Abstract
The application relates to a method and equipment for judging whether a call is effectively dialed out, wherein the method comprises the following steps: receiving a dialing request sent by a courier mobile terminal, dialing and recording to a corresponding user according to the dialing request, generating a recording file according to the recording when the call is finished, analyzing the recording file to obtain a recording characteristic point, and judging whether the dialing is answered or not according to the recording characteristic point. According to the method and the system, the call sent to the user by the courier is recorded, and whether the call is answered or not is judged according to the recording file after the call is ended, so that whether the call dialed to the user by the courier is answered or not can be effectively judged, and then the evaluation on the salesman is completed.
Description
Technical Field
The present application relates to the field of communication data processing technologies, and in particular, to a method and an apparatus for determining whether a call is effectively dialed.
Background
In the express receiving and delivering process, a courier needs to make a large number of telephone contacts with users, so as to guarantee the rights and interests of customers. The express company system needs to check whether a salesman is connected with a customer in a power line, whether the customer answers the call or not, and whether the answer is valid, but the prior art cannot effectively judge whether the call dialed by the salesman to the customer is answered or not, and further cannot effectively check the salesman.
Disclosure of Invention
In order to overcome the problem that whether a call dialed by a courier to a user is answered or not can not be effectively judged in the related technology at least to a certain extent, the application provides a method and equipment for judging whether the call is effectively dialed or not.

receiving a dialing request sent by a courier mobile terminal;
dialing to a corresponding user according to the dialing request and recording;
generating a recording file according to the recording when the call is finished;
and analyzing the recording file to obtain recording characteristic points, and judging whether the dialing is answered or not according to the recording characteristic points.
Preferably, in an implementation manner of the present application, the analyzing the sound recording file to obtain the sound recording feature points includes:

Reference will now be made in detail to the exemplary embodiments, examples of which are illustrated in the accompanying drawings. A method for determining whether a call is actively dialed, referring to fig. 1, includes:
s11: receiving a dialing request sent by a courier mobile terminal;
s12: dialing to a corresponding user according to the dialing request and recording;
s13: generating a recording file according to the recording when the call is finished;
s14: and analyzing the recording file to obtain recording characteristic points, and judging whether the dialing is answered or not according to the recording characteristic points.
Analyzing the sound recording file to obtain sound recording characteristic points, comprising:
and analyzing the recording file to obtain effective audio content and invalid audio content, and taking the effective audio content as a recording feature point.
Judging whether the dialing is answered according to the recording feature points, comprising the following steps:
judging whether the recording characteristic points are matched with preset audio characteristic points or not;
if not, judging that the dialing is answered;
if the number is matched with the phone number, the dialing is judged to be not answered.
In this embodiment, preferably, the customer service audio features of each telecommunications provider and the audio features of the courier corresponding to the mobile terminal of the courier may be used as preset audio feature points, and if an audio that is not matched with both the customer service audio features of the telecommunications provider and the audio features of the courier appears in the recording feature points, the audio should be a user audio, which may prove that the dialing is answered. If the two characteristic points are matched, the fact that the user audio does not appear in the recording characteristic points is proved, and the fact that the dialing is not answered is judged.
The method for judging whether the call is effectively dialed out in the embodiment comprises the following steps: receiving a dialing request sent by a courier mobile terminal, dialing and recording to a corresponding user according to the dialing request, generating a recording file according to the recording when the call is finished, analyzing the recording file to obtain a recording characteristic point, and judging whether the dialing is answered or not according to the recording characteristic point. According to the method and the system, the call sent to the user by the courier is recorded, and whether the call is answered or not is judged according to the recording file after the call is ended, so that whether the call dialed to the user by the courier is answered or not can be effectively judged, and then the evaluation on the salesman is completed.

Claims (8)
1. A method for judging whether a call is effectively dialed out is characterized by comprising the following steps:
receiving a dialing request sent by a courier mobile terminal;
dialing to a corresponding user according to the dialing request and recording;
generating a recording file according to the recording when the call is finished;
and analyzing the recording file to obtain recording characteristic points, and judging whether the dialing is answered or not according to the recording characteristic points.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein parsing the audio record file to obtain audio record feature points comprises:
and analyzing the recording file to obtain effective audio content and invalid audio content, and taking the effective audio content as a recording characteristic point.
3. The method of claim 1, wherein said determining whether the dial is answered according to the recorded feature points comprises:
judging whether the recording feature points are matched with preset audio feature points or not;
if not, judging that the dialing is answered;
and if so, judging that the dialing is not answered.
4. The method of claim 1, further comprising:

5. The method of claim 1, further comprising:

the memory for storing a program for performing at least the method of any of claims 1-7 for determining whether a call is actively placed.
