the weight parts, respectively pouring the NaOH, the Na2SiO3 & 5H2O and the Na3PO4 & 12H2O into CaCO3 solid obtained from S1, and mechanically stirring for 16min to obtain suspension A;
s3: then weighing Na2CO3 solution, continuously dripping into the suspension A by adopting a silica gel head dropper, stirring while dripping, wherein the dripping time of the Na2CO3 solution is 6min, and the rotating speed of a stirrer is 600 r/min;
s4: and heating and evaporating the obtained mixed solution, and precipitating solid powder after water evaporation to obtain the degreasing agent.
The order of placing the drying agent 5 is: firstly, one side of honeycomb core paper 2 is bonded with surface paper 1, then drying agents 5 are scattered into the honeycomb 3 from the other side after bonding, it is ensured that each honeycomb is filled with the drying agents 5, then the other side of the honeycomb core paper 2 is bonded with the surface paper 1, after bonding, the honeycomb paper board is vibrated up and down, and the drying agents 5 can be adhered to the upper bonding layer 6 and the lower bonding layer 6.

s1: weighing CaCO3 solid in parts by weight, and grinding the CaCO3 solid to a particle size of 250 meshes by a pulverizer;
s2: sequentially weighing NaOH, Na2SiO3 & 5H2O and Na3PO4 & 12H2O according to the weight parts, respectively pouring the NaOH, the Na2SiO3 & 5H2O and the Na3PO4 & 12H2O into CaCO3 solid obtained from S1, and mechanically stirring for 18min to obtain suspension A;
s3: then weighing Na2CO3 solution, continuously dripping into the suspension A by adopting a silica gel head dropper, stirring while dripping, wherein the dripping time of the Na2CO3 solution is 7min, and the rotating speed of a stirrer is 800 r/min;
s4: and heating and evaporating the obtained mixed solution, and precipitating solid powder after water evaporation to obtain the degreasing agent.
The order of placing the drying agent 5 is: firstly, one side of honeycomb core paper 2 is bonded with surface paper 1, then drying agents 5 are scattered into the honeycomb 3 from the other side after bonding, it is ensured that each honeycomb is filled with the drying agents 5, then the other side of the honeycomb core paper 2 is bonded with the surface paper 1, after bonding, the honeycomb paper board is vibrated up and down, and the drying agents 5 can be adhered to the upper bonding layer 6 and the lower bonding layer 6.

Referring to fig. 1-3, the honeycomb paperboard with holes on the honeycomb wall surface of the sandwich layer comprises honeycomb core paper 2 and surface paper 1 arranged on the upper side and the lower side of the honeycomb core paper 2, wherein honeycombs 3 are arranged in the honeycomb core paper 2, bonding layers 6 are arranged on the upper side wall and the lower side wall of each honeycomb 3, a drying agent 5 is arranged between the two bonding layers 6, a plurality of drying holes 4 are arranged on the side walls of each interval of the honeycombs 3, and the drying holes 4 are arranged in a vertical state.

The preparation process of the degreasing agent specifically comprises the following steps:
s1: weighing CaCO3 solid according to the weight part, and grinding the CaCO3 solid to 280 meshes by a pulverizer;
s2: sequentially weighing NaOH, Na2SiO3 & 5H2O and Na3PO4 & 12H2O according to the weight parts, respectively pouring the NaOH, the Na2SiO3 & 5H2O and the Na3PO4 & 12H2O into CaCO3 solid obtained from S1, and mechanically stirring for 18min to obtain suspension A;
s3: then weighing Na2CO3 solution, continuously dripping into the suspension A by adopting a silica gel head dropper, stirring while dripping, wherein the dripping time of the Na2CO3 solution is 8min, and the rotating speed of a stirrer is 900 r/min;
s4: and heating and evaporating the obtained mixed solution, and precipitating solid powder after water evaporation to obtain the degreasing agent.
The order of placing the drying agent 5 is: firstly, one side of honeycomb core paper 2 is bonded with surface paper 1, then drying agents 5 are scattered into the honeycomb 3 from the other side after bonding, it is ensured that each honeycomb is filled with the drying agents 5, then the other side of the honeycomb core paper 2 is bonded with the surface paper 1, after bonding, the honeycomb paper board is vibrated up and down, and the drying agents 5 can be adhered to the upper bonding layer 6 and the lower bonding layer 6.

The preparation process of the degreasing agent specifically comprises the following steps:
s1: weighing CaCO3 solid according to the weight part, and grinding the CaCO3 solid to 300 meshes by a pulverizer;
s2: sequentially weighing NaOH, Na2SiO3 & 5H2O and Na3PO4 & 12H2O according to the weight parts, respectively pouring the NaOH, the Na2SiO3 & 5H2O and the Na3PO4 & 12H2O into CaCO3 solid obtained from S1, and mechanically stirring for 20min to obtain suspension A;
s3: then weighing Na2CO3 solution, continuously dripping into the suspension A by adopting a silica gel head dropper, stirring while dripping, wherein the dripping time of the Na2CO3 solution is 10min, and the rotating speed of a stirrer is 1000 r/min;
s4: and heating and evaporating the obtained mixed solution, and precipitating solid powder after water evaporation to obtain the degreasing agent.
The order of placing the drying agent 5 is: firstly, one side of honeycomb core paper 2 is bonded with surface paper 1, then drying agents 5 are scattered into the honeycomb 3 from the other side after bonding, it is ensured that each honeycomb is filled with the drying agents 5, then the other side of the honeycomb core paper 2 is bonded with the surface paper 1, after bonding, the honeycomb paper board is vibrated up and down, and the drying agents 5 can be adhered to the upper bonding layer 6 and the lower bonding layer 6.
Comparative example
Now, the performance test of the honeycomb paperboard with open holes on the honeycomb wall surface of the sandwich layer prepared in the embodiments 1 to 5 of the present technical scheme and the comparative example (prior art) is performed, and the measured results are shown in the following table:
as can be seen from the above table, by adding the drying agent 5, moisture generated by the honeycomb paperboard during drying can be absorbed and can not be absorbed by the honeycomb paperboard any more, the powdery drying agent 5 is distributed on the inner walls of the upper side and the lower side of the honeycomb 3 through the bonding layers 6, when the honeycomb paperboard is dried, the moisture inside the honeycomb core paper 2 can be inside the honeycomb, the drying holes 4 can realize the communication of the honeycomb 3, so that the moisture can flow in different honeycombs 3, the moisture is immediately absorbed when contacting the drying agent 5, thereby improving the drying efficiency of the honeycomb paperboard by 10-20%, enhancing the strength of the honeycomb paperboard by more than 10%, and in addition, the degreasing agent is arranged in the drying agent 5, so that grease on the outer surface layer of the honeycomb paperboard can be removed, the influence of grease on the honeycomb paperboard is reduced, the dried honeycomb paperboard has stronger hardness and is not easy to bend, and therefore, surface grease on the honeycomb inside the honeycomb paperboard is detected, the grease in examples 1-5 was significantly less to achieve the de-oiling and strength enhancing effect.

Claims (7)
1. The honeycomb paperboard with the holes on the honeycomb wall surface of the sandwich layer comprises honeycomb core paper, surface paper is arranged on the upper portion and the lower portion of the honeycomb core paper, and honeycombs are arranged in the honeycomb core paper.
2. The sandwich honeycomb wall-apertured honeycomb paperboard of claim 1 wherein a plurality of drying apertures are provided in each of said spaced apart side walls of said honeycomb, said drying apertures being arranged in a vertical orientation.
3. The sandwich layer honeycomb wall surface opening honeycomb paperboard of claim 2 wherein the facing sides of the two face sheets are coated with adhesive, the honeycomb core paper is bonded to the two face sheets, and the adhesive in the honeycomb forms a bonding layer.
4. The sandwich layer honeycomb wall surface cell honeycomb paperboard of claim 3 wherein said desiccant comprises in parts by weight: 20-30 parts of anhydrous calcium chloride, 10-15 parts of silicic acid, 5-10 parts of degreasing agent and 3-8 parts of dispersing agent.
5. The sandwich layer honeycomb wall surface open-cell honeycomb paperboard according to claim 4, wherein the degreasing agent comprises the following components in parts by weight: the coating comprises, by weight, 30-40 parts of NaOH, 20-30 parts of Na2SiO 3.5H 2O 20, 310-15 parts of CaCO, 15-20 parts of Na3PO 4.12H 2O 15 and 320-30 parts of Na2 CO.
6. The honeycomb paperboard with open cells on the honeycomb wall surface of the sandwich layer as claimed in claim 5, wherein the preparation process of the degreasing agent specifically comprises the following steps:
s1: weighing CaCO3 solid according to the weight part, and grinding the CaCO3 solid to the particle size of 200-300 meshes by a grinding machine;
s2: sequentially weighing NaOH, Na2SiO3 & 5H2O and Na3PO4 & 12H2O according to the weight parts, respectively pouring the NaOH, the Na2SiO3 & 5H2O and the Na3PO4 & 12H2O into CaCO3 solid obtained from S1, and mechanically stirring for 15-20min to obtain a suspension A;
s3: then weighing Na2CO3 solution, continuously dripping into the suspension A by adopting a silica gel head dropper, stirring while dripping, wherein the dripping time of the Na2CO3 solution is 5-10min, and the rotating speed of a stirrer is 500-1000 r/min;
s4: and heating and evaporating the obtained mixed solution, and precipitating solid powder after water evaporation to obtain the degreasing agent.
7. The sandwich honeycomb wall surface cell honeycomb paperboard of claim 6 wherein said desiccant is placed in the order: firstly, one side of honeycomb core paper is bonded with surface paper, then drying agents are scattered into the honeycomb from the other side after bonding, it is ensured that each honeycomb is filled with the drying agents, then the other side of the honeycomb core paper is bonded with the surface paper, after bonding, the honeycomb paper boards are vibrated up and down, and the drying agents can be adhered to the upper bonding layer and the lower bonding layer.
