The buckle 8 used for being matched and clamped and locked with the free end of the sealing cover 7 is arranged on the first clamping part 31 or the second clamping part 32 or the blocking part 33, the through hole 6 can be locked by the sealing cover 7 after the buckle 8 is clamped and connected with the free end of the sealing cover 7, the through hole 6 of the sealing cover 7 is in a blocking state, a closed cavity can be formed inside the cover body 3, and therefore the impact force cannot be diffused to the outside of the cover body 3 after the cable joint 5 is ignited and exploded, and the accident expansion is prevented. The invention not only plays a role in heat dissipation of the cable joint 5, but also prevents impact force from being diffused to the outside after the cable joint 5 is ignited and exploded, controls the impact force of explosion in the shell, and prevents high-temperature explosive fragments from being thrown to other surrounding equipment to influence the normal use of other equipment.
In some embodiments, referring to fig. 1 to 6, the hoop 11 includes an upper housing 111, a lower housing 112 and a plurality of locking members 113, the upper housing 111 is in a semicircular structure and covers one side of the power cable 4; the lower shell 112 is in a semicircular structure, covers and buckles the other side of the power cable 4, is matched with the upper shell 111, covers and buckles to form a circular cavity, and wraps the power cable 4; a plurality of locking members 113 are disposed through the upper casing 111 and the lower casing 112 for connecting and locking the upper casing 111 and the lower casing 112, and the connection beam 15 is disposed on the upper casing 111 or the lower casing 112.
Specifically, be equipped with a plurality of barb structures on the arc inner wall of last casing 111 and lower casing 112, barb structure and the outer surface contact of electric power cable 4 can increase frictional force, prevents that electric power cable 4 from slipping in the staple bolt 11.
In some embodiments, referring to fig. 1 to 6, each of the upper housing 111 and the lower housing 112 includes a plurality of hinge plates 1111, a plurality of grooves 1112, and a flame retardant material 1113, the hinge plates 1111 are all arc-shaped and are hinged end to end in sequence to form a semicircular structure, and the locking member 113 is disposed on the hinge plate 1111 at the end portion; the grooves 1112 are correspondingly arranged on the inner side surfaces of the hinge plates 1111 one by one; a flame retardant material 1113 is filled in the plurality of grooves 1112 for preventing the power cable 4 from being ignited.
Specifically, the flame retardant material 1113 can be made of materials in the prior art, so that the flame retardant material can play a role in fire retardation and combustion, and the flame retardant material 1113 can timely play a role in flame retardation to extinguish flame. The number of the grooves 1112 is the same as the number of the hinge plates 1111, or twice or three times the number of the hinge plates 1111, that is, two or three grooves 1112 are provided in one hinge plate 1111.
In some embodiments, referring to fig. 1 to 6, the cable connector 5 is further provided with an anchor ear 11, the anchor ear 11 is wrapped on the outer circumference of the cable connector 5, the flame retardant material 1113 in the anchor ear 11 is used for preventing the cable connector 5 from igniting and burning, and the hinged portion of the hinge plates 1111 on the anchor ear 11 is used for dissipating heat of the cable connector 5.
In some embodiments, referring to fig. 1 to 6, a plurality of bag-shaped bags 9 are fixed on the inner wall of the cover 3, the bag-shaped bags 9 are filled with fire extinguishing materials, the power cable 4 or the cable connector 5 ignites the bag-shaped bags 9 after being ignited, and the fire extinguishing materials are dispersed after the bag-shaped bags 9 are broken and are used for preventing the fire from burning.
In particular, the fire extinguishing material can be a fireproof material, and can extinguish a fire source when in fire or flame, so that the fire is prevented from burning and loss is reduced.
In some embodiments, referring to fig. 1 to 6, a thermochromic coating is disposed on an outer wall of the cover 3, and the thermochromic coating is used to change a color when a temperature of the cover 3 rises to indicate that the power cable 4 or the cable connector 5 is in an abnormal state. So that the staff can be reminded in time to take measures in time.
The thermochromic coating is a coating used in the prior art, and can display different colors according to the temperature so as to be convenient for workers to distinguish and treat differently.

Claims (9)

the two ends of the locking mechanisms are respectively in threaded connection with the two fixing mechanisms, the locking mechanisms are used for adjusting the distance between the two fixing mechanisms so as to lock the connection distance of the two power cables, the locking mechanisms are arranged at intervals around the power cables or cable joints in the circumferential direction, and gaps formed among the locking mechanisms are used for heat dissipation of the cable joints; and
the locking mechanism comprises a plurality of locking mechanisms, a plurality of cover bodies and a plurality of locking mechanisms, wherein the plurality of cover bodies are arranged along the outer circumference of a power cable or a cable joint, the plurality of cover bodies are encircled into a ring shape and are buckled outside a plurality of groups of locking mechanisms, the cover bodies are of a long strip-shaped structure, one end of each cover body is clamped on the outer side edge of one group of fixing mechanisms, the other end of each cover body is clamped on the outer side edge of the other group of fixing mechanisms, and the cover bodies are provided with a plurality of through holes for heat dissipation;
the cover body includes:
the outer end of the first clamping part is clamped on the outer side edge of the fixing mechanism;
the outer end of the second clamping part is clamped to the outer side edge of the other group of fixing mechanisms; and
one end of the blocking portion is elastically connected with the inner end of the first clamping portion through a plurality of elastic components, the other end of the blocking portion is elastically connected with the inner end of the second clamping portion through a plurality of elastic components, the elastic components are arranged at intervals, the through holes are formed by surrounding gaps among the elastic components, and the length of the cover body is adjusted by means of elastic expansion and contraction of the elastic components.
2. The power cable butt joint protection device of claim 1 wherein said securing mechanism comprises:
the two groups of hoops are tightly held on the electric cable, and are fixedly connected into a whole through a connecting beam;
the sliding rail is arranged on the outer side of the connecting beam along the length direction of the power cable;
the sliding block is connected to the sliding rail in a sliding mode, a jackscrew penetrates through the sliding block, and the jackscrew is used for locking the sliding block to the sliding rail; and
the sleeve is internally provided with internal threads, is fixedly arranged at the upper end of the sliding block and is in a horizontal shape in the axial direction, the end part of the locking mechanism is in threaded connection with the sleeve, and the distance between the two groups of fixing mechanisms is adjusted by means of the threaded connection between the locking mechanism and the sleeve and the sliding of the sliding block on the sliding rail.
3. The power cable butt joint protection device of claim 2 wherein said latch mechanism comprises:
the two threaded rods are respectively in threaded connection with the sleeves of the two groups of fixing mechanisms;
one end of each connecting rod is provided with a blind hole and is spliced with the end part of the threaded rod, the other end of each connecting rod is a free end and is provided with an external thread, the external thread turning directions of the two connecting rods are opposite, and the external thread turning directions of the connecting rods are the same as the thread turning directions of the threaded rod; and
and the screwing sleeve is a cylindrical component with two through ends, the inner part of the screwing sleeve is provided with inner threads with opposite screwing directions along the left half part and the right half part of the screwing sleeve respectively, the inner threads of the left half part and the right half part are in threaded connection with the outer threads of the connecting rods respectively, the screwing sleeve is used for adjusting the distance between the two connecting rods, the distance between the two fixing mechanisms is adjusted by means of the threaded rod and the threaded connection between the sleeves, the through hole on the cover body is aligned with the screwing end of the screwing sleeve, and the screwing sleeve can be screwed through the through hole.

The power cable butt joint protection device according to claim 1 wherein said elastic member comprises a plurality of sets of spring members, one end of said elastic member is fixedly connected to an inner end of said first clamping portion, the other end of said elastic member is fixedly connected to one end of said blocking portion, said elastic member is used for tensioning said first clamping portion and said blocking portion to approach to the middle of the two, and said through hole is further formed in said blocking portion;
the upper end of the blocking part is hinged with a sealing cover for sealing the through holes, the through holes are sealed by the sealing covers, the cover body is internally provided with a sealed cavity and is used for blocking impact force generated after the cable joint is ignited and exploded from diffusing to the outside of the cover body.
5. The power cable butt joint protection device of claim 2 wherein said hoop comprises:
the upper shell is of a semicircular structure and covers and buckles one side of the power cable;
the lower shell is of a semicircular structure, covers and buckles the other side of the power cable, is matched with the upper shell to form a circular cavity and wraps the power cable; and
a plurality of retaining members wear to establish go up the casing with on the casing down, be used for connecting the locking go up the casing with casing down, the tie-beam is located go up the casing or on the casing down.
6. The power cable butt joint protection device of claim 5 wherein said upper housing and said lower housing each comprise:
the plurality of hinged plates are all arc-shaped and are sequentially hinged end to form a semicircular structure, and the locking piece penetrates through the hinged plates at the end parts;
the grooves are correspondingly arranged on the inner side surfaces of the hinge plates one by one; and
and the flame-retardant material is filled in the grooves and used for preventing the power cable from igniting and burning.

The electric power cable butt joint protection device as claimed in claim 2, wherein the cable joint is further provided with the anchor ear, the anchor ear is wrapped around the outer circumference of the cable joint, the flame retardant material in the anchor ear is used to prevent the cable joint from burning, and the hinge joint of two adjacent hinge plates on the anchor ear has a gap for dissipating heat from the cable joint.
8. The power cable butt joint protection apparatus as claimed in claim 1 wherein a plurality of bladder-like bags are fixed on the inner wall of the housing, the bladder-like bags are filled with fire extinguishing material, the bladder-like bags are ignited after the power cable or cable butt joint is ignited, and the fire extinguishing material is dispersed and used for preventing fire from burning after the bladder-like bags are broken.
9. The power cable joint protector of claim 1 wherein a thermochromic coating is provided on the outer wall of the cover for changing color when the cover temperature rises to indicate an abnormal condition of the power cable or cable joint.
