At present, a monitoring system of an SACU wind power wire feeding controller manually inquires the wind power speed of tobacco shreds and the running state information of a control system, and workers analyze data to judge whether the wind power wire feeding system runs normally. The disadvantages of the existing method are that: 1) if the tobacco shred pneumatic conveying speed exceeds the standard, workers cannot be warned in time, and no relevant records exist for inquiring; 2) when the SACU wind power cut tobacco feeding controller works unstably (for example, a valve is slightly stuck due to sundries such as tobacco powder), a worker cannot find out at the first time, so that the problems of large deviation, instability and the like of the wind power feeding speed of cut tobacco can be caused, and the cut tobacco conveying quality is influenced; 3) the data from previous measurements cannot be stored and predictive maintenance of the equipment by analyzing the data is not possible.
