Detailed Description
The preferred embodiments of the present invention will now be described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings, which form a part hereof, and which together with the embodiments of the invention serve to explain the principles of the invention.
Example one
The embodiment provides a handle body of a cleaning device, which comprises a plurality of handle segments which are connected in sequence and have different curvatures, and the curvatures of the handle segments are gradually increased along the direction of gradually keeping away from a main machine of the cleaning device, as shown in fig. 3.
Compared with the prior art, the cleaning device's that this embodiment provided handle body, it adopts a plurality of handle sections that the camber is different to connect and forms, and the user can select suitable position of gripping according to the size and the shape of individual hand, improves the laminating degree of handle body and user's hand, and then improves user's use and experiences.
Illustratively, the number of the handle segments is two, and the handle body comprises a first handle segment 1 and a second handle segment 2 which are connected in sequence along the direction gradually far away from the main machine of the cleaning device.
The longitudinal section shape of the front end surface of the first handle section 1 and the longitudinal section shape of the rear end surface of the first handle section 1 are both concave arcs, that is, the longitudinal section circle center a of the front end surface of the first handle section 1 is located in front of the first handle section 1, and the longitudinal section circle center B of the rear end surface of the first handle section 1 is located behind the first handle section 1. This is because, first handle section 1 corresponds user's forefinger usually, the district of gripping that tiger's mouth and thumb enclose, the forefinger is located the preceding terminal surface of first handle section 1, the tiger's mouth is located the rear end face of first handle section 1, and, the forefinger is approximate cylindrical, tiger's mouth is outer convex arc, all set up the longitudinal section shape of the preceding terminal surface of first handle section 1 and the longitudinal section shape of the rear end face of first handle section 1 to inner concave arc, can improve the laminating degree of first handle section 1 and user's forefinger and tiger's mouth, increase the area of contact of first handle section 1 and hand, comfort when promoting the hand grip body handle.
It is noted that, generally, the radian of the index finger of the user is larger than that of the tiger's mouth, and the longitudinal section curvature of the front end surface of the first handle section 1 is larger than that of the rear end surface of the first handle section 1; it is also worth noting that from the viewpoint of convenience of operation, the index finger tip is inclined downwards along the horizontal direction, and the tiger's mouth is positioned obliquely above the index finger tip, so as to further improve the use comfort of the user, the horizontal position of the longitudinal section circle center B of the rear end surface of the first handle section 1 is higher than the horizontal position of the longitudinal section circle center A of the front end surface of the first handle section 1.
In addition, for the second handle section 2, the longitudinal sectional shape of the front end surface of the second handle section 2 is a concave arc shape, and the longitudinal sectional shape of the rear end surface of the second handle section 2 is a convex arc shape, that is, the longitudinal sectional center C of the front end surface of the first handle section 1 and the longitudinal sectional center D of the rear end surface of the second handle section 2 are both located in front of the second handle section 2. This is because the second handle segment 2 generally corresponds to a grip region surrounded by the middle finger, the ring finger, the little finger, and the palm of the user, the middle finger, the ring finger, and the little finger are located on the front end surface of the second handle segment 2, the palm of the hand is located on the rear end surface of the second handle segment 2, the middle finger, the ring finger, and the little finger are approximately cylindrical, the palm of the hand is concave arc, the longitudinal cross-sectional shape of the front end surface of the second handle segment 2 is concave arc, and the longitudinal cross-sectional shape of the rear end surface of the second handle segment 2 is convex arc, so that the fitting degree of the second handle segment 2 to the middle finger, the ring finger, the little finger, and the palm of the user can be improved, the contact area of the second handle segment 2 with the hand can be increased, and the comfort when the hand grips the handle body can be improved.
Considering that the front end face of the first handle segment 1 is used for accommodating an index finger and the front end face of the second handle segment 2 is used for accommodating a middle finger, a ring finger and a small finger, the perpendicular distance L between the upper end face of the first handle segment 1 and the connecting surface of the first handle segment 1 and the second handle segment 2 is smaller than the perpendicular distance L between the lower end face of the second handle segment 2 and the connecting surface of the first handle segment 1 and the second handle segment 2, that is, the length of the first handle segment 1 is smaller than the length of the second handle segment 2 in the vertical direction, for example, the ratio of the perpendicular distance L between the upper end face of the first handle segment 1 and the connecting surface of the first handle segment 1 and the second handle segment 2 to the perpendicular distance L between the lower end face of the second handle segment 2 and the connecting surface of the first handle segment 1 and the second handle segment 2 is 1: 3 to 4. In this way, the length of the second handle section 2 can be increased appropriately, while maintaining the handle body length substantially unchanged, thereby reserving more space for accommodating the middle, ring and little fingers.
In order to further improve the fit between the front end surface of the first handle segment 1 and the front end surface of the second handle segment 2 and the hand of the user, the longitudinal sectional curvature of the front end surface of the first handle segment 1 is smaller than the longitudinal sectional curvature of the front end surface of the second handle segment 2. This is because the distal end surface of the first handle segment 1 corresponds to the index finger of the user, and the distal end surface of the second handle segment 2 corresponds to the middle finger, ring finger, and little finger of the user, and since the overall curvature of the middle finger, ring finger, and little finger is larger than the index finger curvature, the longitudinal sectional curvature of the distal end surface of the first handle segment 1 is smaller than the longitudinal sectional curvature of the distal end surface of the second handle segment 2, and the fit between the distal end surface of the first handle segment 1 and the distal end surface of the second handle segment 2 and the hand of the user can be further improved.
The cross-sectional shape of the handle section is illustratively any one of rounded rectangle, circle, or oval, taking into account that the cross-sectional shape of the handle section also affects the fit of the handle body to the hand of the user.
Example two
The present embodiment provides a handle body of a cleaning device, referring to fig. 4, the structure of which is substantially the same as that of the handle body of the cleaning device provided in the first embodiment, except that:
the front end face of the first handle section 1 is provided with a lapping protrusion 3 at one end close to the second handle section 2, and the lower end face of the lapping protrusion 3 is a lapping surface for accommodating the upper end face of a middle finger of a user. Like this, through the setting of overlap joint arch 3, can transmit the up end of middle finger with the partial weight of host computer from the up end of forefinger for the weight of host computer can distribute on a plurality of fingers, reduces the bearing of forefinger, thereby improves user's comfort.
Illustratively, the overlapping surface may be an inclined surface, an inner concave arc surface or a horizontal surface. From the angle of laminating degree, above-mentioned faying surface is the indent cambered surface, and the indent cambered surface can laminate better with the up end of well finger evagination to the comfort when can improve in indicate with the contact of faying part.
EXAMPLE III
The present embodiment provides a handle body of a cleaning device, referring to fig. 5, the structure of which is substantially the same as that of the handle body of the cleaning device provided in the first embodiment or the second embodiment, except that:
the front end face of the second handle section 2 is provided with at least one end face protrusion 4 or overlapping groove.
Like this, through the setting of terminal surface arch 4 or overlap joint recess, can further transmit the bearing of forefinger and middle finger to forefinger and little finger for the weight of host computer can distribute on a plurality of fingers, reduces the bearing of forefinger and middle finger, further improves user's comfort.
The number of the end surface protrusions 4 or the lap grooves is two in consideration of both the simple structure and the load balance. This is because, taking the overlapping protrusion 3 as an example, the second handle segment 2 is mainly used for accommodating the middle finger, the ring finger and the small finger, the lower end surface of the overlapping protrusion 3 is overlapped on the upper end surface of the middle finger, and the lower end surfaces of the two end surface protrusions 4 are respectively overlapped on the upper end surfaces of the ring finger and the small finger, so that the weight of the main frame can be uniformly distributed on the index finger, the middle finger, the ring finger and the small finger. For the overlapping groove, the load distribution is substantially the same in the overlapping protrusion 3.
When the preceding terminal surface of second handle section 2 was equipped with at least one terminal surface arch 4, the up end of overlap joint arch 3 and lower terminal surface were the indent cambered surface, and partly and the contact of indent cambered surface of finger to the comfort when can increase finger and the protruding 3 contacts of overlap joint.
Similarly, when the front end face of the second handle section 2 is provided with at least one overlapping groove, the groove wall of the overlapping groove is an arc surface, and a part of the finger is in contact with the arc surface, so that the comfort when the finger is in contact with the groove can be increased.
Example four
The present embodiment provides a handle body of a cleaning device, referring to fig. 6, the structure of which is substantially the same as that of the handle body of the cleaning device provided in the first embodiment or the second embodiment, except that:
in the use process of the cleaning equipment, the relative sliding between the hand of the user and the handle body is not beneficial to the holding of the user on the handle body, therefore, the first anti-slip part 5 is arranged on the front end face of the first handle section 11, and/or the second anti-slip part 6 is arranged on the front end face of the second handle section 2, the friction force between the hand of the user and the front end faces of the first handle section 11 and the second handle section 2 can be increased through the first anti-slip part 5 and/or the second anti-slip part 6, the sliding condition is reduced, and the holding of the user on the handle body is more beneficial.
When the second handle segment 2 has a plurality of end surface protrusions 4 on the front end surface thereof, the second nonslip portion 6 is provided between two adjacent end surface protrusions 4.
As for the connection mode of the first anti-skid part 5 and the front end face of the first handle section 1, the two are exemplarily formed integrally, that is, a particle surface is formed on the front end face of the first handle section 1 as the first anti-skid part 5; alternatively, the first antiskid portion 5 is bonded to the front end surface of the first handle segment 1 by a first bonding portion.
From the viewpoint of process, the latter connection mode is selected, that is, the first anti-slip part 5 is bonded to the front end surface of the first handle section 1 through the bonding part, because the problem that the particle surface formed on the concave arc surface (i.e., the front end surface of the first handle section 1) is inconvenient to be transversely demoulded can be avoided by adopting the bonding mode.
Accordingly, as for the connection manner of the second antiskid portion 6 and the front end surface of the second handle segment 2, the two are exemplarily formed integrally, that is, a particle surface is formed on the front end surface of the second handle segment 2 as the second antiskid portion 6; alternatively, the second nonslip portion 6 is bonded to the distal end surface of the second handle segment 2 by a second bonding portion.
From the viewpoint of process, the latter connection mode, i.e., the second anti-slip part 6 is bonded to the front end surface of the second handle segment 2 through the bonding part, because the sticking mode can avoid the problem that the particle surface formed on the concave arc surface (i.e., the front end surface of the second handle segment 2) is inconvenient for transverse demolding.
EXAMPLE five
The embodiment provides a cleaning device, which is shown in fig. 7 to 8 and comprises a handle body in any one of the first embodiment to the fourth embodiment.
Compared with the prior art, the beneficial effects of the cleaning device provided by the embodiment are basically the same as the beneficial effects of the handle body provided by any one of the first embodiment to the fourth embodiment, which are not repeated herein.
It can be understood that, in order to realize the cleaning function of the cleaning device, the cleaning device further comprises a filter screen cover and a motor (for example, a negative pressure motor), wherein the motor has a reverse rotation and reverse blowing mode and a forward rotation dust collection mode; the motor is in a reverse rotation and reverse blowing mode, the flow direction of the fluid flowing through the filter screen cover is from the inner side of the filter screen cover to the outer side of the filter screen cover, the motor is in a forward rotation and dust collection mode, and the flow direction of the fluid flowing through the filter screen cover is from the outer side of the filter screen cover to the inner side of the filter screen cover. Like this, because the motor has the reversal blowback mode, through the motor reversal, can introduce the air outside the cleaning equipment in the cleaning equipment for the fluid flow direction of flowing through the filter screen panel is for filtering the screen panel inboard to the filter screen panel outside from, thereby can get rid of the cotton-like filth of adhering to on the filter screen panel outer wall face, avoids cotton-like filth to cause the influence to the use of filtering the screen panel. In addition, the flocculent dirt can enter a dust collecting area of the dust collecting cup after falling off from the filter screen cover under the action of the reverse fluid, and the flocculent dirt is convenient to collect.
Considering that the cleaning surface cannot be cleaned effectively and thoroughly only by filtering and collecting the dust through the filter screen, the cleaning device adopts multi-stage filtration and further comprises a filter layer 7 (for example, filter cotton) arranged between the filter screen and the motor, so that the filter screen is equivalent to first-stage filtration, the filter layer 7 is equivalent to second-stage filtration, and the dust can be filtered thoroughly through the multi-stage filtration.
Considering that the motor of the present embodiment has a forward rotation dust collecting mode and a reverse rotation reverse blow mode compared to the conventional motor, when the motor is in forward rotation to collect dust, the dust is adsorbed on the front surface of the filter layer 7 (i.e. the surface facing the filter screen cover), when the motor is switched to reverse blow-back mode, the dust on the front surface of the filter layer 7 is blown back into the filter screen cover again under the action of fluid, which results in excessive dust collection in the filter screen cover, otherwise, the same problem occurs when the motor is switched from the reverse blowing mode to the forward dust collecting mode, and therefore, the filter layer 7 includes a front layer 71, a front reversal layer 72, an intermediate layer 73, a back reversal layer 74, and a back layer 75, which are arranged in this order in the axial direction, the thickness of the front layer 71 and the back layer 75 is smaller than that of the intermediate layer 73, the front reversal layer 72 is located in the front cavity between the front layer 71 and the intermediate layer 73, and the back reversal layer 74 is located in the back cavity between the back layer 75 and the intermediate layer 73. When the motor is switched from the reverse rotation and reverse blowing mode to the forward rotation dust collection mode, the reverse side of the front side overturning layer 72 is contacted with the middle layer 73, the reverse side of the reverse side overturning layer 74 is contacted with the reverse side layer 75, dust in fluid flowing out of the filter screen cover can basically penetrate through the front side layer 71 and stay on the front side of the front side overturning layer 72 or enter the front side overturning layer 72 and the middle layer 73, and dust on the reverse side of the reverse side overturning layer 74 is clamped between the reverse side overturning layer 74 and the reverse side layer 75; when the motor is switched from the forward rotation dust collection mode to the reverse rotation blowing mode, the front surface of the front surface overturning layer 72 is in contact with the front surface layer 71, the front surface of the back surface overturning layer 74 is in contact with the middle layer 73, dust in fluid flowing out of the motor cover 4 can basically penetrate through the reverse surface layer 75 and stay on the back surface of the back surface overturning layer 74 or enter the back surface overturning layer 74 and the middle layer 73, and the dust on the front surface of the front surface overturning layer 72 is clamped between the front surface overturning layer 72 and the front surface layer 71 and cannot be blown back into the filter screen cover again.
The above description is only for the preferred embodiment of the present invention, but the scope of the present invention is not limited thereto, and any changes or substitutions that can be easily conceived by those skilled in the art within the technical scope of the present invention are included in the scope of the present invention.
