The difference between a brush motor and a brushless motor is whether a conventional brush-commutator is provided. The commutation of brushed dc motors has been accomplished by contacting graphite brushes with an annular commutator mounted on the rotor.
The brushless motor feeds the position of the rotor back to the control circuit through the Hall sensor, so that the brushless motor can acquire the accurate time of the phase commutation of the motor. Most brushless motor manufacturers produce motors with three hall effect position sensors. The brushless motor has no brush and no related interface, so the brushless motor is cleaner, has less noise, virtually has no need of maintenance and has longer service life.
As shown in fig. 5 and 6, the brushless motor is externally sleeved with a motor protection housing 13, which has the same shape as the brushless motor and is used for protecting the brushless motor, a rotating shaft 21 is disposed at the end of the brushless motor, the rotating shaft 21 can rotate synchronously with the brushless motor, a first gear 22 is sleeved on the rotating shaft 21, the first gear 22 is used as a part of the brushless motor, and when the brushless motor is started, the rotating shaft 21 can drive the first gear 22 to rotate, that is, power is transmitted outwards through the first gear 22.
As shown in fig. 5 and 6, the gear transmission mechanism 3 includes a reduction gear 32 and a transition gear 31, the transition gear 31 is meshed with the first gear 22 and the reduction gear 32 simultaneously, the reduction gear 32 is located above the transition gear 31, the first gear 22 is located below the transition gear 31, that is, when the first gear 22 rotates under the driving of the brushless motor, the transmission force can be transmitted to the reduction gear 32 through the transition gear 31, a one-way bearing 33 is arranged in the reduction gear 32, and the reduction gear 32 drives the engine of the mower to start and stop through the one-way bearing 33.
It is particularly emphasized that, as shown in fig. 3, fig. 3b and fig. 3a, the one-way bearing 33 is nested in the reduction gear 32, and the one-way bearing 33 is directly formed on the reduction gear 32 by CNC machining, that is, the one-way bearing 33 is integrally formed with the reduction gear 32, the size of the one-way bearing 33 is larger than that of the one-way bearing 33 of a general starting device, the one-way bearing 33 has larger size, larger torque and is not easy to be damaged after long-time starting, and the effect is difficult to achieve by a conventional one-way bearing.
It should be noted that, as shown in fig. 3c, 5 and 6, the reduction gear 32, the transition gear 31 and the first gear 22 are all mounted through the fixed plate 14 which is vertically mounted.
When the engine starting device is used, the one-way bearing 33 is sleeved at one end of the transmission shaft, the other end of the transmission shaft is installed on the engine, the one-way bearing 33 is in driving connection with the engine through the transmission shaft, and the one-way rotation of the one-way bearing 33 drives the one-way rotation of the transmission shaft, so that the engine is started.
More specifically, as shown in FIG. 4, the program control modules include a start module 41 and a control module 42.
It is within the scope of the present invention that the activating module 41 is preferably, but not limited to, a switch button, such as a sound sensor or a light sensor, to activate the activating device, and the present invention is not limited to the specific form of the activating module 41.
As shown in fig. 4, the control module 42 is disposed on the left side of the switch button, the starting module 41 is electrically connected to the control module 42, the control module 42 is electrically connected to the brushless motor, that is, the switch button receives a start signal, and transmits the start signal to the control module 42, and the control module 42 processes the start signal to control the start and stop of the brushless motor.
As shown in fig. 4, in order to provide the driving force for the brushless motor, a power supply 43 is further included, and the power supply 43 is installed between the control module 42 and the brushless motor, specifically, above the control module 42, and is electrically connected to both the control module 42 and the brushless motor, that is, the control module 42 controls the start and stop of the brushless motor by controlling the conduction between the power supply 43 and the brushless motor.
