Abstract
本发明涉及一种高寒地区变电站重要参数识别预警系统,包括硬件和软件两大部分,硬件部分包括DM‑60红外热成像设备、无线数据传输设备、移动智能机器人,软件部分包括系统总框图和各模块的功能设计、各模块的流程图。本发明专利在传统的变电站采用便携式红外测温仪以人工巡检方式的基础上,升级为采用红外智能测温预警系统,可以实时自动巡检运行设备的温度情况并按预先设定的预警值发出报警信号,从而使运行人员能及时采取相应的措施,用减少负荷或改变系统运行方式等手段,确保设备运行的安全,提高对突发性事故的预警能力,并节约大量的人力物力及检修费用。本发明具有结构简单,实用性强,安全稳定等优点。
Description
技术领域
本发明专利提供一种变电站红外预警系统。
背景技术
应用新技术对变电设备进行监测和试验,准确掌握设备的状态。及时发现运行设备的缺陷故障,是电力行业变电设备管理维护开展状态检修工作,急需解决的难题。但据调查统计,现有的在线监测系统性能均不够稳定,测试效果不理想,究其原因主要在于检测手段不够成熟以及诊断软件上。基于这些情况,我们在系统设计中拟采用目前技术比较成熟并已在电力行业广泛使用的红外诊断技术,即利用红外探测器接受被测目标的红外辐射信号,经放大处理,获得红外热图。当变电设备引线接触不良、线圈导体接头虚焊、过负荷运行时都会引起导电回路局部过热,铁心多点接地也会引起铁心过热。无数实践证明,红外传感器对监测套管内部接触不良、漏油等引起的过热和局部过热,套管的缺油、低压引线故障等均有很好的应用效果。并配合专家诊断系统,以确保系统稳定、诊断准确。
发明内容
本发明专利想要解决变电站中电力设备的热效应引起的多种故障和异常现象,采用一种变电站红外预警系统,可以实时自动巡检运行设备的温度情况并按预先设定的预警值发出报警信号,从而使运行人员能及时采取相应的措施,用减少负荷或改变系统运行方式等手段,确保设备运行的安全。
为了达到以上目的,本发明专利所采用的技术方案是:包括硬件和软件两大部分,硬件部分包括DM-60红外热成像设备、无线数据传输设备、移动智能机器人,软件部分包括系统总框图和各模块的功能设计、各模块的流程图。
DM-63红外热像仪通过网络线和视频线和监视中心连接,热像仪监视的图像数据以标准PAL制式传输到监视中心电脑。
测温命令和测温数据通过网线发送到DM-63红外热像仪,并接收显示DM-63的温度数据。监视中心电脑通过网络线获得DM-63采集的数据可用于处理分析原始图像数据,存储在系统中。
云台控制命令发给解码板。
工作人员可以对智能机器人和云台设置预先选好的观察位置,方便系统自动或人工进行电力设备的工作状态监视。
工作人员对每个预置位可以设置多个测温目标,采用如区域最高温度,区域平均温度,区域最低温度,点温度等多种方式获得电力设备的工作状态。系统允许设置多种报警状态,如超温报警,温差报警的方式,可以对每个预置位的每个测温目标设置合适的报警参数。
系统可以根据自动巡检形成的温度数据和红外热像自动生成每个测温目标的工作温度趋势分析曲线。
DM-63红外热像仪采集的每幅红外热像都可以进行处理分析,并可生成分析报告。
在系统的自动巡检过程中,如果发现某个测温目标的温度符合预先设置的告警条件,系统自动发报警,同时采集报警热像。
工作人员能够手动调节DM-63红外热像仪的电动镜头以获取高清红外热像。

Claims (3)
1.一种变电站红外预警系统,其特征在于,包括DM-60红外热成像设备、无线数据传输设备、移动智能机器人和各模块的流程图。所述的DM-60红外热成像设备通过网络线和视频线和监视中心连接,热像仪监视的图像数据以标准PAL制式传输到监视中心电脑。所述的无线数据传输设备通过网络线发送到DM-63红外热像仪,并接收显示DM-63的温度数据。所述的移动智能机器人可以装配DM-60红外热成像设备并在操作人员预先规定的范围内自动巡察并实时报告。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种变电站红外预警系统,其特征还在于:自动巡检:系统具备预置行程,最大利用机器智能方式运作,无需看管而自动巡测;自动预警:发现目标设备温度异常自动报警,提示人员具体位置状况信息,以便马上排除故障。实现对变电站区域内场景情况的远程监视。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种变电站红外预警系统,其特征在于:监视变电站内变压器、断路器等重要运行设备的外观状态、工作状态、温度场分布情况;辅助监视变电站内CT、PT、避雷器和瓷绝缘子等高压设备的外观状态、工作状态、温度场分布情况;辅助监视变电站内其他充油设备、易燃设备的外观状态、工作状态、温度场分布情况;辅助监视变电站内隔离开关的分合状态;实现对变电站区域内场景情况的远程电力红外视频监控。
