Abstract
The invention relates to the technical field of infusion devices, in particular to an implantable intrathecal drug infusion pump. The implantable intrathecal drug infusion pump comprises an upper shell, a middle shell component and a lower shell, wherein the middle shell component comprises a drug injection port arranged at the center of the shell, a peristaltic pump, a motor driving mechanism, a circuit board and a battery are sequentially arranged in the shell and around the drug injection port, the motor driving mechanism comprises a driving gear connected with a motor, the driving gear is meshed with the peristaltic pump, a catheter component is connected on the peristaltic pump in a surrounding manner, and a drug storage chamber is arranged at the lower end of the drug injection port in the shell. The implantable intrathecal drug infusion pump can be used for intrathecal infusion of morphine, baclofen and other drugs, is used for long-term treatment of refractory chronic pain and refractory central spasm, and is beneficial to reducing the burden of patients and saving social resources.

Technical Field
The invention relates to a drug infusion pump, in particular to an implantable intrathecal drug infusion pump.
Background
Patients take or inject analgesic drugs, spasmolytic drugs, central chemotherapy drugs and the like orally or statically for a long time, dosage needs to be increased, after the concentration of the periphery rises, the medicine can penetrate through a blood brain barrier to reach a target point, but meanwhile, the high-concentration drugs at the periphery can bring serious side effects: addiction, constipation, nausea, emesis, coma, lethargy, and impairment of liver and kidney functions; the intrathecal administration directly injects the medicine under the dura mater to reach the cerebrospinal fluid and the central nervous system and avoid the blood brain barrier, so the dosage is small and a plurality of side effects can be avoided; the device for intrathecal administration is also available in the market, but is in a semi-implanted type, a medicine box is arranged outside the body, the middle of the medicine box is connected through a puncture device, and the puncture port is arranged on the body surface, so that a patient can not leave a department for a long time, can not use the medicine box for a long time, is not beneficial to personal sanitation and hygiene, is easy to cause infection, even the infection can enter the center, causes serious consequences, can not perform nuclear magnetic resonance, and is not beneficial to the diagnosis and treatment of tumors.

According to another embodiment of the present invention, it is further included that the catheter assembly includes a pump tube, one end of the pump tube is connected to the drug storage chamber through a built-in inlet connection tube to form a pump tube liquid inlet, and the other end of the pump tube is connected to the liquid outlet through a built-in outlet connection tube.

Detailed Description

Preferably, as shown in fig. 7 and 8, the catheter assembly 6 comprises a pump tube 14, the pump tube 14 is an elastic pump tube, one end of the pump tube 14 is connected to the medicine storage chamber 13 through a built-in inlet connecting tube 17 to form a pump tube liquid inlet, and the other end of the pump tube 14 is connected to a liquid outlet 18 through a built-in outlet connecting tube 15, wherein the inlet connecting tube 17 and the outlet connecting tube 15 are inserted into and connected to two ends of the pump tube 14.

Preferably, the pump tube 14 surrounds and is clamped below the roller 21, and the roller 21 rotates to push the liquid medicine in the medicine storage bin forward.
Preferably, as shown in fig. 6, the medicine storage chamber 13 is composed of a medicine storage bin 7 and a high-pressure gas chamber 16, the medicine storage bin 7 is arranged in the high-pressure gas chamber 16, the medicine storage chamber 13 is a sealed structure, and the high-pressure gas in the high-pressure gas chamber 16 is used as a propelling power to propel the medicine liquid in the medicine storage bin 7 forwards.
Preferably, the medicine injection port 8 is connected with the medicine storage bin 7 through a connecting inclined hole.
Preferably, as shown in fig. 1, the housing of the mid-housing assembly 2 is also provided with an emergency port 23. The first-aid opening 23 is used for filling liquid medicine and drawing liquid from the first-aid opening, and the first-aid opening 23 can directly draw out the liquid medicine transferred by the peristaltic pump, so that the liquid medicine cannot flow out of the liquid outlet and cannot enter a human body.

Examples

5. The implantable intrathecal infusion pump as in claim 1, wherein the drug reservoir chamber (13) is composed of a drug reservoir (7) and a high pressure gas chamber (16), the drug reservoir (7) being placed in the high pressure gas chamber (16).
6. The implantable intrathecal infusion pump as in claim 1 or 5, wherein the drug injection port (8) is connected to the drug reservoir (7) by means of a connecting angled hole.
7. The implantable intrathecal infusion pump as in claim 1, wherein the housing of the mid-housing assembly (2) is further provided with a first-aid port (23).
8. The implantable intrathecal infusion pump as in claim 1, wherein the upper and lower housings (1, 3) are detachably connected to the upper and lower ends of the middle housing assembly (2), and the injection port (8) is connected to the middle housing assembly (2).
