The outer connecting sheet 22, the inner connecting sheet 21 and the upper skirt body 110 form a hollow structure which is progressive layer by layer, so that the novel multifunctional skirt has visual aesthetic feeling and has the functions of ventilation, shading and portability.
Referring to fig. 6, the middle skirt 200 includes a middle skirt outer 220, and the middle skirt outer 220 is coupled to the outer side of the middle skirt body 210. The middle skirt outer 220 includes a ring body 31, an upper rim 32, and a lower rim 33, the upper rim 32 is connected with the upper skirt body 110, the lower rim 33 is connected with the lower skirt body 310, and the ring body 31 extends between the upper rim 32 and the lower rim 33. The ring body 31 is a two-dimensional planar porous mesh structure, in this embodiment, the holes of the ring body 31 are divided into an upper layer, a middle layer and a lower layer, wherein the holes of the upper layer and the lower layer are pentagons, and the holes of the middle layer are hexagons. The provision of the middle skirt outer 220 makes the structure of the middle skirt 200 more three-dimensional.
Referring to fig. 1 and 7, the lower skirt 300 further includes a plurality of first protrusions 4 connected to the lower skirt body 310 and uniformly distributed along the outer circumference of the lower skirt body 310, and second protrusions 5 respectively connected to the plurality of first protrusions. The first convex part 4 and the second convex part 5 are respectively protruded towards the inner side and the outer side of the lower skirt body 310, and the first convex part 4 and the second convex part 5 are respectively at least partially shielded at the hollowed-out part of the lower skirt body 310, so that full three-dimensional sense with 360 degrees of angle is realized while shading.
Specifically, each first protrusion 4 has 5 to 7 first lugs 41 radially connected together, and each second protrusion 5 has 5 to 7 second lugs 51 radially connected together. In the first convex part 4 and the second convex part 5 which are connected, the first convex lugs 41 and the second convex lugs 51 are arranged in a staggered way, so that the three-dimensional sense and the shielding function are increased. In the width direction of the first lug 41, the middle portion of the first lug 41 is convex, and both sides are concave, forming a three-dimensional structure. In the height direction of the skirt body, the first convex parts 4 in the middle are larger than the first convex parts 4 at the two ends, so that a gradual visual effect is formed.
In this embodiment, the upper skirt body 100 forms the upper garment of a dress, the middle skirt body 200 forms the waist of a dress, and the lower skirt body 300 forms the skirt of a dress. The whole TPU material that adopts of skirt body is made through 3D printing integrated into one piece, and wherein the shore hardness of the TPU material that upper skirt body 100, middle skirt body 200, lower skirt body 300 adopted is about 78A, 85A respectively, and upper skirt body 100 and middle skirt body 200 can soft laminating skin, and lower skirt body 300 can form fluffy full third dimension for the skirt body can stand on a horizontal plane, has both travelling comfort and fashion.
In this embodiment, the garment is specifically manufactured by the following steps:
(1) The CAD design software is utilized to carry out three-dimensional design modeling, curve radian can be adjusted according to the body shape parameters of a wearer during design, so that the clothing can be more comfortably attached to the body, the size, density, line thickness and the like of each texture can be freely adjusted, and the line thickness can be freely changed within the range of 0.6-2.0 mm so as to adapt to the structural requirement of one-piece dress;
(2) Taking TPU as a raw material, printing by adopting a selective laser sintering 3D printer, and integrally forming the whole garment;
(3) After printing, carrying out subsequent treatments such as powder cleaning, sand blasting, polishing and the like on the TPU finished piece to finish garment manufacturing.
The preparation method has the advantages of simple process, labor saving and higher production efficiency. The overall mass of the dress is about 71 g, and compared with the traditional dress with the same supporting strength, the dress of the embodiment has greatly reduced mass, and is very convenient to wear and transport.
In addition, the TPU material has the characteristics of skin-friendly, oil-resistant, water-resistant, mildew-resistant and the like, and has good elasticity and ductility, the skirt body fabric does not aggravate the quality of the skirt body fabric due to the conditions of perspiration, rain and the like, and the wearing portability and comfort are further improved. Meanwhile, the TPU material has good gloss, wrinkle resistance and stiffness, is not easy to pill and wrinkle, is convenient to clean and maintain, and has long service life.
Example 2
Referring to fig. 8 to 10, the lady dress in this embodiment is substantially the same as that of embodiment 1, and is mainly different in the specific structure of the skirt body.
In this embodiment, the middle skirt body 200 has no middle skirt body 210, but only has a single-layer middle skirt outer body 220, and the middle skirt outer body 220 is directly connected with the upper skirt body 110 and the lower skirt body 310, so that the waist design of the skirt body is lighter and simpler.
In this embodiment, the structure of the lower skirt body 310 is different from that of the upper skirt body 110, the lower skirt body 310 includes a plurality of connecting strips 6 connected to each other, one end portions of two adjacent connecting strips 6 are connected together, an included angle between two connecting strips 6 connected to each other is about 60 °, and three connecting strips 6 connected end to end form a triangular hollow structure. The interconnected triangular mesh structure has strong stability, is not easily deformed, and can better provide support for the lower skirt 300.
In conclusion, the dress disclosed by the invention completely breaks through the limitation of traditional dress design thinking, is novel in design, strong in overall fashion sense, comfortable to wear and integrally printed, has no exposed hollowed-out surface, is not easy to scratch and damage, is easy to manage, and has self-supporting property, light in wearing and not easy to deform.

For numerical ranges, one or more new numerical ranges may be found between the endpoints of each range, between the endpoint of each range and the individual point value, and between the individual point value, in combination with each other, and are to be considered as specifically disclosed herein.

Claims (14)

1. A lady dress, the dress comprising a body, characterized in that: the skirt body includes the upper skirt body, well skirt body and lower skirt body, the top of well skirt body is connected the upper skirt body, bottom are connected the lower skirt body, wherein:
the upper skirt body comprises an upper skirt body and an outer connecting body arranged on the periphery of the upper skirt body, the upper skirt body is a netlike hollowed body formed by 3D printing of TPU materials, the netlike hollowed body comprises 2 or more connecting belts which are interwoven with each other, each connecting belt is respectively provided with a plurality of connecting units, each connecting unit comprises a base body part and three connecting arms which respectively extend along three different directions, one end part of each connecting arm is connected with the base body part in each connecting unit, one connecting arm of one connecting unit is connected with one connecting arm of the other connecting unit end to end, and the outer connecting body comprises a plurality of three-dimensional connecting pieces which are evenly distributed along the periphery of the upper skirt body;
the middle skirt body comprises a middle skirt outer body, the middle skirt outer body comprises a ring body, an upper rim and a lower rim, the upper rim is connected with the upper skirt body, the lower rim is connected with the lower skirt body, the ring body extends between the upper rim and the lower rim, and the ring body is of a two-dimensional plane porous net structure;
the lower skirt body comprises a netlike hollowed lower skirt body, a plurality of first convex parts connected to the lower skirt body and uniformly distributed along the periphery of the lower skirt body, and second convex parts correspondingly connected with the first convex parts, wherein the first convex parts and the second convex parts respectively face to the inner side and the outer side of the lower skirt body, and the first convex parts and the second convex parts are respectively at least partially shielded at hollowed parts of the lower skirt body; each first convex part is provided with a plurality of first lugs which are connected together in a radial manner, each second convex part is provided with a plurality of second lugs which are connected together in a radial manner, and the first lugs and the second lugs are arranged in a staggered manner in the connected first convex parts and second convex parts;
the upper skirt body, the middle skirt body and the lower skirt body are formed through 3D printing.

The lady dress as recited in claim 1, wherein: the net-shaped hollowed-out body is formed by interweaving 2, 3 or 4 connecting strips in a floating and sinking mode, the three connecting arms are distributed along the circumferential direction of the base body part, and the three connecting arms extend upwards, downwards, leftwards or rightwards from the base body part respectively.
3. The lady dress as recited in claim 1, wherein: the included angle between two adjacent connecting arms is more than or equal to 60 degrees and less than or equal to 150 degrees.
4. The lady dress as recited in claim 1, wherein: the connecting pieces are independent of each other or are connected between two connecting pieces which are adjacent left and right and/or are adjacent up and down, and the hollowed-out part of the upper skirt body is at least partially shielded by the three-dimensional structure of the connecting pieces.

The lady dress as recited in claim 1, wherein: each connecting piece comprises a connecting piece, the connecting piece comprises an inner connecting piece and an outer connecting piece which are connected along the inner and outer directions, the middle part of the inner connecting piece is outwards convex, and the middle part of the outer connecting piece is inwards concave.
6. The women's dress according to claim 5, wherein: each of the connecting pieces has a plurality of grooves along a periphery thereof, and a gap between adjacent two of the inner connecting pieces is smaller than a gap between adjacent two of the outer connecting pieces.

The lady dress as recited in claim 1, wherein: the upper rim of the middle skirt outer body is connected with the upper skirt body, the lower rim is connected with the lower skirt body, and the hole of the ring body is one or a combination of a plurality of semi-circular, pentagonal and hexagonal shapes.

The lady dress as recited in claim 1, wherein: each first convex part is provided with 5-7 first lugs, the middle parts of the first lugs are convex and two sides of the first lugs are concave in the width direction of the first lugs, and the first lugs smoothly transition from the middle parts to the two sides.
9. The lady dress as recited in claim 1, wherein: the lower skirt body comprises a plurality of connecting strips, one end parts of two adjacent connecting strips are connected together, an included angle between two connecting strips which are connected with each other is 30-120 degrees, and three connecting strips which are connected with each other end to end form a triangular hollow structure.
10. The lady dress as recited in claim 1, wherein: the middle skirt body comprises a middle skirt body, the outer body of the middle skirt is connected to the outer side of the middle skirt body, and the middle skirt body is a netty hollowed-out body identical to the upper skirt body.
11. The women's dress according to claim 10, wherein: the lower skirt body is a netty hollowed-out body identical to the upper skirt body, and the upper skirt body, the middle skirt body and the lower skirt body are integrally formed through 3D printing.

The female dress as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 11 wherein: the skirt body is made of TPU materials, wherein the shore hardness of the TPU materials adopted by the upper skirt body, the middle skirt body and the lower skirt body is 75-80A, 82-88A and 82-88A respectively; the upper skirt body forms the upper garment of the dress, the middle skirt body forms the waist of the dress, and the lower skirt body forms the skirt portion of the dress.
13. The female dress as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 11 wherein: the skirt body is integrally formed through 3D printing, and the 3D printing comprises 3D printing by a selective laser sintering technology.
14. The female dress as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 11 wherein: the skirt is capable of standing on a horizontal plane.
