Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of health management systems, in particular to a chronic non-infectious disease prevention service management system.
Background
Chronic non-infectious diseases such as cancer, cardiovascular diseases, diabetes and the like become the leading causes of death of people in China, and account for more than 70 percent of the total disease burden. The worldwide spread of new coronavirus epidemics in 2020, as late as 21/3/2021, has led to over 2500 million confirmed cases and the loss of over 270 million people. The vast majority of severe patients and deaths have a history of chronic non-infectious disease. Therefore, the strengthening of the first-level prevention of the chronic non-infectious diseases has important significance for the construction of public health in China, the burden of the diseases of the crowd can be reduced, the expected life can be prolonged, the life quality can be improved, the resistance of the crowd to the sudden infectious diseases can be improved, and the most effective use of medical resources can be guaranteed.
However, how to effectively prevent chronic non-infectious diseases while achieving the great goal of whole population life-cycle health management is a great challenge we are currently facing. Although scientific research suggests that about 50% of cancers and 80% of cardiovascular diseases can be prevented by changing lifestyle and reducing exposure to environmental pollutants, the current cancer and other chronic disease prevention and control strategies remain at the population level due to incomplete knowledge of the relationship between complex human exposure and chronic diseases and the lack of tools for assessing the risk of different chronic diseases in individuals, and individualized and precise prevention is difficult to implement.
In the aspect of collecting and analyzing health-related risk factors and health monitoring, the APP is tracked to various existing sports and diets, software and hardware such as a heart rate measuring bracelet and intelligent tracking equipment are adopted, the collected data type is single, and no disease-related environmental risk factors such as occupational exposure, air pollution and living environment exist. Therefore, no tool for effectively collecting and analyzing the exposure factors of the chronic non-infectious diseases exists at present. Moreover, the related health data lack system integration, are difficult to be used for individualized chronic disease risk assessment, and further provide an effective individualized health intervention scheme to guide health management.
The comprehensive promotion healthy Chinese construction and the development of the healthy industry are provided for implementing fourteen-five plans and a prospect goal of 2035 years, the existing challenge of the prevention and control of chronic diseases in China is solved, an innovative scheme using healthy big data is urgently needed, and the scientific research at the world front can be continuously converted into a reliable and credible common people personal health management platform. By quantifying the chronic disease risk and comprehensively analyzing the risk and the protective factors, a scientific and effective individual behavior intervention strategy is provided, so that the disease risk of the chronic disease is reduced, and the purpose of preventing the disease is achieved. The method can be used for the sustainable development of disease prevention management in China.
