when the fishing net is used, bait is broadcast in the net body 4 to induce fish school to enter the net body 4 through the lifting stop gate 2, after the fish school enters, the operating rod 19 is used for controlling the rotating rod 18 to rotate, the hook direction of the free end of the rotating rod 18 is turned from bottom to top in the rotating process of the rotating rod 18, under the action of the gravity of the counterweight 16, the control rope 12 is pulled by the oscillating rod 11, the sliding ring 20 is separated from the rotating rod 18, the oscillating rod 11 is unbalanced after the separation, the hanging ring 14 falls off from the oscillating rod 11, the counterweight 16 drives the supporting rod 9 to rise by the pull rope 15, the fishing net piece 8 is pulled up, the gap of the net body 4 is blocked, and the fish school is enclosed in the net body 4; the staff can utilize small-size fishing string bag to salvage the loading to the finished product fish after the gathering. When the gap of the net body 4 needs to be opened again, the worker can hang the suspension loop 14 on the swing link 11, and hang the slip ring 20 on the control rope 12 on the free end of the rotating rod 18 with the opening facing downwards again. When the net needs to be collected and aired, the first net supporting rope 6 can be released from the fixing between the pond ridge and the net body 4, and then the first net supporting rope 6 is used for pulling the net body 4 to the pond ridge all day long.
