Description

Training ball with adjustable display time sequence and flight speed and training method using same
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of sports goods, in particular to a training ball with adjustable display time sequence and flight speed and a training method using the ball.
Background
In the ball game project, the reaction speed of the athletes plays a decisive role in the game level, and the training of the reaction speed of the athletes is the heavy game of the training of the athletes.
The reaction speed training of the athletes has a gradual process from low to high. In traditional training, according to sportsman's skill stage, provide the training ball that comes of corresponding speed for sportsman by training accompanying person, training accompanying device for sportsman trains. After the skills of the athlete are improved to the degree that the ball speed of the stage can be successfully processed, the accompanying trainers and the accompanying training devices provide the athlete with a higher-speed coming ball so as to further improve the reaction speed of the athlete.
This conventional training method requires team-type training conditions, namely: in different skill stages, a trainer with a certain skill level or different skill levels provides the player with coming balls with different speeds; or require specialized training aids to provide the athlete with different ball arrivals. Obviously, the training method is suitable for elite training, the requirements on conditions such as cost and field are high, the popularity is poor, and the training is difficult to be accepted by the bottom layer and the general population. That is, most of the base course and the general population, even if they have excellent talents, will have their skill progress limited by the training conditions, and it is difficult to achieve higher competitive level.

the ball head receives the vibration of the hitting ball and transmits the vibration to the vibration switch, and the vibration switch vibrates and generates a trigger signal;
the vibration switch transmits the trigger signal to the control chip, the control chip receives the trigger signal and controls the LED to be lightened after delaying corresponding time according to a set time sequence gear, and the track of the training ball is displayed for the athlete through light.
The training ball influences the flight resistance of the ball by different opening angles of the ball wings, and is combined with the LED lighting time sequences of different gears, different display tracks at different flight speeds are provided for athletes, and training difficulty which cannot be graded is provided for the athletes.
The training ball with adjustable display time sequence and flight speed and the training method using the ball have the following beneficial effects: when the training ball with the adjustable display time sequence and flight speed is used, the external light source is turned off or shielded to form a darker training space, or a dark environment such as morning and night is selected as the training space. When a user uses the racket to hit a ball, the ball head is vibrated and transmits the vibration to the vibration switch, the vibration switch vibrates and generates a trigger signal to be transmitted to the control chip, the control chip controls the LED lamp to be lightened according to a preset program after receiving the trigger signal (for example, the LED lamp is lightened immediately after the ball is hit, the LED lamp is lightened after the time delay is 0.2 second, the LED lamp is lightened after the time delay is 0.3 second, and the like), and in the process, the user can judge a ball path according to the lightened training ball, so that the ball hitting training is completed. The luminous time sequence of the training ball is controlled through the control chip, and in the training process, a sportsman needs to pre-judge the path of the training ball according to the position and the running track of the training ball in the luminous period. Because the LED in the first half path of the training ball is turned off after the training ball is flapped, the first half path of the training ball is invisible, and the athlete only judges the path of the training ball by the half position and the track after the LED is turned on, so that the athlete needs to respond at a faster response speed to successfully receive the training ball and can play a role in improving the response speed of the athlete.
The invention can adjust the flying speed of the training ball by adjusting the position of the elastic adjusting ring, can adjust the showing position and the track of the training ball by adjusting the lighting time sequence of the LED inside the training ball, can be combined by the two technical configurations for use, and can provide a plurality of training difficulties for athletes. The athlete can set a training plan for gradually advancing according to the technical state of the athlete, and the difficulty level provides the performance of the training ball by different combinations of the two technical configurations, so that the reaction speed of the athlete is gradually increased.

When the training ball 10 with adjustable display timing and flight speed of the present invention is used, the external light source is turned off or shielded to form a darker training space, or a dark environment such as morning and night is selected as the training space. When a user uses the racket to hit a ball, the ball head 11 is vibrated and transmits the vibration to the vibration switch 18, the vibration switch 18 vibrates and generates a trigger signal to be transmitted to the control chip, and the control chip controls the LED lamp 15 to be turned on according to a preset program after receiving the trigger signal (for example, the LED lamp is turned on immediately after the ball is hit, is turned on after 0.2 second, is turned on after 0.3 second and the like), and in the process, the user can judge a ball path according to the lighted training ball 10, so that the ball hitting training is completed. Through the luminous time sequence of control chip control training ball 10, in the training process, the sportsman needs to judge the route of training ball 10 in advance according to the position and the orbit of training ball 10 in the light-emitting period, because the training ball receives the slap back, LED extinguishes in its first half route, cause the first half route of training ball invisible, the sportsman only leans on LED to light the route of half position and the orbit prejudgement training ball after, need the sportsman to deal with faster reaction rate, the side can successfully connect the ball, can play the effect that improves sportsman reaction rate.

The counterweight head of the conductive elastic sheet 19 is the movable contact 21 of the vibration switch 18. During the vibration of the conductive elastic sheet 19, the movable contact 21 contacts with the fixed contact 20, an electric signal is generated and transmitted to the control chip, and the control chip is triggered.
In the present embodiment, in order to adjust the timing of the light emission of the LED lamp 15, a shift position adjusting switch 22 electrically connected to the control chip is further provided on the circuit board 14.
Specifically, as shown in fig. 3, it is a schematic diagram of a circuit structure of the training ball 10, wherein:
BAT is a power supply 17, providing the power supply 17 for the whole circuit; k1 is a switch of power supply 17, which is composed of an isolation paper (not shown in the figure) embedded between the battery holder 16 and the power supply 17; k2 is the vibration switch 18, R1 is its pull-down resistor; k3 is the gear position adjusting switch 22, R2 is the pull-down resistor; LD1 is LED lamp 15, R3 is its current limiting resistor; u1 is control chip-CPU.
The working principle of the circuit board 14 is as follows: when the user starts the product, the isolation paper sheet in the battery fixing frame 16 is pulled out, the K1 is conducted, and the U1 enters a standby state. When the ball is slapped, K2 is instantly conducted, U1 is triggered to enter the working state from the standby state, and LD1 is driven to light up according to the rule agreed by the internal program of U1. When the K2 is not closed for a certain time, the U1 considers that the user stops slapping, namely, the user is switched from the working state to the standby state, so as to save the electric energy.
When a user presses K3, the user can select from several working modes set in U1, so that when the ball is slapped, LD1 lights up according to different rules, and corresponding training conditions are provided for the user.
In this embodiment, after two seconds of long pressing K3, U1 wakes up and enters the adjustment mode, after which the next operation mode is selected by pressing K3 once, and this loops, and preferably, LD1 blinks to indicate the selected operation mode according to the following rule:
gear 1: turned off after being lighted for 0.25 second;
gear 2: lighting for 2 times, and extinguishing for 0.5 second after lighting for 0.25 second each time;
gear 3: lighting for 3 times, and extinguishing for 0.5 second after lighting for 0.25 second each time;
gear 4: lighting for 4 times, and extinguishing for 0.5 second after lighting for 0.25 second each time;
gear 5: the lamp was turned on 5 times, and turned off for 0.5 second after each 0.25 second of lighting.
When the K3 is not closed for a predetermined time (for example, 5 seconds), the U1 exits the adjustment mode and enters the standby mode.
In order to better fix the circuit board 14, the ball 11 further includes a press-fitting ring 23 covering the back of the transparent or translucent housing 13, and the inner wall surface of the transparent or translucent housing 13 is provided with an annular clamping groove 24 for the periphery of the circuit board 14 and the periphery of the press-fitting ring 23 to be clamped and connected. When the circuit board 14 and the press-fitting ring 23 are installed in the ring-shaped clamping groove 24, the annular convex part 25 presses the compression groove inwards, so that the circuit board 14 and the press-fitting ring 23 are elastically clamped into the ring-shaped clamping groove 24, and a better fixing clamping effect is achieved.
In another embodiment, as shown in fig. 2, based on the previous embodiment, the ball wing 12 includes a plurality of fins 27, a first end of each fin 27 of the plurality of fins 27 is fixedly connected to the ball head 11, and a gap 28 is provided between every two adjacent fins 27 of the plurality of fins 27.
Further, a plurality of anti-slip buckles are arranged on the outer wall surface of each fin 27 of the plurality of fins 27, in the schematic view, a first anti-slip buckle 29 and a second anti-slip buckle 30 are arranged, the distance between the first anti-slip buckle 29 on each fin 27 and the ball head 11 is the same, the distance between the second anti-slip buckle 30 on each fin 27 and the ball head 11 is the same, and the distance between the second anti-slip buckle 30 and the ball head 11 is larger than the distance between the first anti-slip buckle 29 and the ball head 11. The joint of the ball head 11 and the ball wing 12 is further sleeved with an elastic adjusting ring 32 which can be sleeved on the ball wing 12.
During the use of the training ball 10, the elastic adjusting ring 32 can be sleeved on the ball head 11, or the first anti-slip fastener 29 on the ball wing 12, or the second anti-slip fastener 30 on the ball wing 12, so as to adjust the opening angle of the ball wing 12. When the elastic adjusting ring 32 is sleeved on the ball head 11, each wing 27 of the ball wings 12 is naturally opened, and the resistance of the training ball 10 in the flying process is the largest, and the ball speed is the slowest. When the elastic adjusting ring 32 is fitted over the wings 12 at the position of the first anti-slip fastener 29, each wing 27 of the wings 12 contracts inward, so that the resistance applied to the training ball 10 during flying becomes smaller and the ball speed becomes faster. When the elastic adjusting ring 32 is fitted over the wings 12 at the position of the second anti-slip fastener 30, each wing 27 of the wings 12 further contracts inward, so that the resistance of the training ball 10 during flight is reduced and the ball speed is further increased.
Further, each wing 27 of the plurality of wings 27 is provided with at least one aperture 31 to ensure that the weight of the training ball is within a standard range.
In this embodiment, the two ends of the first anti-slip buckle 29 are respectively provided with a first stopping portion for stopping the elastic adjusting ring 32 from coming off from the two ends of the first anti-slip buckle 29, and the first stopping portions protrude from the top surface of the first anti-slip buckle 29; the two ends of the second anti-slip buckle 30 are respectively provided with a second stopping portion for stopping the elastic adjusting ring 32 from coming out of the two ends of the second anti-slip buckle 30, and the second stopping portion protrudes out of the top surface of the second anti-slip buckle 30. In other embodiments, anti-slip function may also be achieved by providing anti-slip stripes or the like on the surfaces of the first anti-slip fastener 29 and the second anti-slip fastener 30.
Preferably, the training ball 10 is a badminton shuttlecock.
As shown in fig. 4, the present invention also discloses a training method of training ball 10 with adjustable display timing and flight speed, which is based on the training ball 10 of the above embodiments, and the method includes:
step S101, adjusting a time sequence gear by operating an adjusting switch, and setting a lighting time sequence of the LED lamp 15;
step S102, adjusting the position of an elastic adjusting ring to adjust the flight resistance and the flight speed of the training ball;
step S103, the ball head 11 receives vibration and transmits the vibration to the vibration switch 18, and the vibration switch 18 vibrates and generates a trigger signal;
step S104, the vibration switch 18 transmits a trigger signal to the control chip, the control chip receives the trigger signal and controls the LED to be lightened after delaying corresponding time according to a set time sequence gear, and the track of the training ball is displayed for the athlete through light;
the training ball influences the flight resistance of the ball by different opening angles of the ball wings, and is combined with the LED lighting time sequences of different gears, different display tracks at different flight speeds are provided for athletes, and training difficulty which cannot be graded is provided for the athletes.
When the training device is used, the external light source is turned off and shielded to form a darker training space, or the training space is selected to be used in dim environments such as morning and night, and the lighting time sequence of the LED lamp 15 is set according to the training level of athletes. The lighting time sequence of the training ball 10 is controlled by the control chip, and in the training process, the athlete needs to judge the path of the training ball 10 according to the position and the running track of the training ball 10 in the lighting period. As shown in fig. 4, since the LED is turned off in the first half of the route of the training ball (the route L1 in fig. 4) after the training ball is slapped, the first half of the route of the training ball is not visible, and the player can pre-judge the route of the training ball only by the half position and trajectory (the route L2 in fig. 4) after the LED is turned on, so that the player needs to respond at a faster response speed to successfully receive the training ball, thereby achieving the effect of increasing the response speed of the player.
Further, the method further comprises: the elastic adjusting ring 32 is sleeved at the position of the first anti-slip buckle 29 or the second anti-slip buckle 30 to adjust the opening degree of the ball wings 12, so as to adjust the windward area of the training ball in flight, adjust the flight resistance of the training ball, finally adjust the flight speed of the training ball and provide different grades of training difficulty for athletes.
In the present embodiment, the lighting sequence of the training ball 10 is that the LED is turned on after a certain time delay t after the training ball is slapped, so that the flight path of the training ball in the first half (the path corresponding to the time t) is artificially blanked, and only the flight path in the second half appears. The length of time t is selected by the range adjustment switch 22, preferably divided into 5 ranges, wherein: gear 1, t is 0 seconds; gear 2, t is 0.2 seconds; gear 3, t is 0.3 seconds; gear 4, t is 0.4 seconds; in gear 5, t is 0.5 seconds. When the gear is 1, t is 0 second, namely the training ball is immediately lightened after being patted, namely the delay function of lightening the LED is cancelled, and the provided training difficulty is the lowest. The higher the shift, the longer t, and the longer the blanking time of the training ball, and the later the player finds the ball after hitting the ball by the opponent, the higher the training difficulty is provided.
Furthermore, in order to reduce the power consumption, the control chip U1 controls the LEDs to flash and light during the LED lighting period.
In addition, in the present invention, unless otherwise expressly specified or limited, the terms "connected," "stacked," and the like are to be construed broadly, e.g., as meaning permanently connected, detachably connected, or integrally formed; either directly or indirectly through intervening media, either internally or in any other relationship. The specific meanings of the above terms in the present invention can be understood by those skilled in the art according to specific situations.
The above description is only an embodiment of the present invention, and not intended to limit the scope of the present invention, and all modifications of equivalent structures and equivalent processes performed by the present specification and drawings, or directly or indirectly applied to other related technical fields, are included in the scope of the present invention.
