Detailed Description
Exemplary embodiments of the present invention are described below with reference to the accompanying drawings, in which various details of embodiments of the invention are included to assist understanding, and which are to be considered as merely exemplary. Accordingly, those of ordinary skill in the art will recognize that various changes and modifications of the embodiments described herein can be made without departing from the scope and spirit of the invention. Also, descriptions of well-known functions and constructions are omitted in the following description for clarity and conciseness.
It should be noted that the embodiments of the present invention and the technical features of the embodiments may be combined with each other without conflict.
Fig. 1 is a schematic diagram of main steps of an information pushing method according to an embodiment of the present invention.
As shown in fig. 1, an information push method according to an embodiment of the present invention mainly includes the following steps:
step S101: vehicle state information is collected.
The vehicle state information indicates an operating state and/or a vehicle mileage of one or more functional components in the vehicle, for example, if the functional components of the vehicle are tires, oil tanks, and the like, the vehicle state information may be tire pressure, oil pressure, and the like, and the vehicle state information may indicate specific operating parameters of each functional component, such as specific numerical values of the tire pressure and the oil pressure, and may also indicate whether the operating state of each functional component is normal, and in addition, the vehicle state information may indicate the vehicle mileage. The information pushing device executing the information pushing method provided by the embodiment of the invention can be a vehicle-mounted terminal, and can also be a mobile terminal connected with a vehicle, such as a mobile phone terminal. When the information pushing device is a vehicle-mounted terminal, the vehicle-mounted terminal CAN acquire the operating parameters of all functional components through the broadcasting of the CAN bus in the vehicle so as to acquire the vehicle state information. When the information pushing device is a mobile terminal, the mobile terminal can establish communication connection with the vehicle through a near field communication mode such as Bluetooth or a USB connection mode, and vehicle state information is collected according to the established communication connection.
After the vehicle state information is collected, determining the service required by the vehicle according to the running state of one or more functional components in the vehicle and/or the vehicle driving mileage indicated by the vehicle state information; then determining a service site comprising services required by the vehicle, and collecting the geographic position information of the vehicle; information of the service site, which is less than a threshold value from the position of the vehicle, may then be determined as the service information according to the geographical position information of the vehicle.
Step S102: and determining service information required by the vehicle according to the vehicle state information.
Step S103: and pushing the service information.
When the geographical position information of the vehicle is collected, different modes can be adopted according to the network communication state of the information pushing device. For example, when the information pushing device is a vehicle-mounted terminal in a non-network communication state, the geographic position information of the vehicle can be determined according to the positioning information collected by the positioning equipment in the vehicle and a preset map. Specifically, the vehicle-mounted terminal may obtain, according to an in-vehicle CAN bus, positioning information acquired by a positioning device (such as a GPS device) in the vehicle, where the positioning information may be longitude and latitude corresponding to the vehicle, and then the vehicle-mounted terminal may determine geographic position information of the vehicle according to a preset map.
In addition, when the positioning device is not arranged in the vehicle, the geographical position information of the vehicle can be collected through the following modes: acquiring network information of other vehicles except the vehicle, wherein the network information indicates at least one of the position, the driving direction and the driving speed of the corresponding other vehicle; and determining the distance between the other vehicles and the vehicle according to the network information, and determining the geographical position information of the vehicle according to the distance.
For example, in an on-board mobile network, a plurality of vehicles can communicate with different vehicles based on an Ad Hoc network, which can carry various data such as road, traffic, and vehicle positioning information. When the positioning device does not exist in the vehicle, the vehicle-mounted terminal CAN acquire Ad Hoc network information returned by other vehicles in the Ad Hoc network from information broadcasted by the CAN bus in the vehicle, wherein the Ad Hoc network information comprises at least one of the position, the driving direction and the driving speed of the vehicle corresponding to the Ad Hoc network information. It can be understood that the vehicle-mounted terminal in the vehicle (hereinafter referred to as the current vehicle) in which the positioning device does not exist may periodically acquire the Ad Hoc network information of the other vehicles except for the vehicle in the Ad Hoc network, then may calculate the communication transmission distance between the current vehicle and the other vehicle transmitting the Ad Hoc network information based on the Nakagami-m channel fading model according to the signal strength of the acquired network information, then calculate the actual distance between the current vehicle and the other vehicle transmitting the Ad Hoc network information in combination with the communication transmission distance and the position, the traveling direction, and the traveling speed of the other vehicle transmitting the Ad Hoc network information, and then determine the position of the current vehicle according to the actual distance, that is, determine the geographic position information of the vehicle in which the vehicle-mounted terminal is located. In a preferred embodiment of the present invention, Ad Hoc network information of 3 other vehicles can be acquired, and geographic position information of the current vehicle is determined by a three-point positioning method based on actual distances between the current vehicle and the 3 other vehicles, so as to improve accuracy of positioning the current vehicle.
It can be understood that, when the information pushing device is in a state of having network communication (such as a mobile network or a wireless network), the information pushing device may also collect the geographic position information of the vehicle in the above manner, and may also determine the geographic position information of the vehicle according to the positioning information obtained by the network communication. For example, when the information pushing device is a mobile phone terminal, the geographic position information of the vehicle can be determined according to the positioning information of the mobile phone terminal connected to the network.
It will be appreciated that the services required of the vehicle include items required by the vehicle (e.g., functional components or consumables, etc.) and operations associated with servicing or replacing functional components, etc. of the vehicle. When the information pushing device is in the network communication-free state, the information pushing device can analyze the service required by the vehicle according to the running state of one or more functional components in the vehicle and/or the driving mileage of the vehicle, which are indicated by the vehicle state information. For example, when the oil pressure in the vehicle state information is low, it may be determined that the vehicle needs to be refueled, i.e., the article required by the vehicle is oil; or when the tire pressure in the vehicle state information is lower, determining that the vehicle needs tire repair or tire change, and determining that the article required by the vehicle is a tire or the service required by the vehicle is tire change; for another example, when the vehicle mileage indicated by the vehicle state information exceeds the mileage threshold, the service required by the vehicle may be analyzed as a service for inspection.
When the information pushing device is in a network communication state, the information pushing device can analyze services required by the vehicle according to the vehicle state information as in a non-network communication state, and can also send the vehicle state information to a service end corresponding to the information pushing device through network communication, so that the service end analyzes the services required by the vehicle according to the running state of one or more functional components in the vehicle and/or the driving mileage of the vehicle indicated by the vehicle state information and attribute information (such as brand, model and the like) of the vehicle, and sends the analyzed services required by the vehicle to the information pushing device, so that the information pushing device obtains the services required by the vehicle. That is, the information pushing device may determine the service required by the vehicle according to the vehicle state information, or may receive the service required by the vehicle from the service terminal.
When the information pushing device is in a non-network communication state, the pushed service information can be determined according to a map preset in the information pushing device, wherein the map comprises positioning information of at least one service site and service information corresponding to the service site. Specifically, the distance between at least one service site and the vehicle is determined according to the positioning information of the at least one service site in the map and the geographic position information of the vehicle, and the service information of the service site, which is less than a threshold value from the position of the vehicle, is determined according to the distance and the service information corresponding to the store.
The service site may be a fixed site, such as a store including services required for the vehicle, and a mobile site, such as a tender car including services required for the vehicle. The map can identify a plurality of service sites, real-time longitude and latitude of each service site and service information corresponding to each service site, wherein the service information comprises articles available by the service sites and operations available by the service sites, such as accessory replacement operation or overhaul operation. That is, the map records the corresponding relationship between a plurality of service sites and different longitude and latitude and service information.
When the service information required by the vehicle is determined, the service site including the service required by the vehicle can be determined according to the service information corresponding to each service site recorded in the map. Then, according to the longitude and latitude of the vehicle and the longitude and latitude of each service site in the map, the distance between each service site and the position of the vehicle is determined, then the service site with the distance from the vehicle being smaller than a threshold value is determined, the information of the service site corresponding to the service information required by the vehicle is determined, and the determined information of the service site is pushed.
Of course, when the service information required by the vehicle is determined, the distance between each service site and the position where the vehicle is located can be determined according to the longitude and latitude of the vehicle and the longitude and latitude of each service site in the map, so as to determine the service site with the distance from the vehicle being less than the threshold value. And then determining service sites including services required by the vehicle according to the service information corresponding to each service site recorded in the map in the service sites with the distance from the vehicle being less than the threshold value, and pushing the information of the determined service sites as the service information required by the vehicle.
According to the embodiment, when the service information required by the vehicle is determined, the step of determining the service station according to the distance and the step of determining the service station according to the service information are not separated. In addition, it can be understood that the pushed service information (information of the service site) indicates both the service information corresponding to the corresponding service site and the positioning information of the service site.
Therefore, as shown in fig. 2, when the information pushing apparatus is an in-vehicle terminal in a no-network communication state, the information pushing method provided by the embodiment of the present invention may include the following steps S201 to S205:
step S201: vehicle state information is collected.
Step S202: and determining the geographical position information of the vehicle according to the positioning information acquired by the positioning equipment in the vehicle and a preset map.
Step S203: and determining the distance between at least one service site and the vehicle according to the positioning information of the at least one service site in the map and the geographical position information of the vehicle.
Step S204: and determining a service station which comprises the service required by the vehicle and has a position less than a threshold value away from the vehicle according to the distance and the service information corresponding to the service station.
Step S205: and pushing the information of the service site as service information required by the vehicle.
For more accurate information pushing, the service information required by the vehicle can be further determined according to the number of services required by the vehicle, and specifically, the number of services required by the vehicle can be determined according to the vehicle state information; and recommending the service sites with the inventory number not less than the number of services required by the vehicle and the distance from the position of the vehicle less than a threshold value.
When the information pushing device is in a non-network communication state, the service information corresponding to the service site in the map can be updated by regularly updating the preset map, for example, a user can update the preset map through a vehicle 4S shop every month or every quarter to update the service information corresponding to the service site, so that the number of services included in the service site is updated.
It will be appreciated that the inventory amount serviced at the service site may be the number of items at the service site that are in a vendable or invokable state (e.g., invokable from other service sites) or the number of people or devices in a serviceable state (e.g., idle). According to the number of the services required by the vehicle, the service sites with the inventory number not less than the number of the services required by the vehicle and the distance from the position of the vehicle to the position of the vehicle less than the threshold value are pushed, so that a user can conveniently select the service sites with the sufficient inventory number from the pushed service information, and the user experience is improved.
After the information pushing device obtains the information of the service stations of which the inventory number is not less than the number of services required by the vehicle and the distance from the vehicle to the position is less than the threshold value, the information of the service stations can be pushed in various ways. For example, the information pushing device can play the positioning information of the service site in a voice form, and broadcast other information such as the price of the service in the service site according to the service required by the vehicle. Or, the information pushing device may display the location information of the service site and the service information that can be provided by the location information in a page display mode.
When the information pushing device pushes the service information, the service information required by the vehicle can be prioritized according to the information of different service sites, and the service information required by the vehicle can be pushed according to the ranking result. For example, the service sites that are closer to the vehicle and include the service required by the vehicle may be ranked first, and the service sites that are farther from the vehicle and include the service required by the vehicle may be ranked later, that is, the service sites that include the service required by the vehicle may be ranked in order according to their distance from the vehicle, and the closest service site may be ranked first, so that the user may select the service site closest to the vehicle from the pushed service information.
Of course, the information of the service sites including the services required by the vehicle may be sorted in other manners, for example, the information of the pushed service sites may be sorted according to the price of the services provided by the service sites, and the lowest price of the same service is ranked at the top, so that the user can select the most beneficial service from the pushed service information.
Or, the pushed service information may be sorted according to the vehicle state information, for example, it is determined that the vehicle needs to be refueled and overhauled according to the vehicle state information, the service site a may provide the oil, and the service site B may provide the overhaul service, and the pushed service site information may be sorted according to the urgency of the service required by the vehicle. It is generally believed that the urgency for timely replenishment of consumables is higher than for routine maintenance, so service site a information can be ranked ahead of service site B. The emergency degree corresponding to the plurality of service branches required by the vehicle can be configured in advance, or can be determined according to the vehicle state information after the vehicle state information is determined.
It is understood that the pushed service information may be sorted in a plurality of manners, for example, the pushed service information may be sorted by combining a price and a distance, and specifically, the price and the distance may be assigned with corresponding weights in advance, and then the service information may be sorted according to the weights and the specific distances and prices. In addition, the pushed service information can be sequenced according to a user-defined mode.
When the information pushing device is in a network communication-free state, a user can plan a service site corresponding to the service information by himself according to the pushed service information and by combining with actual requirements. When the information pushing device is in a network communication state, a user can select service information through the information pushing device based on network communication so as to select a corresponding service site and services in the service site, when the information pushing device receives the selection of the recommended service information from the user, the information pushing device can inform the service site corresponding to the service information selected by the user, and the inventory number of the service site corresponding to the service information selected by the user is updated according to the number of the services selected by the user.
The service of the service site corresponding to the service information selected by the user can be the order or order of the user for the article and/or corresponding operation, and the information pushing device can inform the service site selected by the user in advance based on network communication and according to the order or order behavior of the user, so that the service site selected by the user is prepared in advance, and when the user reaches the corresponding service site, the service site can provide the corresponding service for the user immediately, thereby reducing the waiting time of the user and improving the user experience. In addition, the information pushing device can also update the inventory quantity of the service site selected by the user according to the selection of the service by the user, namely, the inventory quantity of the selected service site is decreased according to the quantity of the service selected by the user.
Therefore, when the information pushing apparatus is in a state with network communication, for example, when the information pushing apparatus is a mobile terminal with network communication, as shown in fig. 3, the information pushing method provided by the embodiment of the present invention may include the following steps:
step S301: vehicle state information and geographic location information of the vehicle are collected.
Step S302: and determining the required service of the vehicle and the required service quantity according to the running state of one or more functional components in the vehicle and/or the vehicle driving range indicated by the vehicle state information.
Step S303: and acquiring information of service stations of which the stock quantity is not less than the quantity of services required by the vehicle and the distance from the position of the vehicle to the service stations is less than a threshold value according to the geographical position information of the vehicle.
Step S304: and when the selection of the recommended service information by the user is received, notifying the service site corresponding to the service information selected by the user.
Step S305: and updating the inventory quantity of the service sites corresponding to the service information selected by the user according to the quantity of the service selected by the user.
The step S304 and the step S305 are not executed sequentially, that is, the step S304 may be executed first, and then the step S305 is executed, or the step S305 may be executed first, and then the step S304 is executed.
According to the shop recommending method, the service information required by the vehicle can be recommended according to the vehicle state information, so that the user can conveniently acquire the service site information related to the vehicle state, the vehicle-mounted terminal can be better adapted to the use scene in the vehicle, and the experience of the user in using the vehicle-mounted terminal is improved.
