Description

Electronic device and control method of electronic device
Technical Field
The present invention relates to an electronic device and a method for controlling the electronic device, and more particularly, to an electronic device and a method for controlling the electronic device related to message processing.
Background
At present, along with the development of computer, multimedia technology, and communication technology, the application of various electronic devices is widespread in life. In particular, electronic devices capable of processing various multimedia messages such as text messages, voice messages, picture messages, video messages, etc. are widely used in life because of convenience, rapidness, economy, and practicality.
In addition, many of the electronic devices of the related art can be mounted and used in various applications. Electronic equipment such as a smart phone can send short messages and multimedia messages, can make and receive calls, and can also have functions of various application programs by installing various application programs (APP). The application program may be any of various application programs such as an application program capable of transmitting text, picture, voice, video, and network link, such as wechat (registered trademark), QQ (registered trademark), Skype (registered trademark), and Line (registered trademark), and capable of performing audio/video communication, a map software, and a navigation software.
In addition, the same application program of the same user can be downloaded, logged in and used on different electronic devices. The application environments of the electronic devices are different, so that the functions of the same application program are different when the same application program is used on different electronic devices. The wechat (registered trademark) is exemplified by various applications such as a mobile phone client, a tablet client, a PC client, and a vehicle-mounted client. The WeChat of the mobile phone client has the most comprehensive functions, and can receive and send various messages such as characters, pictures, videos, voice, business cards, network links, red packages, account transfers, audio/video calls and the like, but the PC client cannot red packages, account transfers and the like.
Here, the wechat is taken as an example, but not limited to this, and actually, in some electronic devices, for some application programs, there are the following application cases: text and voice messages can only be processed, for example, received text and voice messages are both announced to the user in voice, but not for other types of messages such as pictures, video, business cards, web links, red packets, money transfers, etc. Thus, in the case where the user applies the application program in the electronic device, there may be a situation where other types of messages such as pictures, videos, business cards, network links, red packages, money transfers, etc. are not known to have been sent from other contacts, important messages may be missed, or the messages may not be dealt with in a timely manner. The user feels uncomfortable, and the use experience of the user of the electronic equipment is reduced.
In addition, in some cases, an in-vehicle client of the same application and a client of a communication terminal (for example, a mobile phone) are used simultaneously while the vehicle is driven. In this case, for the above application, during driving of the vehicle, the in-vehicle client and the communication terminal client of the same application are simultaneously operated, and the in-vehicle client broadcasts both the received text and voice message to the user in voice, but cannot broadcast other types of messages such as pictures, videos, business cards, network links, red packets, money transfers, and the like in voice. The communication terminal client receives all types of messages, and messages which are broadcasted to the user by the vehicle-mounted client of the same application program are marked as operated in the communication terminal client, while messages which cannot be broadcasted by voice and are of other types such as pictures, videos, business cards, network links, red packages, account transfers and the like are not marked as operated, namely, are not operated, so that the received messages exist in a mixed mode of the operated messages and the non-operated messages according to time in the communication terminal client of the application program.
In this way, although the user can process the message by referring to the communication terminal while parking, since the operated and non-operated messages coexist by time, the user needs to process one by one, and much time and effort are wasted due to the presence of the operated message. In addition, in the case where there are many messages during driving, the user needs to process a large number of messages, it is difficult to quickly find a desired or necessary message from the large number of messages, important messages are easily missed, and it takes a lot of time.
In addition, in the case that the electronic device is a vehicle-mounted electronic device, a user can process messages by looking up the communication terminal client when, for example, a traffic light or the like, but the user needs to re-confirm and find the last viewed message position every time when the user does not operate a lot of messages and cannot finish processing at one time.
Therefore, an electronic apparatus and a control method of the electronic apparatus that can solve the above-described problems are required.

Here, the contact may be an application capable of performing audio/video communication, such as WeChat (registered trademark), QQ (registered trademark), Skype (registered trademark), and Line (registered trademark), and may be a contact related to the application. The reproduced message is a message reproduced by the reproduction unit 102 or a message operated (for example, opened, read, viewed) by another client. The non-operation message is a message in which the user does not perform any operation after receiving the message and the received state is maintained.
The description will be given taking a display example of fig. 1B as an example. In this specific example, the electronic device 100 and the smartphone both use the application a, which is the version of the application a in the electronic device 100 and the application version in the smartphone, respectively, and the application a in the electronic device 100 and the application a in the smartphone can mutually acquire information. In this display example, when the application a is applied to the electronic apparatus 100, various messages such as text, picture, video, voice, business card, web link, red packet, transfer, audio/video call, and the like are received through the communication unit 101, but the reproduction unit 102 can reproduce only text messages and voice messages included in the messages. That is, various messages are received through the communication section 101, but only text messages and voice messages can be reproduced through the reproduction section 102, while messages such as pictures, videos, business cards, network links, red packages, money transfers, audio/video calls, and the like cannot be reproduced.
As shown in fig. 1B, the left side of fig. 1B is a display screen of the electronic device 100, and the right side of fig. 1B is a display screen of the smartphone. Here, the display screen of the smartphone displays an application interface of the application program a, specifically, an interactive screen with the "contact H". In the interactive picture, from top to bottom, a network link message, a video message and a text message which are sent from the contact person H according to time are received in sequence. On the other hand, the map is displayed on the left side of fig. 1B in the display screen of the electronic device 100, and the application interface of the application program a in the electronic device 100 is displayed on the lower left side of the display screen of the smartphone. On the electronic device 100 side, in synchronization with the smartphone side, a network link message, a video message, and a text message sent from the "contact H" chronologically are sequentially received through the communication section 101, and 3 messages are displayed (as indicated by red dots), but only one text message can be reproduced by the reproduction section 102, and one network link message and one video message cannot be reproduced and become an unoperated message.
The non-operation message detection unit 103 may detect a non-operation message existing before the reproduced message by comparing a message received by the communication unit 101 and a message reproduced by the reproduction unit 102 for the same contact person, for example.
The control unit 104 is configured by, for example, a CPU, an MCU, or the like, and controls to present an unoperated message when the unoperated message detection unit 103 detects an unoperated message existing before the message has been reproduced, for example. Here, as a method of presenting the non-operation message, the presence of the non-operation message may be presented to the user by a light, a warning sound, or the like, or the non-operation message may be presented by a sound and/or a screen, as necessary.
Actions of the electronic apparatus 100
Next, an electronic device 100 according to a first embodiment of the present invention and a method of controlling an electronic device to which the electronic device is applied will be described.
Fig. 2 is an operation flowchart of a control method of the electronic device 100 according to the first embodiment of the present invention.
As shown in fig. 2, in step S200, the electronic apparatus 100 receives a message via the communication unit 101, and then proceeds to step S202. For example, it is assumed that the message received by the electronic apparatus 100 from the contact H of the certain application a through the communication unit 101 includes a picture message and a voice message "i just sent a calendar screen shot to you, you see".
In step S202, the electronic apparatus 100 reproduces the message received by the communication unit 101 by the reproduction unit 102, and then proceeds to step S204. Here, the reproduction section 102 reproduces a voice message of "i have sent a screen shot of a schedule to you just, you look down" received through the communication section 101 by playing, and a picture message becomes an unoperated message because it cannot be reproduced.
In step S204, the electronic apparatus 100 detects, by the unoperated message detection unit 103, an unoperated message existing before the message that has been reproduced with respect to the same contact, and ends the processing when the unoperated message existing before the message that has been reproduced has not been detected (no in step S204), while proceeding to step S206 when the unoperated message existing before the message that has been reproduced has been detected (yes in step S204). Here, according to the result of step S202, there is a picture message as an unoperated message before the voice message that has been reproduced for the same contact H, that is, yes in step S204, and therefore, the process proceeds to step S206.
In step S206, the electronic apparatus 100 controls the control unit 104 to present the above-described no-operation message, and then ends the processing. Here, the control unit 104 controls to display and present the picture on a display screen (not shown) of the electronic apparatus 100.
According to the electronic apparatus 100 of the present embodiment, when the unoperated message existing before the message has been reproduced is detected by the unoperated message detection unit 103, the control unit 104 performs control so as to present the unoperated message. Therefore, the message which cannot be reproduced by the electronic device 100 can be prompted to the user without the operation of the user, the situation that the message cannot be responded in time can be avoided, the user can not feel uncomfortable, the user experience of the electronic device 100 is improved, the situation that the user needs to process a large amount of messages can be avoided, the user can quickly search the expected or necessary messages from the large amount of messages, the omission of important messages is avoided, and the cost of a large amount of time is avoided.
(modification of the first embodiment)
The present modification differs from the first embodiment described above in that, in the present modification, the unoperated message detection unit 103 compares a message received by the communication unit 101 for the same contact with a message reproduced by the reproduction unit 102, and detects an unoperated message existing before the reproduced message.
Specific examples will be described below.
In this specific example, in step S200, the electronic apparatus 100 receives a piece of video from the contact H1 related to the application a1 as the contact through the communication unit 101, and then receives a piece of voice from the contact H2 related to the application a1 as the same contact (step S200).
Thereafter, in step 202, the electronic apparatus 100 reproduces the message received through the communication unit 101 by the reproduction unit 102, where the reproduction unit 102 reproduces one piece of voice received from the contact H2 and one piece of video received from the contact H1 cannot be reproduced.
Then, in step S204, the electronic apparatus 100 compares the message received by the communication unit 101 for the application a1 of the same contact party (here, the message received from the contact person H1 related to the application a1 as the contact party and the message received from the contact person H2 related to the application a1 as the same contact party) with the message reproduced by the reproduction unit 102 (the message received from the contact person H2 related to the application a1 as the same contact party) to detect an inoperable message existing before the message has been reproduced, and detects a piece of video received from the contact person H1 (yes in step S204), and proceeds to step S206.
Then, in step S206, the electronic apparatus 100 controls the control unit 104 to present the above-described non-operation message, and then ends the processing. Here, the control unit 104 controls to give a prompt such as "one video is received from the contact H1 related to the application a 1" by voice.
According to the present modification, the technical effect of the first embodiment is provided, and the non-operation message detection unit 103 compares the message received by the communication unit 101 and the message reproduced by the reproduction unit 102 with respect to the same contact person to detect the non-operation message existing before the reproduced message, and when the non-operation message existing before the reproduced message is detected, the control unit controls to present the non-operation message. This prevents the user from being notified of the receipt of a message such as a video from the contact H1 related to the application a1 as the contact, because the message cannot be reproduced. The method can prompt the user of the condition that the message is not operated without the operation of the user, avoid the user from missing important messages, avoid the user from generating uncomfortable feeling and improve the user experience of the electronic equipment.
(second embodiment)
Next, the electronic device 100A according to the second embodiment and a method of controlling an electronic device to which the electronic device is applied will be described.
In the first embodiment, the electronic device 100 is configured such that messages of types other than characters and voices can be received by the communication unit 101 but cannot be reproduced by the reproduction unit 102, whereas in the present embodiment, the electronic device 100A is configured such that messages of types other than characters and voices cannot be received by the communication unit 101 and cannot be reproduced by the reproduction unit 102.
Respective electronic device 100A
Fig. 3 is a schematic diagram of the configuration of an electronic apparatus 100A according to the second embodiment of the present invention. In fig. 3, the same components as those in fig. 1, which is a schematic diagram of the configuration of the electronic apparatus 100 according to the first embodiment, are denoted by the same reference numerals, and description thereof is omitted.
The electronic apparatus 100A of the second embodiment is different from the electronic apparatus 100 of the first embodiment in that the electronic apparatus 100A of the second embodiment includes a connection unit 105.
The connection portion 105 is, for example, a wired (for example, USB (registered trademark)) or wireless (for example, bluetooth (registered trademark)) communication interface or module, and the electronic apparatus 100A is connected to a communication terminal (not shown) through the connection portion 105 so as to be able to receive information from a contact party among the communication terminals. Here, the communication terminal may be, for example, one or more of a mobile phone, a smart phone, and a tablet computer.
In the present embodiment, the non-operation message detection unit 103 compares the message received by the communication unit 101 for the same contact with the information received by the communication terminal, and detects a non-operation message existing before the reproduced message.
Actions of the electronic device 100A
Fig. 4 is an operation flowchart of a control method of the electronic apparatus 100A according to the second embodiment of the present invention.
As shown in fig. 4, in step S400, the electronic apparatus 100A receives a message via the communication unit 101, and then proceeds to step S402. For example, here, the electronic apparatus 100A receives a voice message "i have sent the schedule screen shot to you, you have seen" from the contact HH of the application AA through the communication section 101.
In step S402, the electronic device 100A reproduces the message received by the communication unit 101 by the reproduction unit 102, and then proceeds to step S404. Here, the reproduction section 102 reproduces the voice message received through the communication section 101 as "i have sent the schedule screenshot to you, you looked down" by playing.
In step S404, the electronic apparatus 100A receives information from the contact person in the communication terminal through the connection section 105, and then proceeds to step S406. Here, the information that the electronic apparatus 100A receives from the contact HH in the communication terminal to which the electronic apparatus 100A is connected through the connection section 105 includes a picture message and a voice message of "i just sent a screen shot of a schedule to you, you see".
In step S406, the electronic device 100A detects, by the unoperated message detection unit 103, an unoperated message existing before the message that has been reproduced with respect to the same contact, and ends the processing when the unoperated message existing before the message that has been reproduced has not been detected (no in step S406), while proceeding to step S408 when the unoperated message existing before the message that has been reproduced has been detected (yes in step S406). Here, according to the results of steps 400, S404, the unoperated message detection section 103 compares the message received by the communication section 101 for the same contact, i.e., the contact HH (i.e., the voice message of "i just sent the schedule screen shot to you, you looked down") with the information received by the communication terminal (i.e., one picture message and the voice message of "i just sent the schedule screen shot to you, you looked down"), and detects that there is one picture message as an unoperated message before the message has been reproduced, that is, yes in step S406, and thus proceeds to step S408.
In step S408, the electronic apparatus 100A controls the control unit 104 to present the above-described non-operation message, and then ends the processing. Here, the control unit 104 controls to display and present the picture on the electronic device.
The electronic device 100A according to the present embodiment has the technical effects of the first embodiment, and further includes a connection unit 105, and the electronic device 100A is connected to a communication terminal via the connection unit 105 so as to be able to receive information from a contact party among the communication terminals, and detects an unoperated message existing before a message has been reproduced by comparing a message received by the communication unit 101 for the same contact party with information received by the communication terminal via the unoperated message detection unit 103, and controls the control unit 104 to present the unoperated message when detecting an unoperated message existing before a message has been reproduced. Thus, even when the electronic device 100A cannot receive a message of a type other than text and voice through the communication unit 101 and cannot reproduce the message through the reproduction unit 102, the user can be presented with a message that the electronic device 100A cannot reproduce without any operation by the user, and it is possible to avoid that the user cannot respond to the message in time and miss an important message, and to avoid that the user feels a sense of incongruity, thereby improving the user experience of the electronic device.
(modification of the second embodiment)
As shown in fig. 4, the method of controlling an electronic device according to this modification differs from that of the second embodiment only in step S406, and in this modification, the unoperated message detection unit 103 compares a message reproduced by the reproduction unit 102 for the same contact with a message received by the communication terminal, and detects an unoperated message existing before the message has been reproduced. Therefore, a detailed description is omitted here.
In the present modification, the technical effects of the first and second embodiments are described in detail, and the inoperable message detection unit 103 detects an inoperable message existing before a message that has been played back by the playback unit 102 for the same contact party by comparing the message with a message received by the communication terminal, so that the technical effects of the first and second embodiments can be obtained regardless of whether or not the electronic device can receive messages of types other than text and voice.
(third embodiment)
Next, an electronic device 100B according to a third embodiment of the present invention and a method of controlling an electronic device to which the electronic device is applied will be described.
In the present embodiment, the electronic apparatus 100B is used in a mobile object. Here, the moving body is, for example, various vehicles such as an automobile, a motorcycle, and a bicycle. The electronic apparatus 100B is used in a mobile body, and includes, for example, a case where the electronic apparatus 100B is an electronic apparatus built in a mobile body, and a case where the electronic apparatus 100B is carried in a mobile body.
Respective electronic device 100B
Fig. 5 is a schematic diagram of the configuration of an electronic apparatus 100B according to the third embodiment of the present invention. In fig. 5, the same components as those in fig. 1, which is a schematic diagram of the configuration of the electronic apparatus 100 according to the first embodiment, are denoted by the same reference numerals, and description thereof is omitted.
The electronic apparatus 100B according to the third embodiment is different from the electronic apparatus 100 according to the first embodiment in that the electronic apparatus 100B according to the third embodiment includes a moving object state detection unit 106.
The moving object state detection unit 106 may be, for example, a speed/acceleration sensor or the like, and detects the speed/acceleration of the moving object to detect whether or not the moving object state is in the stopped state.
In the present embodiment, when the moving object state detection unit 106 detects that the moving object state is in the stopped state, the control unit 104 performs control to present the non-operation message.
