The routine urine specimen should be collected from the middle section of the morning urine, and the container for collecting the sample must be kept clean, and the sample is kept for immediate inspection, so as to avoid a certain influence on the inspection result. The culture of the middle section urine bacteria is a common method for clinically diagnosing urinary tract infection, is also an important index for selecting effective antibacterial drugs and judging curative effects, and is an important link for inspecting quality control. Urine examination is a medical detection method. Comprises the steps of conventional analysis of urine, detection of visible components in urine (such as urine red blood cells, leucocytes and the like), quantitative determination of protein components, detection of urease and the like. Urine tests have important values for clinical diagnosis, judgment of curative effect and prognosis.
Discover when clinical use, when the urine was gathered to the commonly used middle section urine collection cup, the patient often forgot in time to screw up the lid, causes the leakproofness not good enough, and the urine exposes in the air, easily causes the urine to leak simultaneously on the way transporting. The ordinary urine cup is a round opening, has no handle, is not easy to hold, and is easy to touch the inner surface of the container to cause specimen pollution when a patient takes urine. When urine examination is performed, a patient is required to extract a urine sample by himself, but at present, when the extracted urine is transferred to a test tube, the urine is polluted because hands are stained with the urine, and the urine examination is very unhygienic; in addition, when in transfer, urine is spilled due to errors, so that the target urine volume cannot be reached or the environment is polluted; and finally, the amount of the sampled urine cannot be controlled, excessive urine is difficult to treat after being detected, the chance of environmental pollution is increased, and meanwhile, urine in a centrifugal tube is likely to overflow, so that the urine pollution is caused. At present, the clinical urine specimen container can not be used independently and needs to be matched with a urine cup for use. When in use, the urine is put into a wide-mouth urine cup, then poured into a transparent conical urine sample tube, and then a blue cover is screwed tightly for inspection.
In the unqualified midstream urine specimen for inspection, the proportion of the contamination of the specimen which cannot be detected is as high as 72.22 percent due to factors such as touching the inner wall of the container by hands during collection and too long exposure time in the air. Repeated patient fetching affects clinical diagnosis and reduces the satisfaction of patients. The caliber of the urine cup is smaller by about 4.5cm, and the urine is easy to spill onto hands and arms when a patient leaves and takes urine, so that the hands and arms of the patient are polluted.

In addition, the prior urine collecting and transferring device has the following defects:
(1) Because the handle of the wide-mouth urine cup is short, the urine easily pollutes the hand in the process of taking a specimen;
(2) Because the handle is short, the patient needs to bend down greatly to ensure that the position of the container opening can reach the target area, which undoubtedly brings great difficulty to the retention and the taking of the specimen for the old patients or the patients with the decreased waist and leg functions;
(3) Urine needs to be poured into the tapered thin tube from the wide-mouth cup, and the urine is easily spilled in the pouring process to pollute hands;
(4) The orifice of the specimen tube is small, so that the elderly or patients with visual deterioration have the problem that the specimen cannot be accurately transferred due to difficult operation;
(5) The spiral cover is screwed on the thin tube opening in the urine pouring process and after the specimen is left, both hands are needed to operate, and the operation is difficult for a patient with one side limb movement disorder;
(6) The bottom of the urine specimen tube is conical, so that the urine specimen tube cannot be placed vertically, and the inconvenience is brought to specimen storage;
(7) In the process of keeping away and empting the sample, the outer wall of sample pipe must have the urine to leave over, can cause the pollution to operating personnel's hand when the sample shifts.
Furthermore, on the one hand, due to the differences in understanding to those skilled in the art; on the other hand, since the inventor has studied a lot of documents and patents when making the present invention, but the space is not limited to the details and contents listed in the above, however, the present invention is by no means free of the features of the prior art, but the present invention has been provided with all the features of the prior art, and the applicant reserves the right to increase the related prior art in the background.
