Abstract
The application discloses a method and a system for sending cluster group short data, wherein the method comprises the following steps: under the pilot frequency networking, when a base station receives a cluster group short data message, if a corresponding group is not established locally, a temporary group is established, and identification information of the temporary group and cluster group short data indication information are notified to a corresponding terminal; the terminal determines whether to receive the cluster group short data according to the notification, if so, the terminal triggers and monitors a cluster control channel (TCCH), a startup prohibition GAP (GAP) measurement is set, and the startup prohibition validity period is a preset time length T; the base station sends the cluster group short data in the cluster group short data message to the terminal in the TCCH; in the validity period, if the terminal successfully receives the cluster group short data, the GAP measurement is released from being prohibited; and when the validity period is over, if the starting-forbidden GAP measurement is not released, the starting-forbidden GAP measurement is released. By applying the technical scheme disclosed by the application, the loss of the cluster short data under the pilot frequency networking can be avoided.
Description
Technical Field
The present application relates to the field of communications technologies, and in particular, to a method and a system for sending cluster group short data.
Background
In the existing B-TrunC TS 02.004 protocol, it is described that the group GAP (GAP) configuration under the inter-frequency networking is implemented by Information Element (IE) in the group call configuration (GroupCallConfig): groupmeas gapcfig to inform the terminal. Meanwhile, in section 8.10 of the B-TrunC TS 02.002 protocol, a cluster group short data transmission flow is described. As shown in fig. 1, in the process of sending the cluster group short data, when a core network issues a cluster MESSAGE transmission (trunk MESSAGE TRANSPORT) MESSAGE to a base station, if the base station does not have the cluster, a temporary cluster is established, a cluster Paging (TRUNKING Paging) MESSAGE is sent to a terminal, identification information of the temporary cluster is sent to the terminal, and a non-access stratum (NAS) MESSAGE is directly issued through a cluster control channel (TCCH), so as to broadcast the short data to all monitoring terminals.
The inventor discovers that in the process of implementing the invention: the problem of short data loss exists in the existing cluster group short data process. After the research and analysis of the existing scheme, the inventor finds out that the reasons for the problems are as follows:
according to the existing B-TrunC protocol, when a multicast short message is sent to a base station, if the base station does not establish a group, the group is temporarily established, and a NAS message is directly sent through a TCCH to broadcast the short data to all monitoring terminals without sending a GroupCallConfig message, that is, the network side does not configure the short data to the terminals through a GroupCallConfig message sending group GAP. However, the method for the terminal to be triggered to perform GAP measurement is not limited to the GroupCallConfig message, and when the user moves to the edge of the cell, the network side may also trigger the corresponding terminal to perform GAP measurement, so that, in the inter-frequency networking, if the monitoring terminal receives the TrunkingPaging message and is just triggered to start GAP measurement, the monitoring terminal may not acquire the NAS message carrying the cluster group short data, thereby causing short data loss.
Disclosure of Invention
In view of this, the main objective of the present invention is to provide a method and a system for sending trunking group short data, which can avoid the loss of trunking group short data under inter-frequency networking.

the terminal determines whether corresponding cluster group short data needs to be received or not according to the notification, if so, the terminal triggers and monitors a cluster control channel TCCH, and sets a GAP measurement forbidding starting locally, wherein the valid period for forbidding starting is a preset time length T;
the base station sends the cluster group short data in the cluster group short data message to the terminal in a TCCH (transmission control channel);
in the validity period, if the terminal successfully receives the cluster group short data, the terminal cancels the forbidden GAP measurement;
and when the validity period is over, if the starting-forbidden GAP measurement is not released, the terminal releases the starting-forbidden GAP measurement.

Preferably, in this step, in order to increase compatibility between the present application and an existing system, the base station may notify the corresponding terminal of the identification information of the temporary group and the group short data indication information by using a trunking paging (trunking paging) message, which is specifically as follows:

In this step, the specific method for the terminal to determine whether to receive the corresponding cluster group short data is the same as that of the existing system, and is not described herein again.
In practical application, a person skilled in the art can reasonably set a validity period for prohibiting starting GAP measurement, that is, the duration T, according to an actual transmission scenario, as long as it can be ensured that the terminal can receive the short cluster data issued by the base station within the validity period.
Preferably, the duration T may be configured to the terminal by the base station.
Specifically, for convenience of implementation, the duration T may be notified to the terminal by the base station through a systemlnformationblocktypereporting message in an existing protocol.
Preferably, if the base station does not configure the duration T for the terminal, the duration T may be a default valid duration preset in the terminal.
In practical application, in order to facilitate implementation, in this step, a timer may be used to monitor the validity period during which the GAP measurement is prohibited, that is, when the terminal sets that the GAP measurement is prohibited, the timer is started, the duration of the timer is the duration T, and when the timer is overtime, the expiration of the validity period during which the GAP measurement is prohibited is described.
The specific implementation of this step is known to those skilled in the art and will not be described herein.

Fig. 3 is a schematic diagram showing a specific process for sending cluster group short data implemented based on the above embodiment, and as shown in fig. 3, different from the existing process for sending cluster group short data, if it is determined that the corresponding cluster group short data needs to be received after the terminal receives the cluster paging message, the terminal prohibits the start of GAP measurement, and cancels the setting of the prohibition of the start of GAP measurement after receiving the cluster group short data, so as to ensure that the terminal can receive the cluster group short data sent by the base station.
Corresponding to the above method embodiment, the present application further provides a sending system of cluster group short data, where the system mainly includes:
the base station, under the pilot frequency network, when receiving the short data message of the cluster group, if do not set up the corresponding group locally, set up the corresponding temporary group, and notify the label information of the said temporary group and short data instruction information of the cluster group to the corresponding terminal station;
the terminal determines whether corresponding cluster group short data needs to be received or not according to the notification of the base station, if so, the terminal triggers and monitors a cluster control channel (TCCH), and sets a GAP measurement for forbidding starting at local, wherein the valid period for forbidding starting is a preset time length T;
the base station sends the cluster group short data in the cluster group short data message to the terminal in the TCCH;
the terminal cancels the forbidden GAP measurement if the cluster group short data is successfully received within the validity period; and when the validity period is over, if the startup-prohibited GAP measurement is not canceled, canceling the startup-prohibited GAP measurement.

the base station sends the cluster group short data in the cluster group short data message to the terminal in a TCCH (transmission control channel);
in the validity period, if the terminal successfully receives the cluster group short data, the terminal cancels the forbidden GAP measurement;
and when the validity period is over, if the starting-forbidden GAP measurement is not released, the terminal releases the starting-forbidden GAP measurement.
